School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 45: Chapter 52 Don’t Cry

Chapter 45 -52 Don’t Cry

Puffed up with pride, Chen Nan and Zhu Bajie charged up to the fourth floor, one in front of the other, heading straight for the Senior Year Class Nine classroom.

However, fate is often unpredictable, just as they were passing by the teachers’ office—

“Chen Nan, stop right there.”

The voice of Lan Yuqin suddenly rang out, scaring Chen Nan into breaking out in a cold sweat. He wanted to run, but felt trapped; after all, she was the class advisor. Even if he could escape for a moment, he couldn’t escape for a lifetime…

Chen Nan turned around with a sheepish smile, “Lan… Teacher Lan, good morning!”

Lan Yuqin stared at him, snorted coldly, and said, “Save it, come with me to the office.” With that, she turned and entered the office.

“Big brother, what did you do to offend her? I’m not going to accompany you. Good luck to you.”

Zhu Bajie chuckled and hurried off to the classroom, while Chen Nan could only walk helplessly into the office. He had wanted to go and spank Jiang Xiaomi, but instead, he got caught by Lan Yuqin halfway there…

“You were told to copy the school rules but didn’t do it, and you ran away after being told to stay after school. Tell me, what should we do with you?” Lan Yuqin stood in front of her desk, playing with a teaching whip in her hand, smiling at Chen Nan.

Chen Nan was stunned for a moment. She should be angry now, right? Why was she still smiling?

Though puzzled in his heart, Chen Nan didn’t dwell on it. Instead, he looked out the window and sighed, “What beautiful scenery outside, truly gorgeous. Teacher, sitting here in your office, you’re really enjoying life!”

Instead of getting angry, Lan Yuqin laughed and said, “Chen Nan, with your performance these last two days, if I were to tell the principal about your actions, what do you think the consequences would be?”

Threatening me?

Chen Nan chuckled inside and asked, “What would happen?”

“Even if you weren’t expelled, you’d probably get a major demerit at least.”

Chen Nan narrowed his eyes, looking at Lan Yuqin and said, “Teacher, are you threatening me?”

“How could I be? I am your teacher; why would I threaten my own student!” Lan Yuqin tossed the whip onto the desk, leaned in close to Chen Nan with a smile, and continued, “If you delete the recording from yesterday, I can let bygones be bygones; otherwise, don’t blame me for telling the principal about your actions.”

Chen Nan glanced at her, “You mean, as long as I delete the recording, there will be no trouble?”

“That’s right. As long as you delete the recording, I will pretend nothing ever happened,” Lan Yuqin said with a smile. The smug look on her face was far from the demeanor of a teacher; she was like a vindictive little woman.

“Teacher, I’m so scared with you saying that.”

Lan Yuqin was overjoyed inside, her face showing even greater pride, “Then just delete it.”

Chen Nan let out a sly chuckle, flashing her a radiant smile that couldn’t seem friendlier. Just when Lan Yuqin thought he was going to yield, he tilted his head dismissively and said, “If you dare tell the principal, I’ll post the recording of you scolding students online for the whole internet to enjoy your wonderfully beautiful voice. If that happens, Teacher, I think you’ll be quite famous this year!”

“You!”

Lan Yuqin pointed at Chen Nan, her smile vanishing in an instant, her finger trembling with rage as she bellowed, “Bastard, you wouldn’t dare!”

“Just watch if I dare.”

“You shameless!”

“I have teeth, so how can I be toothless!” Chen Nan bared his teeth.

“You’re despicable!”

“I am noble!”

“You, you, you…”

Lan Yuqin didn’t even know what to call him anymore; this guy simply wasn’t a normal human being.

“Sigh, I already told you last time, getting angry is bad for your health, why won’t you listen?” Chen Nan sighed and said, “Teacher, it’s really nothing. Maybe if the recording gets posted online, you’ll become an instant star. You might even get offers for movie roles. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!”

“I’ll slap your head!”

Lan Yuqin was so frustrated that her teeth itched. She really didn’t know what bad karma she had created in her past life to encounter such an unscrupulous student.

Staring furiously at Chen Nan, Lan Yuqin gritted her teeth, struggling to suppress the rage in her heart.

“Teacher, why aren’t you speaking?”

Lan Yuqin clenched her fists, reminding herself in her heart: Don’t bother with this beast, I’ll endure!

“Teacher, why do you keep looking at me? I’m feeling really shy.”

I will endure again!

Lan Yuqin’s teeth were almost grinding to bits.

“Teacher, you look so cute with that expression, how about I take a photo of you as a keepsake?” Chen Nan said, took out his phone, and with a “click,” took a picture of Lan Yuqin.

Then “click,” he took another one.

Then “click click,” he took two more.

After that “click click click,” damn it, the author’s just padding the word count!

Staring deathly at Chen Nan, Lan Yuqin could no longer contain herself, pointing at the door, she bellowed: “Get out! Get out of here now!”

Chen Nan had been waiting for exactly these words. With a grin, he said, “Thank you, teacher!” and then turned to run towards the door. However, just as he reached the doorway, Chen Nan stopped because he heard a sobbing sound from behind, as if someone was crying.

Was Lan Yuqin crying?

Chen Nan furrowed his brow and turned back to look, only to see her lying on the desk, sobbing softly. Suddenly, an immense feeling of guilt welled up inside him, feeling that he had committed a great sin for having made her cry.

For a moment, Chen Nan didn’t know what to do. Consoling people was really not his forte.

Walking up to the desk, Chen Nan scratched his head, “Teacher, that, you… please don’t cry.”

Lan Yuqin lay on the desk, paying him no attention.

Seeing that she didn’t respond, Chen Nan felt even more awkward. What was he supposed to do now?

“I’ll delete the recording, okay? Please, don’t cry. People might think I bullied you,” Chen Nan looked at Lan Yuqin, then took out his phone and deleted the recording, saying, “Look, I’ve deleted it, for real. Can you please stop crying now?”

Lan Yuqin lay there, the sobbing had stopped, but she still didn’t raise her head.

Chen Nan was feeling pretty down. He wasn’t afraid of anything except for when women cried, especially beautiful women. As long as they cried in front of him, even his sternest resolve would melt away in an instant.

“Isn’t it enough that I’m admitting I was wrong? I apologize to you, and I’ll never contradict you again!”

No sooner had Chen Nan spoken these words than Lan Yuqin immediately raised her head, a look of excitement on her face as she laughed and pointed at him, “You said it yourself, don’t go back on your word later!”

Chen Nan was stunned for a moment, then suddenly realized he had been duped.

What crying? Her face didn’t have a hint of tear stains; she was clearly pretending!

“Damn it, this sucks!” Chen Nan couldn’t help but curse out loud.

Lan Yuqin immediately glared at him, “Who are you cursing at?”

“I…”

Chen Nan was about to speak but then suddenly remembered he had just promised not to contradict her anymore, so he could only helplessly shake his head and say, “I… well, I wasn’t cursing at you, anyway.”
