Urban Martial Saint

Tie Weihua, with a group of people, charged fiercely into the main hall. Among these individuals were students of Tie Yongwen and members of the Ding Family.

Upon entering the main hall and seeing the two corpses on the ground, Tie Weihua immediately threw himself onto Tie Yongwen’s body and began to cry loudly. Hearing Tie Weihua’s cries, the main hall was instantly filled with wailing, as many couldn’t help but burst into tears.

Ye Qing stood beside them, looking at Tie Yongwen’s corpse, feeling very distressed. However, this further fueled his determination to seek revenge for Tie Yongwen!

But the current situation made him feel somewhat troubled. The words Tie Weihua had spoken outside gave him a bad feeling. Tie Weihua already harbored hostility towards him, and now if Tie Weihua were to take advantage of this incident to deal with him, Ye Qing feared he would be facing the entire Xingyi School, which was a huge problem indeed!

Xiang Yunpeng squatted beside Tie Weihua and, after much persuasion, finally calmed him down a bit. With his eyes swollen red, Tie Weihua slowly stood up, then suddenly turned his head and glared at Ye Qing, shouting angrily, ”Ye Qing, you’re so cruel. My father treated you so well, and the senior brother helped you so much. Not only are you ungrateful, but you’ve also been so vengeful as to kill them. Ye Qing, you beast, a thousand cuts wouldn’t be too much for you!”

Ye Qing frowned deeply and said in a heavy voice, ”Senior Tie, what do you mean by that?”

”What do I mean? Are you still pretending to be innocent here?” Tie Weihua shouted angrily, ”Isn’t the gun that killed my father the one you snatched from Ding Changsheng? The gun was in your hands, my father was shot dead with that gun, how do you explain this?”

”I have nothing to say about this!” Ye Qing said firmly, ”Indeed, I took the gun, but I really don’t know how it ended up here.”

”Don’t know? Don’t know? You think you can wipe away all the blame with just a ’don’t know’?” Tie Weihua shouted back furiously.

”Weihua, try to calm down,” Xiang Yunpeng said from the side as he tugged at Tie Weihua, ”I know how you feel right now, but truly, Ye Qing is a good kid. Besides, he has no reason to kill the Master and the senior brother!”

”Second Senior Uncle, do you still believe in this heartless beast?” Tie Weihua turned to look at Xiang Yunpeng, ”No reason? Second Senior Uncle, do you know what has happened? How can you be sure he has no reason to kill my father and the senior brother? Let me tell you, he not only has a reason but he also killed my father and the senior brother in a fit of embarrassed rage!”

”A fit of embarrassed rage?” Xiang Yunpeng was momentarily stunned, looking at Tie Weihua with surprise, ”What do you mean by that?”

Tie Weihua spoke in a heavy tone, ”Second Senior Uncle, do you remember Ye Qing barging into our Xingyi Martial Arts School to chase Shao Yan this afternoon? He claimed Shao Yan called him, threatening to plant a bomb in the orphanage. Because of this, he injured so many of our brothers and wouldn’t stop, charged directly into the Ding Family’s home, creating a big scene there as well, and finally even snatched a gun before leaving.”

”Because of this matter, my father rushed back from outside to handle the situation. I proved to him with facts and evidence that Shao Yan had nothing to do with it.” Pausing there, Tie Weihua glared at Ye Qing and continued firmly, ”If this has nothing to do with Shao Yan, that means Ye Qing was simply framing Shao Yan. After he injured so many of our people and caused such trouble at the Ding Family’s home, my father would definitely demand an explanation. I’m sure when Ye Qing came here tonight, my father wanted to punish him, but that infuriated him. In a fit of embarrassed rage, he drew his gun and killed my father and the senior brother. Then you guys came in and caught him right here, so he threw the gun aside, acting as if he knew nothing, trying to bluff his way through!”

Hearing Tie Weihua’s words, everyone in the room looked at Ye Qing again. Xiang Yunpeng frowned deeply and said in a serious voice, ”Weihua, you said there is evidence that this really has nothing to do with Shao Yan, is that true?”

”Second Senior Brother, everyone who was with me at the Ding Family’s home can testify to it. The evidence is still kept at home, it can definitely be proven!” Tie Weihua said, ”It really has nothing to do with Shao Yan. Both my father and the senior brother confirmed it. So, my father called Ye Qing here tonight to demand an explanation for our Xingyi School and the Ding Family. Who knew that Ye Qing, in a fit of embarrassed rage, would go crazy and kill my father and the senior brother. Ye Qing, you’re really a fucking beast!”

As he spoke, Tie Weihua, overwhelmed with emotion, lunged forward and kicked towards Ye Qing.

Ye Qing dodged to the side, moving back just a few steps, when several others charged at him, throwing punches and kicks in his direction. These were all disciples of Tie Yongwen, all stirred up by Tie Weihua’s words and now desperately wanting to kill Ye Qing to avenge Tie Yongwen.

Ye Qing evaded these few attackers, but more people surged forward, encircling him tightly.

Xiang Yunpeng stood beside Tie Weihua, staring fixedly at Ye Qing. This time, he didn’t step forward to stop the crowd. For one thing, Tie Weihua was there, as Tie Yongwen’s son, he was the rightful head of the Xingyi School. Secondly, he began to vaguely believe Tie Weihua’s words, thinking that Ye Qing really didn’t want to be punished by Tie Yongwen and thus committed the shooting in a crazed act of rage!

As a few people started to make their moves, they set off everyone else to act. Surrounded in the middle by everyone, Ye Qing, although quick to evade, was ultimately outnumbered, and it didn’t take long before he suffered many punches and kicks, looking utterly disheveled.

Tie Weihua stood on the side, fixing his gaze on Ye Qing, shouting loudly, ”Kill him! Kill him! Avenge my father! Avenge the senior brother!”

Tie Weihua’s words acted like a catalyst, further inciting the emotions of everyone present, their attacks becoming merciless. Surrounded by the crowd, Ye Qing couldn’t bring himself to strike them with full force and was hit by a barrage of punches and kicks. If it weren’t for his strong resilience to blows, he would have likely fallen by now.

”Senior Brother Xiang, I didn’t kill Uncle Tie, nor did I kill Senior Brother Gao, you have to believe me!” Ye Qing shouted loudly, now placing all his hopes on Xiang Yunpeng.

”Second Senior Uncle, don’t be deceived by him. From what I see, this Ye Qing is nothing but a beast in human skin, a hypocritical brute!” Tie Weihua said gravely, ”Keep hitting him, beat him to death, kill him!”

The crowd’s shouts drowned out the voice of Ye Qing, and the situation grew even more perilous.

Standing to the side, Ding Shaoyan stared intently at Ye Qing, surrounded by people, a cold, mocking smile flickering across his face, feeling the satisfying relief of revenge. Unfortunately, at this time, no one noticed his expression.

Ye Qing, having been struck dozens of times by martial practitioners, was in an increasingly dangerous condition. His blood churned within him, and after spitting out several mouthfuls of blood, he had sustained grave injuries.

In such a dire situation, Ye Qing’s agitation escalated. Tie Yongwen was dead, and these people from Xingyi School were assaulting him solely to avenge Tie Yongwen. He had no desire to confront them initially and didn’t want to injure the people of Xingyi School while Tie Yongwen’s body was still warm. But now, he realized that they were truly after his life. If he didn’t fight back now, he was truly going to die here!

”Stop hitting me, or I’ll start fighting back!” Ye Qing roared through clenched teeth.

A few people hesitated, but many more became enraged and struck even harder.

”Ye Qing, you dare to threaten us now?” Tie Weihua gritted his teeth and yelled, ”Go ahead, fight back! When did I tell you not to? Don’t think we’ll go easy on you just because you’re not fighting back. Let me tell you, you could die a thousand, ten thousand times, and it still wouldn’t make up for my father and Senior Brother. Beat him to death, kill him!”

While he spoke, Ye Qing’s abdomen was kicked again, and his back pounded with fists, the pain forcing another mouthful of fresh blood from him. Rage coursing through him, Ye Qing knew he had to fight back now or else he’d lose the strength to do so. Biting down hard, he suddenly grabbed a foot that was kicking at him and with a swift punch, broke the leg of his assailant.

The man let out an earth-shattering scream and immediately fell to the ground, writhing and howling in agony, clutching his leg.

Ye Qing had been dodging and defending all this time without striking back. Now, suddenly retaliating with such formidable force, he shocked everyone on the spot. In their moment of hesitation, Ye Qing hurriedly ran forward a few steps, attempting to break out of the crowd.

”Stop him, don’t let him get away!” Tie Weihua clamored loudly, ”He wants to flee from his crime! Don’t let him escape, kill him!”

Before Ye Qing could escape from the crowd, he was surrounded again, as blows rained down on him like a torrential downpour.

With his face ashen, Ye Qing clenched his teeth. Ignoring what was going on behind him, he swung his iron fists, striking with ’Sweeping Thousands Army’, forcing those in front to retreat, trying to break out of the encirclement.

Seeing this, Tie Weihua guessed Ye Qing’s intention and shouted hurriedly, ”Come on, get over here, block this side, don’t let him get away, don’t let him run!”

Under Tie Weihua’s command, a group from Xingyi School had Ye Qing entirely surrounded. Although Ye Qing had injured many, there were simply too many from Xingyi School. Moreover, his injuries were growing worse, and his steps became unsteady. Ye Qing’s heart began to sink as he realized that if he fell here, his life would be forfeit. Dying here meant avenging Tie Yongwen and finding a way to save Black Bear and the others was nothing but a pipe dream!

But Ye Qing’s situation was indeed getting worse by the moment. His vision was blurring, and his hands were growing weaker. After being struck a few times, he was kicked to the ground, and the surrounding crowd immediately rushed him, kicking down at him.

Seeing this, a sense of satisfaction spread across Tie Weihua’s face as he shouted, ”Kill him! Stomp him to death! Don’t let him get up!”

Ye Qing struggled several times, only to be trampled down again. And with his consciousness fading, his situation became dire.

Was he really going to die here so unjustly?
