Not Being a Trainer This Time

It’s still quite incredible to talk about.

From a hundred thousand years to nine thousand years, they only used two years.

And all of this, thanks to Calyrex.

If it weren’t for Calyrex’s power, he wouldn’t have lived to see the World Tree grow.

”I’m counting on you for today next month!”

Naoki looked at Giratina beside him, his eyes bright as he spoke to it.

Giratina was in a very good mood at the moment, because this tree had just changed its Reversed World, causing many flowers and plants to grow on those Sky Islands, making the place full of life.

It grinned with a fierce smile and said boldly, ”Don’t worry, leave it to me!”

Naoki smiled, ”You should come to live on the World Tree too then!”

Giratina had already planned on doing that.

Even if Naoki didn’t say anything, it would go over there.

Although it can’t leave the Reversed World for long, it can live within the shadow of the World Tree.

All it needs to do is poke its head out and it can move through the shadow to the World Tree.

Thinking of this, Giratina grinned and said, ”Great!”

After the World Tree was cultivated, Naoki bid farewell to Giratina, and with a group of Pokemon left the Reversed World, returning to the ranch.

Today was a Sunny Day, the temperature in the northwest region of Paldea had reached thirty-seven degrees, very hot.

The Eevees had just run off to play on the World Tree, and the Dratini went to Dragonite Island, leaving only Naoki, Koraidon, Alcremie, and the others at home.

Naoki glanced around, Koraidon was lying on the carpet yawning, Alcremie was chatting on the windowsill with Pawmot, Cyclizar was watching TV on the sofa, and the Indeedee siblings were playing the 3ds that Naoki bought for them.

”What are you playing?” Naoki was very curious, what game could engross the siblings so much.

”Eh-yay!”

Indeedee sister turned her head happily, showing the screen of the game console to Naoki.

On the screen were two Pokemon, a Charmander and an Eevee, seemingly exploring a maze.

To make sure Naoki could understand her, Indeedee sister handed him a Translation Nuts Cake and then happily said:

”Eh-yay!” (We’re playing Pokemon Rescue Team! This Charmander is brother, this Eevee is me, my brother and I are teaming up to explore the maze!)

”Rescue Team?” Naoki was slightly surprised.

He switched the game to the background and then saw the name of the game—”Mystery Dungeon: Pokemon Rescue Team,” the game company was Game Freak.

Naoki widened his eyes, wow, how can there be GF in the Pokemon World too?

Indeedee sister looked at Naoki expectantly and asked, ”Eh-yay?” (Naoki, do you want to play with us?)

Naoki hesitated a bit, ”Can this support multiplayer online?”

Her brother, who excelled at researching game consoles, nodded: ”Eh-yay.” (Up to six players online.)

”Alright, you guys play first, I’ll go order a 3ds, once the game console arrives, we can team up and play.” Naoki said while using his Rotom Phone to place an online order.

A 3ds costs around eighteen thousand League Coins, not too pricey.

Hearing this made the siblings extremely happy.

Indeedee sister: ”Eh-yay!” (That’s great!)

Her brother’s eyes also filled with determination, he was definitely going to lead Naoki through the hardest maze!

He had cleared that maze a long time ago, but Indeedee sister was a bit clumsy, she couldn’t pass it, so she kept pestering him to play together.

Eventually, he had no choice but to agree.
