The Misfortune Adventure Of Dimensional Chat Group Owner

’Today is a historical moment for our devil race to witness. We are about to watch our strongest devil, Sirzech Lucifer-sama, showcasing his power to the public!’ (Commentator)

’And his opponent, the mysterious new Queen of Leviathan-sama, Kaito also equally mysterious! We don’t know what he’s capable of, but the fact that his promotion duel is fighting against Lucifer-sama means his strength shouldn’t be underestimated!’ (Commentator)

’Without further ado, let’s watch the battle between Sirzech Lucifer-sama and Kaito, the new queen of Serafall Leviathan-sama!!’(Commentator)

...!!

’’Ohhhh!!!’’ (Audience)

When the commentator announced the start of the duel between Kaito and Sirzechs, all the attention of the audience and most of the devil race was immediately directed to the arena. On the large screen (provided by Ajuka), two sides of the screen showed Kaito and Sirzechs teleporting into a vast, empty field arena. The two of them also faced each other, about 100 meters apart, which is quite far, but for being at the level of Kaito and Sirzech, it’s really close.

Even though they were about to start fighting, both Kaito and Sirzechs had smiles on their faces. It was clear neither of them felt tense, and in fact, even right now, Kaito had time to open the chat group at the moment.

[Owner]: ”To watch myself broadcast in someone else’s vision, it’s interesting. And everyone seems to be enthusiastic.”

[Mage of Exodus]: ”???”

[God Tongue]: ”???”

[Witch of the Void]: ”???”

[SAO Administrator]: ”???”

[Baroque Works Leader]: ”???”

[God Tongue]: ”Owner, I know you didn’t take the duel seriously, but isn’t this a bit too casual?”

[Railgun Girl]: ”Indeed! You’d better not lose this duel as our leader!”

[Owner]: ”Don’t worry, I didn’t plan to lose. I’m just wondering how I should win this duel without ruining Sirzech’s image.”

[SAO Administrator]: ”What an arrogant statement. But knowing your ability, you had the capital to say that.”

[Root Princess]: ”Just throw a hundred Gungnir to his face.”

[Owner]: ”That would be too humiliating!”

[Witch of the Void]: ”Just teleport and directly attack his soul using the Imagine Breaker combo. We all know that no matter how strong Satan is, the Imagine Breaker is still effective since it could even shield you from Aiwass back then.”

[Owner]: ”That’s a good idea, but I don’t want to kill him!”

[Alien Princess]: ”Use the magical girl transformation device! I want to see your action with it!”

[Owner]: ”No way! You guys aren’t helping!”

[Scarlet Devil Headmaid]: ”Rather than that, master. I think you should focus on the duel. Sirzech-san does seem to wait for your action first, but you looked like a fool in the arena right now.”

[Owner]: ”Ah! My bad!”

[Mage of Exodus]: ”Pffft! Who told you to open a chat group at an important event?”

=====

’Why did the fight not start? And that queen seems to be daydreaming.’

’Is he scared? But fighting our lord is indeed a bit too much.’

’Cmon, I am paying to see a fight. Not a staring contest!’

...

Hearing the audience’s comment from the side, Kaito indeed feels ashamed. Kaito then bowed slightly to Sirzech (who was waiting for his reaction) and then asked, ”Umm... Sirzech-san. Can we start the duel?”

”Sure.” Sirzech, wearing a black tuxedo, gave a polite smile and then said, ”I thought you were daydreaming or perhaps currently in contact with someone else, so I didn’t disturb you.”

”The fact in your promotion duel, you didn’t even take me seriously is indeed intriguing.” Sirzech continued with a teasing tone, ”As a Satan, I was never treated this badly before.”

”...”

”Well, my bad, Sirzech-sama.” Kaito apologized, knowing it was his fault. Kaito then assumed a fighting stance, with his right hand fisting up, and suggested, ”How about we start with pure close combat first? without using any dangerous ability. For a manly duel between us.”

”A manly duel?” Sirzech raised his eyebrow, clearly interested in the proposal, ”Sure~ You come first, Kaito. Let me see what you are capable off.”

”Alright.” Kaito nods, prepared to dash, ”Here I come!”

...!!!

*DASH*

Using a high-speed movement technique like Soru from One Piece, Kaito immediately arrived in front of Sirzech in a split second and was about to put a fist into his face. However, his proud movement speed was, in fact, completely observed by Satan, and in response, Sirzech also did the same thing to Kaito’s face!

With advanced observation haki, Kaito was somewhat able to react, but it was too late... and Sirzech’s agility was also too fast for him to dodge!

*BAMM* (x2)

...!!?!

Hence, their battle started with each other getting punched in the face very hard. Both of them were surprised by each other for different reasons.

Kaito didn’t expect Sirzech to be able to react to him, while Sirzech didn’t expect Kaito’s punch to be strong enough to blow him away despite the difference in their basic physical strength. On top of that, while hitting his face, Imagine Breaker also somewhat affected Sirzech in that microsecond. The sudden loss of magic was an experience that Sirzech had never felt before... and Sirzech realized that Kaito may really defeat him in this duel if he was indeed capable of ’erasing’ his strength upon touching.

The audience was also surprised by such a spectacle. To see their strongest Satan trade an equal blow with the new Leviathan Queen, it was clear that Kaito already had the strength of Ultimate Class Devil in physical strength alone! Sairaorg, the known strongest young devil at the moment, admitted he was impressed and excited by Kaito and wondered whether he’s able to challenge him later.

Most of the audience didn’t know that it wasn’t Kaito’s physical strength that was impressive, but it was because his attacks were enhanced by armament haki.

In that single confrontation, Kaito also realized how strong Sirzech’s physical strength is, comparable to Full-Armament Haki that has been infused with Conqueror’s Haki. Kaito totally forgot that in the original plot, Sirzech does have immense strength, to the point of being able to overpower Issei in his Balance Breaker!

*BOOM*

Getting blown away, both of them, as experienced fighters, easily landed on their feet. Swiping blood from his mouth, Kaito admits he truly underestimated Sirzech before, and now he really needs to take it seriously.

To make up for the lack of physical strength, Kaito, without hesitation, used the Eight Gates the moment he landed on his feet. Meanwhile, at the same time, Sirzech also channeled his magic to strengthen himself even further, realizing the danger of Kaito’s right hand!

[Eight Gates]: Gate of View!” (Kaito)

[Strengthening Magic] (Sirzech)

...!!!

After activating their abilities on each other, the buffed Kaito with a green aura and Sirzechs immediately clashed fists again... this time, however, without either of them being knocked away despite getting hit with each other’s attacks in full blunt.

*BAMM*

*BAMM*

*BAMM*

In mere seconds, they had already exchanged dozens of blows. They moved with incredible speed, and every strike carried such overwhelming force that the resulting shockwaves thundered through the arena, shaking one of its very dimensions.

To stand on equal footing with his opponent, Kaito pushed all three forms of Haki to their absolute limits. At the same time, he endured the brutal strain of the Sixth Gate of the Eight Gates while using his Creation ability to reinforce his skin with an additional layer of defense.

Sirzechs was no less relentless. To meet Kaito’s assault, he not only enhanced his body with strengthening magic but also layered defensive magic over himself before channeling the full power of his Destruction into his physical attacks.

...

’What an amazing sight! Seeing the two contestants clashing fists in a fast and deadly manner made me feel very excited!’ (Commentator)

’Incredible’

’If I got punched by those attackers, I would definitely get killed.’

’There’s no doubt that Kaito, Sera-tan new queen, was getting promoted after this fight...’

...

At first, many in the audience were skeptical of Kaito’s abilities. However, after witnessing the fierce close-quarters battle between him and Sirzechs, any lingering doubts vanished. Kaito’s strength was undeniably real.

The veteran devils, especially the other Satans, were genuinely stunned. They knew better than anyone that Sirzechs was fighting with complete seriousness, holding nothing back, at least when it came to his full physical ability.

...

”Kaito’s right hand, it was affecting Sirzech’s magical energy every single time. What kind of ability is that? I am sure no Sacred Gear is capable of doing it.” Ajuka expressed his curiosity while watching Sirzech and Kaito trading blows on the scene from the VIP room.

”Kaito-kun said his right-hand ability was called Imagine Breaker! It can nullify any supernatural ability.” Serafall explained, ”It’s really unreasonable!”

”Unreasonable?”

”When he touches me, I can’t feel any mana to use magic at all!”

???

”Nullify supernatural ability... that’s really troublesome to deal with,” Ajuka commented, ”It means that even if I fought him, he probably could cancel my kankara formula with it.”

”With such an ability, perhaps Sirzech can truly be defeated in this duel,” Falbium commented.

”Who knows? We all know Sirzech hasn’t used his ’destruction’ ability yet. But we also don’t know whether Kaito boy has something else.” Ajuka stated and expressed deep curiosity about the result of this duel.

...

Naturally, aside from Ajuka, a dozen relatively powerful audience members also noticed just how absurd Kaito’s right hand was, as Sirzechs repeatedly lost all of the magic power concentrated in his attacks the moment they came into contact with it.

Even from a distance, they could tell that the Imagine Breaker would affect them as well... which is stupidly ridiculous. Because of that fact alone, most of them silently placed Kaito on the list of individuals they should never try to provoke until they figure out what his real ability is.

What none of them realized was that the duel had only just begun. Neither Kaito nor Sirzechs had revealed their real ability or any of their true trump card yet.

...

”He can fight my older brother equally! Sona, your older sister new ’queen’, is really strong!” Rias expressed genuine shock, seeing the duel from an audience seat with Sona.

Sona nod was also shocked by the scene, ”I have heard from my sister that her new ’queen’ was amazing. But even I didn’t know it would be this amazing to be able to trade a blow with Sirzech-sama.”

”Then, you guys are going to be in trouble to witness. Because neither Kaito nor Sirzech-san is going all out yet.”

???

”Huh?”

Hearing someone comment on their talk, both of them turned to the left... to see a beautiful woman in a pretty golden colored dress, and many women behind her also wore the same attire.

”You are...” (Sona)

”Introducing myself, my name is Fuwa Aika, and I am a Kaito peerage member, holding the position of bishop. Nice to meet you, Rias Gremory and Sona Sitri.” Aika introduced herself politely, ”All the girls behind me are also Kaito Peerage members~.”

””Kaito peerage members?”” (Rias/Sona)

Seeing a group of pretty girls as Kaito’s peerage members (as for Ravel, she was sitting with her family), Rias and Sona were surprised, but they quickly calmed down. That was because peerage members filled with girls, as part of the King’s harem, wasn’t rare, as with the Riser and Diodora peerages.

”Um, nice to meet you too. Aika-san.” Sona greeted back politely and then asked, ”But I am curious... what do you mean by neither of them going all out?”

Rias also followed, then asked, ”I know my brother hasn’t used our Destruction magic yet, but does the new Leviathan-sama queen also have the ability he has not used yet?”

”Yes. In fact, our king has way too many abilities to use.” Aika answered calmly, while sipping tea, ”You two had better be prepared to see the scene where our darling defeated Satan Lucifer in a duel.”

?!?!

”You are too arrogant! My brother is the strongest in the Underworld!” Rias retorted.

Sona nodded in agreement and added, ”Although we should be on the same side, I agree with Rias. My sister queen is definitely strong enough to be Ultimate Devil class, but our strongest Satan is one of the transcendent in this whole world.”

Hearing what they said, Aika and others just giggled and didn’t take what they were saying seriously... which made both of them frown. Manaka, who was just listening like others, then suggested, ”How about a bet? If our darling loses, we’ll do anything you want, but if Kaito wins, we need your help with one thing.”

”One thing?” Rias asked, ”What is it?”

”Don’t worry. The thing shouldn’t be difficult. After our king wins, we plan to get engaged together. We hope you can persuade your family to help and express support to the Phenex family with the engagement matters.” Manaka explained.

???

”That’s a good suggestion.” Aika nodded in agreement, followed by Lala, who also excitedly followed along, ”Indeed! We were also interested in becoming friends with you!”

...

Hearing what Manaka suggested, the rest of the girls who know their situation and support it. Although the Phenex family definitely has no trouble funding the engagement (they could also help), in the political scene, it would be better if other households could help and support to tone down the voice of rejection from the racist devil faction, which is not treating the reincarnated devil as their own people.

On top of that, on this occasion, they could also establish a friendship with an important character in this world, which may help in their plan in this world.

Meanwhile, hearing the explanation from Manaka, Rias and Sona looked at each other and nodded. In their mind, there’s no way Rias’ brother,  Sirzech Lucifer, would lose, as he was one of the top 10 strongest beings in the world... so the win is guaranteed.

”Deal,” Rias promised them quickly.

”Me too.” Sona quickly followed.

”Then the deal was established~” Manaka smiled, knowing her plan was successful. ”Let’s see how the duel goes until the end.”

”Indeed.” Sona nodded in agreement, also curious how strong his sister’s new queen is going to be, ”Anyway, even if we lost the bet, we are still getting a benefit, so it’s a bad deal.”

Although they couldn’t be called representatives of the family, both Sona and Rias had the status of Heir of their respective devil household, so they were confident they could convince their families to do so.

>>>>>

Back to the contestants of the duel, their relentless exchange of blows continued for nearly ten minutes, devastating large portions of the arena. In the end, Kaito was the first to disengage the fight, retreating with teleportation... due to exhaustion.

Unlike Sirzechs, who could sustain both his immense magic power and overwhelming physical strength for extended periods, Kaito couldn’t maintain that level of output for long. Despite possessing infinite magical energy, his base physical strength and endurance were still far inferior to Sirzechs’. The only reason he had managed to fight him to a standstill was because of the enormous boosts provided by Strengthen magic, Armament Haki, Conqueror’s Haki, and the Eight Gates.

Without all of those enhancements, Kaito wouldn’t have lasted even a minute against him. After all, in the original story, Sirzechs’ punches were powerful enough to overwhelm Issei even while he was in his Balance Breaker state.

”Huft... Huft... That was quite intense, but I am satisfied!”

Kaito tried catching his breath while secretly restoring his body using the points suggested, ”I think that was enough for the show of physical strength, Sirzech-sama~”

”You aren’t bad. Considering how young you are, it’s extremely impressive for you to be that strong.” Sirzech praised, extremely satisfied with Kaito’s capability so far, ”At the same age as you, I am nowhere as strong as you. It seems the future of the devil race is going to be in your hands ~.”

”Thank you for your compliment, Sirzech-sama. How about we get serious now? Start using our real ability?”

”Alright. I am just following your suggestion, Kaito-kun.” Sirzech nodded and then started to materialize a destructive ability in his hand, giving Kaito a creepy feeling. ”Then, you’d better not lie about your promise to defeat me thoroughly!”

...!!!

Kaito gave a solemn nod before activating the Gate of Babylon behind him... prepared to show his real ability. Golden ripples spread across the air as hundreds of dangerous weapons emerged from it, each one poised to launch at any given time.

At the same time, Est appeared silently in his right hand in her sword form, a white-and-blue one-handed longsword with a partially golden hilt. The blade radiated a dangerous aura that immediately put Sirzechs on guard.

”Don’t worry. I’d never break a promise.” Kaito leveled Est at Sirzechs with a confident smile. ”I hope you’re prepared to get beaten, Sirzechs-sama!”

It was clear that the duel was about to enter its next phase. Until now, both Kaito and Sirzechs had relied primarily on their physical abilities. From this point onward, they would begin fighting with their real ability.
