Urban Martial Saint

Upon hearing the fatty’s words, Ye Qing immediately chuckled and said, ”Why can’t it be me?”

”Damn!” Handsome Fatty Wang nearly spat blood, saying, ”Nothing good ever comes when I see you, you bastard! Last time, you nearly got Fat Lord killed with your schemes, and now you’re here again. Fat Lord is surrounded by people because of you. Can’t you bring some good luck with you? You plague, you!”

”Seems like you really don’t want to see me, so I’ll be on my way then.” Ye Qing grabbed the rope and was about to climb up.

”No, no, no…” Handsome Fatty Wang hurriedly shook his head and waved his hands. In this situation, if Ye Qing ran off now, wouldn’t they be dead for sure?

Ye Qing said, ”Why not? You’ve already said, I’m a plague. If I stay here any longer, I’ll be dragging all of you down to death.”

”No more nonsense!” Handsome Fatty Wang was exasperated, just as he was saying something, he was kicked to the ground by someone beside him, and several people rushed up to encircle and beat him.

”Ow, ow, you son of a… so many people on one, and you bastard using monkey steals peach? Ye, Ye, help! Help!”

The fatty screamed continuously, surrounded by several people, beaten so fiercely that he didn’t even have a chance to fight back.

Ye Qing wanted to tease him a few more words, but who would have thought, three people had already rushed at him from the side.

”Cut off his hands and feet too!” a man shouted loudly, and the three rushed forward fiercely. Before they could reach him, one swung a machete down towards Ye Qing.

Ye Qing glanced at the three, suddenly sprinted forward, directly crashing into the person at the front. That person went flying as if hit by a truck, knocking over another behind him.

The remaining person hesitated for a moment, not reacting to what had happened. Ye Qing didn’t hold back, went up and poked his acupoint, and this person just fell limp to the ground.

”Fatty, need a hand?” Knocking down the three, Ye Qing walked straight to Handsome Fatty Wang’s side, grinning as he asked.

”Nonsense!” Handsome Fatty Wang dodged with his head covered, urgently saying, ”Can’t you move faster and do something? Are you really going to watch Fat Lord get beaten to death?”

”That’s not the attitude of someone asking for help.” Ye Qing said slowly, casually knocking down another who attempted to sneak attack him from behind. These people were Martial Artists, but compared to now Ye Qing, their Martial Arts were no different from a child’s.

”Do you really have to talk about attitude at a time like this, you bastard? Help quickly! Ow my, grandson, stealing Fat Lord’s peach again, wait till Fat Lord gets up, I’ll fight you!”

Seeing the fatty go from holding his head to slowly covering his groin, Ye Qing couldn’t help but laugh secretly, said: ”That won’t do, with your attitude, I’m not in the mood to save you.”

”You… you damn…” Handsome Fatty Wang helplessly lowered his voice: ”Ye, I beg you, help! If you don’t help soon, Fat Lord will end up a eunuch!”

”I can help, but you have to swear an oath.” Ye Qing said.

”What kind of damn oath?” Handsome Fatty Wang urged.

Ye Qing said: ”Swear that the grievances between us are henceforth canceled. Otherwise, I’ll just leave!”

”Grievances between us…” Handsome Fatty Wang was about to say something when his face suddenly changed. He turned to Ye Qing and shouted: ”Damn you, you… you… where did you come down from just now?”

”From above.” Ye Qing casually pointed at the cave above.

”Holy crap, you… you…” Handsome Fatty Wang was so agitated his voice began to tremble: ”You were up there, our stuff, did you… did you take it!”

”No!” Ye Qing replied decisively, Handsome Fatty Wang’s face immediately relaxed.

”How can it be taking? That’s called seizing!” Ye Qing added.

”Ye, I’m gonna fight you!” Handsome Fatty Wang screamed as he tried to lunge at Ye Qing, but was kicked to the ground again.

”Don’t be impulsive, don’t be impulsive, wind blows eggshells, wealth gone, peace comes. Look, if I weren’t here, how many of you would survive this time?” Ye Qing smiled: ”Safety first, Fatty. Just swear the oath, erase the grudges between us, don’t pursue these matters in the future, and I’ll save you out, okay?”

”You wish, taking so much from me, I’ll fight you to death!” Handsome Fatty Wang huffed angrily.

”C’mon Fatty, can’t you stop being stubborn?” Before Ye Qing could speak, another man who was surrounded couldn’t stand it anymore and urged: ”Swear first and let them save us, or we’re all gonna die here!”

”Right, Fatty, you want to die, but we don’t! Ye, I swear, if you save us today, all grudges are canceled, and we won’t come after you, how about it?” Another man pleaded for Handsome Fatty Wang.

”Fatty, if you don’t swear, I’ll seriously die childless!” A third man shouted.

At that moment, Handsome Fatty Wang was also beaten to a pulp, and finally unable to bear it, yelled, ”Alright, alright, I swear, I swear, isn’t that enough? Ye, you saved me this time, so let’s call it even. Hurry up and help!”

”Make it clear, it’s the grievances between us that are cleared!” Ye Qing said.

”Damn, this is no time to split hairs!” Handsome Fatty Wang said anxiously.

”After all, I’m not the one getting beaten, I’m not in a hurry.” Ye Qing laughed.

Handsome Fatty Wang got kicked a couple more times and finally broke down completely, and said, ”Alright, alright, the grievances between us, all done, all done, hurry up and help us!”

Hearing this, Ye Qing finally smiled. He rushed over, and in no time, had knocked everyone at the scene to the ground, leaving no one behind.

The strength of these people was lacking; some could manage Internal Energy Release, while others could not do that at all. In front of Ye Qing, these people had no power to resist and were all knocked to the ground.

As these people were knocked down, Handsome Fatty Wang and the others finally groaned and climbed to their feet. They had been beaten quite badly, with footprints all over their bodies, and their faces were black and blue, looking quite comical. Especially Handsome Fatty Wang’s chubby face, with his two big panda eyes, really resembled a panda.

”Oh, oh…” Handsome Fatty Wang carefully covered the wounds on his face and looked at Ye Qing dissatisfied, ”Ye Qing, you bastard, taking advantage of the situation, I’ll remember this!”

Ye Qing said, ”Hey, what are you saying? Didn’t we agree just now? The grievances between us are all cleared, and you better not go back on your word!”

”Stop talking nonsense!” Handsome Fatty Wang said discontentedly, ”The grievances are cleared, but that doesn’t mean Fat Lord can’t curse you. I’ll curse you if I want to!”

”…” Ye Qing was speechless, walked over and pulled the rope down, ”Alright, stop the nonsense, hurry up and climb up and run. Soon the South Ridge Sect’s reinforcements will be here, and you’ll have no chance to escape!”

Handsome Fatty Wang and his crew were really scared after the beating. Hearing Ye Qing’s words, they rushed over to grab the rope, scrambling to climb up.

Seeing three people grabbing the rope to climb at the same time, Ye Qing quickly went over and pulled the two at the bottom down.

”What are you doing?” one of them said anxiously.

”Wanna die?” Ye Qing glared and said, ”This rope is so thin, if too many of you climb at once, it will break, and you’ll all fall to your deaths here.”

The two immediately closed their mouths. They were scared by the beating earlier, so in their panic, they weren’t thinking straight.

The group lined up as per Ye Qing’s arrangement, waiting to climb up one by one. However, these people weren’t quick, since they were injured, summoning the strength to climb was already quite good.

The first person climbed very slowly, and everyone was anxiously waiting below, looking up at him. Some even urged him to climb faster. Ye Qing wasn’t squeezing in; with Huangfu Ziyu watching up above, he had nothing to worry about for now. He was just guarding against any ambush that might come.

Ye Qing was actually a bit puzzled. Logically, a secret warehouse like this shouldn’t be guarded by just a few weaklings. And these people didn’t have much strength at all, certainly not enough to guard such a secret place. But why hasn’t any master appeared yet?

Ye Qing still remembered when the Third Sect Master of the South Ridge Sect said that their Second Sect Leader was stationed here. Among the Nine Great Gate Masters of the South Ridge Sect, even the weakest was a Top-Level Master. The Second Sect Leader had a higher rank, so he certainly wasn’t weak. Why hadn’t he shown up all this time?

While Ye Qing was wondering, suddenly, the person climbing up screamed. Ye Qing was stunned for a moment and quickly looked up, only to see that man who had climbed over ten meters was falling, as the rope had been cut!

”What’s going on?” Handsome Fatty Wang was startled, and everyone else panicked. With the rope cut, how were they supposed to climb up?

Ye Qing was worried as well, he sank his Energy to the Dantian and shouted, ”Zi Yu, what happened up there?”

”Someone attacked, don’t worry, I can handle it!” Huangfu Ziyu’s voice came from above.

Hearing that Huangfu Ziyu was fine, Ye Qing was considerably relieved, but the concern remained. He knew very well that Huangfu Ziyu, with the Sun Shooting Bow, was as strong as the Five Uniques. For someone to cut the rope right under her nose indicated they weren’t weak either!

”Now what?” Some people next to Handsome Fatty Wang were panicking as they looked at the severed rope.

”The rope’s cut, how do we get out?”

”Think of something quickly!”

”At this point, what can we do?”

”How about we ask someone above to drop another rope?”

”Didn’t you hear? There’s a fight up there; if we go up, who knows what we’ll encounter!”
