Urban Martial Saint

This was the task Ye Qing entrusted to the security guard, using this method was most likely to get information about the owner of the Cheetah’s car. Moreover, the most critical aspect was that this security guard was the one stationed at the entrance; everyone was familiar with him, naturally not arousing too much suspicion, which could also lull the kidnapper into complacency.

Ye Qing didn’t dare to ask himself because such directness was too abrupt and he feared provoking the kidnapper, potentially harming Lin Huayu.

After hearing what the security guard said, the woman didn’t seem to harbor any suspicion and waved her hand, saying, ”It’s not our car, my husband has already driven our car away. Besides, we don’t have an SUV either, ask the other residents!”

”I see, sorry to have disturbed you!” The security guard bowed and smiled, while the woman said it was no problem and casually closed the door.

Turning his head to Ye Qing, the security guard saw Ye Qing gesture with his hand. While the security guard had been talking to the woman, Ye Qing had been observing the interior of the house behind her with no suspicious details in sight, indicating it wasn’t this family.

The security guard didn’t delay and immediately went to another household, presenting the same question. However, the response from this family was even more straightforward—they didn’t even own a car, let alone that one.

Ye Qing was also watching the whole time, ruling out two households in succession. After going up a floor, they arrived at the apartment Ye Qing had previously lived in, which was familiar territory for him.

The security guard knocked on the door, and a man opened it. The man had handsome features but his eyes flickered with lewd intentions, making Ye Qing who was behind him pay extra attention.

He remembered what the witnesses at the university had said—the man at that time was very good-looking, matching the description of the man in front of him. But it never occurred to Ye Qing that things would be so coincidental, were these kidnappers actually living in the very apartment he used to occupy?

Although Ye Qing was almost certain in his heart, he didn’t make a move directly. He didn’t know if there were other accomplices inside the room. Moreover, these people were undoubtedly not weak; acting hastily, he might not be able to subdue the man in one go. But should he agitate the people inside and harm Lin Huayu, the loss would not be worth the gain!

Thus, although waves of turmoil surged within Ye Qing’s heart, his facial expression revealed no change.

The security guard, oblivious to the situation, repeated the same question. Ye Qing clearly noticed the man’s eyes flicker slightly. However, in the end, he didn’t admit to the car being his and instead, shook his head in denial.

The security guard apologized to the man, who didn’t say much and closed the door. Immediately, the security guard went to the next household to continue asking the same questions, while Ye Qing remained silent and followed him, until they reached the rooftop. Only then did Ye Qing stop, tugged at the security guard’s clothes, and whispered, ”Who’s living in the room I used to stay in now?”

”Nobody has moved in yet, just the same girl who was previously living there,” the security guard replied in a lowered voice upon seeing Ye Qing’s grave demeanor, and asked, ”Ye, is there something wrong?”

”The same girl?” Ye Qing frowned slightly, knowing the girl the security guard mentioned must be Shenda University’s beauty, Zhao Qingyue.

Ye Qing was the first to move out from there, and as the orphanage began construction, Fang Tingyun, Huo Pingping, and Mo Xiang moved there. Ye Qing rented a house for them to live in. Chen Keai also moved somewhere closer to the hospital, and Mu Qingrong moved directly into the Lin family home as Old Lady Lin viewed her as another granddaughter and held her very dear. This meant that currently, Zhao Qingyue was the only one left living in that apartment.

And now, a man had appeared in that room, which added an odd twist to the situation.

”It’s her!” The security guard said in a low voice, looking at Ye, ”Ye, do you need any help with something?”

”Go to the front gate, when my brothers arrive, let them through and tell them to come directly to this room where I used to live,” Ye Qing said, patting his shoulder and leaning in closer, ”Don’t make a scene and don’t make noise, understand?”

”Don’t worry!” The security guard was extremely excited, knowing from Ye Qing’s expression that he was involved in a very important matter. This would be a great story to boast about later—to have been part of a big operation with Ye Qing, the big boss of Shenchuan City, would earn him the respect from all his friends!

Ye Qing followed the security guard downstairs without the slightest hesitation.

In the room where Ye Qing used to stay, a man stood at the door, listening intently to the footsteps outside. Only after he was sure the footsteps had faded did he let out a cold laugh.

This man was none other than the Netherworld Scholar from the Killing Gate Seven Hidden. He sneered as he walked into the adjacent room, where Lin Huayu was firmly tied to a chair, with her mouth sealed with duct tape.

”I’ve played with so many beauties, and you’re the smartest one!” the Netherworld Scholar sneered at Lin Huayu, saying, ”Leaving so many traces along the way, did you really think I wouldn’t know? And breaking my car’s taillight to leave a mark for those people, did you really think I’m a fool? Let me tell you, I’ve picked up all the pieces of the taillight, and I’ve covered up all the little fragments too. No one will find any clues. I know your Lin family has great influence in Shenchuan City, but so what? Let me tell you, the cop who can catch me hasn’t been born yet. I suggest you comply quietly. I don’t like to force people, but that doesn’t mean I’m patient, don’t exhaust my patience!”

Lin Huayu closed her beautiful eyes and turned her head to the side, refusing to look at the Netherworld Scholar.

Enraged by her attitude, the Netherworld Scholar was particularly proud of his looks and believed that no woman in the world could resist his charm. But Lin Huayu’s response infuriated him to the extreme.

”Girl, you have quite the personality, which I really like!” the Netherworld Scholar sneered, saying, ”It’s just a pity, your looks fall short compared to Huangfu Ziyu. Otherwise, I could abandon everything and spend my life only with you. But since I’ve set my sights on Huangfu Ziyu, you’re doomed to be just a passerby in my life. Rest assured, I’ll make sure you experience something unprecedented, and you’ll learn what it is that makes a woman the happiest!”

Lin Huayu kept her eyes shut, ignoring the Netherworld Scholar the entire time. He, however, continued to sneer, saying, ”Looking at you like this, you’re probably still a virgin, huh? Hahaha, looks like I’ve hit the jackpot today. No worries, since you’re a virgin, I’ll give you a bit more time. I’ll go and have some fun with that girl in the other room first; you wait here patiently. Once I’m done with her, I’ll come back and keep you company properly. Don’t worry, I’ll make sure both of you are very comfortable!”

After sating this, the Netherworld Scholar walked towards the next room, sneering. Inside, another girl was tied up, none other than the Shenda University campus belle, Zhao Qingyue. She, unlike the pure-hearted little girl Lin Huayu, seemed far less panicked upon seeing the Netherworld Scholar.

”Beauty, what you said was right on the mark!” the Netherworld Scholar sneered as he approached Zhao Qingyue and caressed her chest, saying, ”This girl is indeed a fine piece, although she falls short of you, she’s still a top-notch beauty. Most importantly, she’s a virgin; I haven’t encountered one in such a long time. To thank you for providing me with such a fine virgin, I’ve decided to give you an extra few rounds of pleasure!”

If Lin Huayu had heard this, she would have been shocked. Was she caught because of Zhao Qingyue’s incitement?

The Netherworld Scholar tore off the duct tape from Zhao Qingyue’s mouth, and she hastily said, ”She’s more than just top-notch; her family is quite wealthy too. With your looks, if you can make her fall in love with you and become the Lin family’s son-in-law, you won’t have to worry for the rest of your life. I think, why don’t you spend more time with her? Think about it, if you want to be their son-in-law, you can’t let her know you’ve been with other women; otherwise, she definitely won’t be happy. Even if you win her over, she might not truly accept you!”

Zhao Qingyue said this intending for the Netherworld Scholar to go to Lin Huayu instead of her. However, she underestimated him greatly, since money meant little to the Netherworld Scholar.

”Money or no money, huh, do I look like someone who lacks money?” the Netherworld Scholar gently stroked Zhao Qingyue’s hair, then suddenly grabbed a handful and said sternly, ”Damn it, bitch, it’s your fortune that I fancy you, yet you have objections? You don’t want me to have you? Do you really think you’re some kind of treasure? I’m tolerant towards her because she’s a virgin, how the hell could you compare to her?”

Zhao Qingyue’s scalp hurt from the tugging as she quickly pleaded, ”I... I didn’t mean that, you’ve misunderstood me...”

”Misunderstood?” The Netherworld Scholar sneered coldly, saying, ”Misunderstandings be damned, listen well, bitch. Even though I’ve caught her, I’ll still have you either way. Strip your clothes off quietly and lie on the bed, cooperate with me properly. If not, I swear I’ll make you die a very ugly death!”

With that, the Netherworld Scholar untied the rope from Zhao Qingyue’s body. She didn’t dare resist him and walked to the bed trembling. Despite hesitating, she had no choice but to take her clothes off one by one.

The title of campus belle at Shenda University wasn’t unearned; Zhao Qingyue’s appearance was slightly inferior only to that of Huangfu Ziyu and Shen Qingyi but was still prettier than girls such as Mu Qingrong and Lin Huayu. What was most critical was her figure, which was excellent, with curves in all the right places. The sight of her in her underwear made the Netherworld Scholar’s eyes widen.

Although the Netherworld Scholar had been with countless women over the years, Zhao Qingyue was among the prettiest he had seen with one of the best figures. The only pity, in his view, was that she wasn’t a virgin, which he considered a great misfortune.

But thinking of the top-quality virgin waiting next door heated up the Netherworld Scholar’s desire again. He rubbed his hands together and pounced on Zhao Qingyue like a hungry tiger.
