I Am Not A Goblin Slayer

Now, there was no one within several meters around him. He looked around and simply began to test the limits of this skill.

He stood in the snow, and after removing his clothes, his figure continued to enlarge without any obstruction.

1.9 meters, 2 meters, 2.2 meters....

In just a few breaths, his body swelled to a height of over three meters.

However, this was currently the limit.

Going beyond that, he sensed it was possible, but there was a risk of tearing tendons.

Having transformed into a body nearly three and a half meters tall, the world seemed to change in his eyes.

Compared to a human, he now looked more like a little giant.

Powerful strength surged continuously within him.

”Monster Strength Transformation!”

He clenched his fist and punched the ground.

This punch was powerful and heavy.

The gigantic body’s collaboration with the skill [Monster Strength Transformation] released tremendous strength.

A earth-shattering sound echoed in the silent snowy ground.

”Boom!”

A deep pit instantly appeared on the ground, as if hit by a cannonball.

Countless snow and mud shook up, instantly filling the previously open environment with snow mist.

”Cough cough...”

This destructive power startled Gauss himself.

He glanced at his fist.

The skin on his knuckles was already scraped, but soon, the wound stopped bleeding and began to heal itself.

If he wanted to engage in close combat, he would still need to enter [Scale Armor Bloodline] or [Tier Two Ghost Transformation] to add a layer of protection to the body surface.

Thinking of this, he decisively activated [Tier Two Ghost Transformation].

Black and white ghost energy rapidly streamed out from his pores, then enveloped his whole body, forming a layer of black and white armor on his body’s surface that seemed to possess life force.

”Eh?”

Gauss raised an eyebrow, seemingly not needing to be completely bare.

He felt that he could adjust the shape of the ghost energy.

Quickly, a streamlined armor, relatively in line with his aesthetic, fitted tightly to his entire body.

This armor was a solidification of a kind of energy, with a texture between leather and crystal, rising and falling with his muscle lines, without affecting the flexibility of the joints.

In crucial areas like the chest and elbow, it appeared especially thick, with dark lines faintly flowing through it.

Moreover, Tier Two Ghost Transformation made this gigantic body more solid and agile.

His pale long hair gently swayed with the breeze, and the white sharp horn on his head flickered with a strange light, becoming sharper and longer.

In terms of mobility, he felt much more agile compared to at the very beginning.

To be honest, at first, after gigantification, he felt the body became a bit cumbersome, but now it regained its agility.

”Boom!”

As another deep pit appeared on the ground, his body flashed and suddenly appeared in the open space in the distance.

The black and white airflow around him pushed the surrounding snow mist aside, clearing a small area.

Standing in the snow, anyone who looked would hardly recognize him as human, but more like a war giant.

Three and a half meters tall, with ferocious dual horns, and ghost energy flowing throughout his body, he exuded a very strong sense of oppression.

He first felt the protective ability of this ”ghost energy armor.”

With a thought.

His right fist, wrapped in black and white ghost energy, smashed down heavily on his left forearm with about fifty percent strength.

”Thump!”

A dull sound.

The vibration from the left arm was mostly absorbed by the ghost energy armor, transmitting only a slight dullness to the skin.

Throughout the process, he carefully observed the position being hit, finding the ghost energy armor only slightly concaved and rippled before restoring itself, showing no signs of damage.

”The defensive power is quite impressive.”

”And it seems to be able to enhance according to my will and supplement weak areas to a certain extent.”

Next, he attempted movement and attack.

The gigantic body, collaborating with various skills and spells, could exhibit even stronger effects.

”Acceleration Spell.”

”Vampiric Touch.”

”...”

The ground seemed to have suffered a natural disaster.

This enormous body kept sprinting on the snowfield, stopping in an instant, occasionally launching attacks to strike the ground to test the power.

Soon, the traces of craters appeared on the snowfield.

Just as Gauss was about to further stack [Scale Armor Bloodline] in this state, his body suddenly sent a strong warning signal.

As if once activated, something terrible would happen.

Helplessly, after considering it for a moment, he had to abandon this bold idea.

Human bodies have their limits; he could not enhance himself endlessly, or else the body might just snap, like an overtightened spring.

In fact, this feeling had already shown symptoms faintly when he used spells and skills just now.

Compared to normal professionals, he had stacked too many enhancements on himself, which was also a burden. If not for his professional specialization [Master of Stable Spellcasting], he might not be able to cast spells normally.

Through the tests just now, Gauss found another benefit of gigantification.

That is when using skills, as the body multiplied, the range of skill influence also increased.

Take Vampiric Touch for example, he could condense this spell’s magic power in his hand, or extend a more than one meter long tendril.

But now, this distance was forcibly extended to a four-meter range.

The size of the Magic Missile also seemed to change, from the size of a fist to the size of a head.

It consumed more magic power, with a corresponding increase in power.
