While Everyone Panicked, I Upgraded My Raft

Chapter 103: Chapter 102: Rowan Rhodes Teaches You How to Produce Air Purifiers

”Yeah! For the Sea Survival Shop to have ten thousand in stock, they most likely collected them from the permanent players!”

”I feel like the Sea Survival Shop is just like the raft. It upgrades gradually. The upgrade method might be related to the number of transactions, and with each upgrade, it can invite a certain number of permanent players.”

”...”

It was safe to say that some players had sharp intuition. They easily deduced some information based on the situation with the Sea Survival Shop. Fortunately, Rowan Rhodes had come prepared. Everything she did through the Sea Survival Shop was well-founded and didn’t reveal her as a ”Prophet.” Otherwise, people would have easily figured her out.

Right now, after watching the goods she listed sell out in an instant, Rowan Rhodes directly listed the remainder of her inventory in District 122. The players in District 122 immediately went wild when they saw over two thousand air purifiers available.

”Aww, boss, boss, we love you so much!”

”There are actually over two thousand of them!! How on earth did the boss do this?”

”Did she open her own factory?”

”The boss just has so many connections!”

”So blessed.”

”Boss, keep producing them!”

”I’ll trade all the resources I have for them.”

”Boss, can you sell some circuit boards?”

”...”

As was her Nature, Rowan Rhodes noticed this request. She knew that air purifiers required circuit boards. When salvaging yesterday, she specifically aimed for circuit boards, and the Seagulls had salvaged quite a few as well. Combined with the fact that she had purchased a good amount from other players, she had more than enough, so she didn’t bother manufacturing them directly. As for any Level 7 player capable of production, they could salvage circuit boards on their own. Therefore, she wasn’t in a hurry.

She hadn’t expected circuit boards to be in such high demand. It made sense. Other resources were easy to come by, but circuit boards were hard to obtain. However, rather than single-handedly producing and selling circuit boards, she felt it would be better to let more players know how to manufacture them.

[circuit board: copper ingot *3, plastic *6, Vine Goo *2]

The reason players didn’t know how to produce circuit boards was that Vine Goo had to be inputted to generate the circuit board blueprint. Vine Goo was a secondary processed resource, smelted from Seaweed using a Furnace. Very few people would try smelting Seaweed; after all, it was a very early-game resource used for crafting items like rope.

Although Rowan Rhodes intended to leak this information, she wasn’t going to do it for free. She had just been worrying about how to sell information-based products! And just like that, an opportunity presented itself.

The next moment, Rowan Rhodes chose to list an information-based product in the Sea Survival Shop and began editing the contents. She couldn’t just sell whatever information she wanted; it had to be recognized by the Sea Survival Shop.

[Product: Rowan Rhodes Teaches You How to Produce Air Purifiers]

[Price: 1 Trading Coin]

When putting out this title, Rowan Rhodes subconsciously rubbed her nose. She initially thought about just naming it ”How to Produce Air Purifiers,” but she was afraid people wouldn’t notice it. After all, many people already knew how to produce them by now. By leveraging her own reputation, perhaps more people would buy it.

Although players who purchased information-based products couldn’t directly disclose the details, they could still do so indirectly. For example, if a player bought the information and immediately started buying up large quantities of Seaweed resources, others would guess that her method involved Seaweed. As long as they pinpointed the right resource, they would eventually figure it out through trial and error.

In this scenario, Rowan Rhodes was simply capitalizing on the time gap. And with her current fame, this time gap would allow her to maximize her profits.

After confirming there were no issues, Rowan Rhodes listed it directly.

The moment it was listed, it appeared in the very first slot. Although it was quickly pushed down, the fleeting words ”Rowan Rhodes” were still noticed. Many people subconsciously rubbed their eyes. They wondered if their eyes were playing tricks on them.

[Rowan Rhodes Teaches You How to Produce Air Purifiers?]

Was it really Rowan Rhodes???

Some people saw that it only cost 1 Trading Coin and immediately bought it to give it a try. Of course, some players were skeptical, but they soon saw the permanent players in their respective districts mentioning that the Sea Survival Shop didn’t allow players to impersonate others. If anyone asked how they knew, it was because they had tried it themselves.

Therefore, in districts with permanent players, copies sold incredibly fast.

In District 122, Zelda Parrish quickly sent out a reminder as well.

”Zelda Parrish: Everyone can buy the ’Rowan Rhodes Teaches You How to Produce Air Purifiers’ in the Sea Survival Shop and give it a try.”
