Peerless Bodyguard of a Stunning Beauty

When the Wasp Disease Patient saw the scene before him, he was utterly shocked. Panicked, he stammered, ”Zhao Rong, what on earth are you pulling? Which assistant is the real one? And which one is fake?”

Then, Zhao Rong revealed the truth. ”Wasp Disease Patient, let me tell you,” he began. ”The assistant you grabbed was the real one. When I saw you put a knife to his throat and threaten his life, I knew I couldn’t use force; I had to outsmart you. Otherwise, a vile criminal like you would have definitely harmed him. So, I had a stroke of genius and bought a human cloning machine from the Paradise Shopping Cart. I figured out how to operate it as fast as I could and created a replica of the assistant. I even programmed his brain to play along with my performance.

”Honestly, I wasn’t sure if our little act would work. I never expected your intelligence to be so low, that you’d be so easy to deceive. You really are a moron.”

Hearing Zhao Rong’s words, the Wasp Disease Patient was so enraged he coughed up blood. While spitting blood, he asked, ”Zhao Rong, didn’t you say there was a red birthmark on the assistant’s neck? How come the clone doesn’t have one, but the real one does?”

At that moment, Yu Lan, who was standing nearby, pointed to her red lips and pearly teeth, then gently kissed the assistant’s neck. ”What do you know, Wasp Disease Patient?” she said. ”You imbecile, didn’t you see I coated my lips with bright red lipstick? It was so I could peck the assistant’s neck and create a fake mark to deceive you!”

Miss Lili also stepped forward. ”Wasp Disease Patient, didn’t you realize?” she taunted. ”It wasn’t just Zhao Rong and the clone acting. We three beauties were also performing alongside Zhao Rong. And our acting was so convincing you didn’t suspect a thing.”

Xuelian stepped forward as well, striking a few poses before mocking him. ”Wasp Disease Patient, now you see how good our acting is, don’t you?”

After hearing from the three women, the Wasp Disease Patient fell to the ground in a fit of rage. Coughing up more blood while beating his chest and stomping his feet, he cried, ”I can’t believe the five of you ganged up to deceive me! You’re too smart, too cunning, too ruthless!” With that, he practically collapsed from fury.

Just then, the real assistant stood up from the floor. He turned to the replica and said, ”Replica assistant, thank you for your help just now. Otherwise, as a hostage, I never would have escaped that Wasp Disease Patient’s clutches so easily.”

The replica smiled at the assistant. ”Master, my task is complete. Now, I will turn into air and vanish before your eyes.”

As he spoke, the replica assistant dissolved into a puff of air and disappeared.

Once the clone was gone, the Wasp Disease Patient struggled back to his feet and said viciously, ”So you outwitted me and made me look like a complete idiot. But now, with my brothers here to help, I can kill all of you!”

Finishing his threat, the Wasp Disease Patient ordered the hundred-plus men behind him, ”Brothers, charge! Whoever brings me Zhao Rong’s head gets a reward of $100,000!”

He then thought with a private snicker, Under a heavy reward, brave men are sure to emerge. Zhao Rong’s fighting skills may be off the charts, but with the motivation of $100,000, I’m sure my men will charge forward one after another, regardless of their own safety, to take his head!

However, before he could finish his smug thought, the three women spoke up to Zhao Rong.

”Zhao Rong, this patient is a real joke, trying to throw his weight around with a mere $100,000. You should show him what real wealth looks like.”

Miss Lili stepped forward. ”Zhao Rong, he’s offering a $100,000 reward, right? You should pull out $200,000 and just bury these guys with it!”

Yu Lan added, ”Zhao Rong, if you offer $300,000, those goons will definitely betray him and help you take his head instead!”

Xuelian chimed in, ”$300,000 is too little. It’ll take at least $500,000 for these scoundrels to switch sides and listen to you, Zhao Rong!”

When the Wasp Disease Patient heard them suggest Zhao Rong could produce half a million dollars, he burst out laughing. He mocked Zhao Rong for being poor, certain he couldn’t come up with that kind of money. ”Zhao Rong, I know your type. You’re just smart and a good fighter with some kung fu skills. You even buy things from that strange Paradise Shopping Cart website, the one for gods. But when it comes to money and wealth, you’re no match for me! Do you have any idea what I’m worth? I’ll tell you, and it will scare you to death! My net worth is at least $300,000!”

When the three women heard that his entire net worth was a paltry $300,000, they were so shocked they stumbled and fell to the ground.

Miss Lili scrambled back up and offered a kind reminder. ”Wasp Disease Patient, your $300,000 is nothing. Compared to Zhao Rong’s wealth, it’s a drop in the ocean.”

Yu Lan nearly choked with laughter. ”You moron, your net worth is only $300,000?” she said. ”Let me tell you, you’re not even as rich as the assistant! He’s worth at least five million US dollars!”

The assistant smiled and explained to the Wasp Disease Patient, ”I used to be very poor. But ever since I started following Zhao Rong, my money-making ability has soared. Along the way, I’ve managed to save over five million US dollars in the bank.”

At this, Zhao Rong humbly addressed the man before him. ”Wasp Disease Patient, I don’t even know what my net worth is anymore. All I know is that I have so much money that no single bank can hold it. So, my funds are spread across Swiss Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, and dozens of other major national and rural cooperative banks.”

Hearing that the unassuming Zhao Rong was so incredibly wealthy, the Wasp Disease Patient refused to believe it. ”Stop lying! If you’re so rich, take out $500,000 and let me see it!”

Before the man could even finish his sentence, Zhao Rong produced five hundred trillion US dollars in cash, burying the Wasp Disease Patient and his hundred-plus men on the spot.
