Chapter 557: Chapter 150: Here Comes the Backheel You Wanted!

”San Remo is able to consistently take the lead in such a tough muscle forest, the resilience of this team is too strong, which makes people imagine the results they can achieve this season.”

The commentator was eloquent and obviously a professional who had high hopes for San Remo.

But this made La Liga fans and England fans dissatisfied.

Isn’t this just beating a dead horse?

It’s been more than two months, and they’re still talking about the European Youth Championship?

Damn it!

”Is the commentator blind? Didn’t they see the best goal of last round in La Liga?”

”Yeah! Although they all scored, the value is different. Lu Yang is just playing in Serie B, while Enriquez and Mancini are playing in La Liga!”

”Secondly, the excitement of their overhead kicks is not something Lu Yang can compare to!”

”The person above is interesting. Have you heard of Lu Yang’s thirty-three-meter overhead kick? If not, go catch up and see who really is the amazing one!”

”Exactly, haven’t you seen last year’s Puskas Award? I’ll clearly tell you, this year, our Brother Lu will win it too!”

”Ha ha! You only know how to brag! Is this award decided by you? The goals from last round’s La Liga stars all have the qualifications to win the Puskas Award!”

”Do you understand the significance of goals? What’s there to brag about scoring against weak teams? Which star hasn’t had such highlight moments?”

”When there are enough spectacular goals, the significance behind the goals is also a part of the Puskas Award selection criteria.”

”Lu Yang has a lot of goals in major tournaments! What about the La Liga stars? Oh, sorry, they haven’t participated in major matches, especially Mancini!”

La Liga fans are more numerous, but Lu Yang’s fans are more vicious.

Who let Brother Lu indeed give people confidence—comparing numbers, quality, significance, and honor, Lu Yang fears none!

This makes his fans a dominant force in forums!

Back to the match.

Less than five minutes after Lu Yang’s goal, Zenit equalized again.

And it was Ah Meng’s goal!

No wonder this guy could become a National Team killer, his strength is indeed strong, almost the strongest frontline in Asia, not something the National Team can resist.

Even San Remo’s defense line was penetrated by him for two goals!

This goal was a corner kick.

Ah Meng made a smart move when his teammate was about to take the free kick.

And during the aerial challenge, he made a big hand movement, directly pushing away the defending Lam and elbowing Palacios behind him before jumping.

Even an old fox like Palacios was caught off guard by him.

This shows that Ah Meng indeed has some skill in sneaky tactics.

He’s truly a dirty player.

After scoring, Ah Meng naturally wanted to vent for his teammates. He ran to the corner flag area and shouted to the home fans, ”Overhead! Overhead! Overhead!”

The home fans instantly understood.

Very quickly, the entire stadium was filled with cheers of ”Overhead” and nothing else.

This was a mockery of Lu Yang’s clearance action at the end of the first half.

It was also a mocking exchange with Lu Yang and the La Liga stars.

It seems Ah Meng read quite a bit of football news and knows the conflict between Lu Yang and the stars.

This kind of behavior is similar to when fans chant Messi while facing C Luo.

Zenit’s number eight player even ran up to Lu Yang and asked, ”Do you really know how to kick an overhead kick? Be careful not to hurt yourself next time you clear the ball!”

Lu Yang looked at him and said, ”When you watch the replay of this match, you will realize how ridiculous your taunts are.”

Zenit’s number eight player covered his mouth and laughed as he walked away.

Because the main referee came over.

”Foul! This is yet another foul! Are you blind?” Sotu was completely furious on the sidelines.

This also counts?

Another elbow hit!

This should be counted as the attacking player’s foul!

Damn blind referee!

Even Lu Yang couldn’t help but miss VAR a bit.

With VAR, key fouls in the penalty area are usually quite accurate.

As long as the video assistant referee is willing, any foul will not escape detection, and it will only make fans unhappy in some controversial decisions, rather than such major referee errors.

AC Milan fans looked puzzled?

Was VAR off-duty or asleep during that Champions League group stage when Atletico Madrid killed us with a penalty?

Generally, he’s talking about the overall situation.

In some specific cases, there’s always some unexpected situation.

The main referee was fed up with Sotu and rushed over to show him a yellow card.

If it weren’t for Old Tom’s quick reflexes, Sotu would’ve rushed up to fight with the main referee.

Considering Sotu’s criminal record, his chances of winning this fight were pretty high.

...

On the field, both Zenit and San Remo’s actions were getting more and more aggressive.

Experienced fans already had some premonitions in their hearts.

Playing like this, something was bound to happen sooner or later!

If anyone else scores another goal, the stadium would explode.

The atmosphere of the match had been heated to the level of life-and-death enemies.

But actually, this was just Zenit and San Remo’s first encounter.

This main referee can be said to have, single-handedly, created yet another pair of enemies and a derby in European Football. From the fifth-level perspective, his performance seems quite outstanding?

In the seventy-fifth minute, Sotu made a substitution.

Bai Zhami was somewhat out of steam.

He suffered many fouls in this match, probably with a lot of bruises on his body.

To protect him, Sotu replaced him with Belletti.

Belletti looked puzzled, so you’re not planning to protect me?
