I AM the Football Star

Chapter 400: Chapter 115: Summer Window Opens, Light of Asia (Part 4)

Vision is still very important.

Drake grasped the key point immediately.

Although Sotu and Maniero were once big players in the national team, they’ve been retired for over ten years. In terms of current team influence, Drake is definitely more reliable!

So, after Sotu and Russell discussed, San Remo officially replied to Rome the next day: It’s a deal!

A few days later, Becher’s successfully transferred to Rome for a super transfer fee of 12 million euros.

Considering he was previously a player from the Italian Third Division, this also set the highest transfer fee record for the Italian Third Division!

From Vedian’s 1.5 million euros to Becher’s 12 million euros, San Remo only took one season.

This is what the Italian Cup brought to San Remo!

Tell me, is this championship important or not!

Similarly, Atlanta, which was previously rumored with Rome’s substitute Savio, also panicked.

Speaking of which, we are all True Blue and Black, how can you, Inter Milan brothers, poach the players I’m eyeing?

Good fellows, True Blue and Black Atlanta, decisively spent 13 million euros to take Savio from Rome, to prevent further complications.

Rome entered and exited, and still earned one million euros.

Meanwhile, Rome also tried to sell Aguirre to Inter, because Aguirre and Becher’s are players of the same style and position, with Becher’s, why bother with a bike?

As a result, Inter was full of displeasure.

It’s one thing that you snatched Becher’s, but you also let Savio go, don’t you know what we lack most is a Central Forward?

Why buy Aguirre, we’re not a garbage recycling station!

Screw off!

But luckily, Naples expressed willingness to take over, eventually snapping up Aguirre for six million euros.

The reason it’s considered a steal is because, according to everyone’s forecast for next year’s market, a forward like Aguirre, who can rotate in a giant club or start in an ordinary Serie A team, would be worth around nine million euros next year.

Prices have already started to rise!

And they’re bound to soar next year!

With True Blue and Black Atlanta stealing Inter Milan’s Central Forward prospect, Inter was actually not too worried, because in fact, there was an even better option still available.

And that is Chievo, who returned to Serie A this year.

Speaking of Chievo, they can be considered fortunate in misfortune in recent years, or rather, fortunate within unfortunate circumstances.

Two years ago, they were promoted from Serie B to Serie A, but due to internal player conflicts, they eventually had to send Talista to the Italian D Division for support.

However, it turned out Talista was the real backbone of Chievo. Without Talista, Chievo got relegated back to Serie B just after being promoted to Serie A, with both the team manager and star Central Forward fleeing.

Then Talista returned, leading Chievo to rise to Serie A again.

But the relationship between Talista and Chievo was no longer the same as before.

Consequently, when a team offered a substantial bid for Talista, he decisively agreed to the transfer request and pressured the team to allow the transfer.

And the team getting in touch with Talista was Inter Milan!

Fifteen million euros!

Chievo wouldn’t sell.

Seventeen million euros!

Chievo still refused!

Eighteen million euros!

Meanwhile, Talista’s agent approached Chievo’s management, telling them that Talista must play at Meazza.

Chievo’s management, on the one hand, felt the transfer fee was indeed sufficient, and on the other hand, knew well about Talista’s fiery temperament and didn’t dare to forcefully keep him, so they had to agree to the transfer.

Thus, Talista became the current internal transfer record holder in Serie A with a price of 18 million euros, joining Inter Milan.

Can the top striker of Serie B bear the void left by the top striker of Serie A’s departure?

Many are watching and waiting eagerly!

Subsequently, media revealed Talista’s salary, which made many young stars envious and resentful.

Basic annual salary of two million euros!

Considering Talista is only twenty-five years old and has not yet reached his true peak, if he establishes himself at Inter, his next contract is likely to be the highest in Serie A!

This is the true route of a strong player, even if he once fell to the Italian D Division, he could promptly fight his way back to Serie A.

This alone is unmatched by ordinary Serie A players.

Haven’t you seen how many Serie A players couldn’t stand out after falling to lower leagues?

It can only be said that Talista’s luck is indeed hard enough!
