The Misfortune Adventure Of Dimensional Chat Group Owner

During dinner, every girl who had followed Kaito back to this world returned to their brand-new home in Tokyo despite their busy schedules. Everyone also reported what they were doing today (not Manaka), especially Kaito and Aika, regarding their findings about the plan to make legit money in this world.

The only exception would be Ravel, but she already reported that she’s doing her best to explain to her family what’s going on.

...

”So it’s safe to assume if we wanted to run a legit company in this country, we can’t avoid Five Great Families’ influence,” Aika concluded.

”Indeed.” Kaito nods in agreement, ”But it also depends on company size. Speaking of which, what kind of business do you want to run in this world?”

”Of course, it’s a manufacturing company, which we can directly get from you.”

...?!!?

Hearing what Aika said, Kaito directly protested, ”Ah! But you have promised that I won’t need to work hard in this world!”

””Pffft!!””

Everyone laughed at Kaito’s reaction, even Est and Akitsu, who were usually docile. In fact, aside from Kaito, every girl already knows the full plan for what she wants to do in this world, and they haven’t told him yet to see his reaction.

”Calm down, Darling.” Aika stopped teasing him and explained, ”We only need you to do the bare minimum; in fact, we can also directly import your stock from the base world to make the number.”

”Master, it’s just to ensure that we have an explainable source of money.” Sakuya added, ”As for getting rich or not, I don’t think any of us care about it.”

...

Everyone nods in agreement with what Sakuya just said. Honestly, Kaito just doesn’t want to get in trouble, and as for the money they could get, none of the chat group members care about it.

When he’s gonna fight Sirzech in a week, his ’creation’ ability will definitely be revealed to the whole world, and it’s a given that the supernatural faction will do either:

a. try to recruit him,

b. impose a sanction on his creation to ensure his ability won’t cause economic crashes.

Neither is a particularly big problem since he was strong enough, but the same can’t be said for all other chat group members who will visit this world in the future.

Better to follow the rules than to face endless trouble following them while living in this world.

...

”So, back to the main topic, the question is how to deal with those families?” Kaito asked.

”Just show strength and force them to comply.” Aika directly suggested, ”Tell your identity directly in this world, as the queen of one of the satans from Devil Faction.”

”Indeed. That’s the fastest way to make them agree.” Manaka nods in agreement.

”Uh? Isn’t that a bit too hasty? Would it cause a political issue?” Kaito hesitated, followed by nods from Miya and Akitsu, who had the same opinion as him.

”Kaito-kun, with your current strength, is there really anyone who can threaten you besides the top 10? No, scratch that, maybe top 5,” Manaka explained calmly, ”This world isn’t like the Misaka world, where there’s a demon god potentially resetting the universe.”

”What is the use of your strength if it’s not used properly?” Manaka retorted, ”Especially in this world where strength matters the most.”

...!!?!!

”Ah... You are right!”

Hearing what Manaka said, Kaito felt enlightened. Unlike last time when he was returned to this world, Kaito came back with enough strength and influence, so he shouldn’t act like a cautious coward and follow the disadvantageous rules. If those Five Great Families don’t want to cooperate (mainly due to their racism toward other races), then only force can persuade them to agree.

After that, with newfound confidence, Kaito and everyone decide to visit the Himejima Clan tomorrow to ensure their business in this country can launch as soon as possible.

They also do not forget to ask where Lala and Manaka go at noon, both giving different answers. Lala confessed that she was checking the leyline of Tokyo to find the best location for her laboratory in this world. At the same time, Manaka told them she was spending the entire noon exploring the new world curiously. Knowing Manaka’s history of being obsessed with another world, Kaito easily buys that reason. Still, most girls are obviously already aware of what Manaka does since she has told them about her to subdue the Hero Faction.

They didn’t know how much progress Manaka had made, although none of them realized that Manaka had already become the new leader of that group.

>>>>>

Now, they already have a plan; the next day, he and everyone will go together to the Himejima clan’s main base of operations, located in the Tohoku region. Although the plot never stated that Tokyo was exactly 500 km away, distance and reconnaissance weren’t a problem for this group.

Just by asking the chat group system, they quickly found the location of Himejima Clan’s main base... so Kaito and others directly teleported in there.

When Kaito appeared in the area, it resembled the Himejima Clan shrine described in the book.

Kaito quickly found the guard nearby and tried to ask them politely, ”Uh, good afternoon.”

”Good afternoon-- who are you?! How did you get here?” Guard A reacted violently and quickly, preparing his weapon, a spear, aiming at Kaito’s neck.

”Uh? Chill! We are coming here with peace!”

...!!!??

What Kaito didn’t account for is that abruptly entering someone’s home won’t make a good impression for a friendly conversation. When Kaito and others realized that, it was too late for them to amend their mistake... as they quickly reacted with hostility!

”This aura... they are devils! And this group is a very strong one!” Another guard exclaimed, prepared to engage in combat.

”Alert the shrine! We can’t let devils invade our sacred shrine!”

Kaito: ”Uh... we are here for a friendly visit....”

...!!!

*Crash*

As Kaito said that, a fireball directly went to his face... but of course, Kaito easily swatted (destroyed) it with his right hand (Imagine Breaker). Multiple times, Kaito tried to start a peaceful conversation and hoped someone would be willing to talk with them, but it was no use; they kept trying to attack him with elemental projectile or trying to stab him with spear!

*Crash*

*Crash*

*Crash*

Kaito totally forgot that the Himejima Clan is currently led by an extremist leader who even killed his own older sister because they have a relationship with a non-human faction.

Most of the girls actually realize it by now, but they are also aware of their lover’s strength, so they choose to watch Kaito have fun instead. And perhaps because of his bad luck, for some reason, the guard didn’t attack the girls and concentrated all of their attack on Kaito.

”I am sorry for us to enter your home directly---”

*Crash*

”Can you guys stop aiming fireball on my face---”

*Thrust*

”I don’t ask a spear on my gut either!”

*Clank* *Clank*

”Now multiple people?! I told you guys I am here for peace!”

*Crash* *Crash* *Crash*

”You guys wanted to kill me! That big ass fireball would kill people behind me and me!”

Seeing more guards pouring in and attacking him nonstop, Kaito decides it is enough, and he should counterattack. Thankfully, he recently awakened a haosoku haki after his strength breakthrough, which is perfect to use in this situation.

*NGGGGGG*

...!!!

Dark red lightning was released from Kaito’s eyes, directly targeting many people from the Himejima Clan... forcing them to shut down. In fact, it was so massive and covered all the outer area of the Himejima Clan’s shrine main base.

*DUAR*

....!!!

Just like that, hundreds of people became unconscious thanks to the conqueror haki... making the hectic situation earlier become eerily quiet.

”Fyuh... I am glad I managed to awaken the Haoshoku haki, it would be troublesome!” Kaito sighed in relief, athough he still feel bad toward all the guards laying on the dirt.

””Pffft!””

Aika and others giggling at his reaction, especially Aika, who was directly teasing him, ”Pffft! It seems our lover still needs to practice his speech, even though he has been our leader for years.”

”I-I am sorry about that! They just didn’t want to listen to me!” Kaito complained, ”And you guys didn’t help me!”

”We just want to give you a chance to show off and protect us.” Aika commented with a convincing tone, ”After all, it feels so happy to be protected by our beloved one.”

”Indeed. It was amazing to see you in action, darling.” (Manaka)

”Indeed.” (Miya)

”Master is so cool.” (Akitsu)

”Is that... so? I guess I do.” Hearing their praise, Kaito was deceived easily (as he trusted them unconditionally), and he also felt it was right for him as their man to protect the girls. After all, besides solving his curse, protecting his family is the reason he’s pursuing strength desperately.

”Anyway, let’s barge in and meet a bunch of the leaders of the Himejima Clan. My observation haki already senses they are grouping in the inner sanctuary and waiting for us inside.”

>>>>>

After getting into the Inner Sanctuary, Kaito and the girls were surprised to find out that most of the elders in the class and important characters, such as the heir of the Himejima Clan, Himejima Suzaku, were already sitting calmly, waiting for them to come in. Like the guards’ treatment of them earlier, Kaito was expecting them to react violently to their coming, but what happened was the exact opposite... where these old seems to act civilly.

Seeing everyone being civil, Kaito and others naturally don’t have reason to be hostile. Kaito quickly sat down in the designated position and bluntly asked, ”Hmm? I thought you guys wanted to fight, but it seems everyone is actually being civil?”

”It’s just a natural conclusion. We feel none of our clan members got killed, so you must want to talk with us.” Suou Himejima, the elderly old man and current leader of the Himejima Clan, answered him.

”Well, we do want to have a nice talk, but your guard just keeps attacking us,” Kaito responded nonchalantly.

”It was my order not to let any non-human approach our shrine.” Suou answered seriously and then asked, ”Just state your deal, Queen of Serafall Leviathan. Why do you want to visit this clan?”

”So my news has already spread around. That makes things easier.”

”But getting called a queen despite being male feels weird, doesn’t it?” Kaito wryly smiled, then explained his purpose, ”Keep it simple. We want to control some industries in Tokyo and Kuoh. We also hope you guys could help us establish our business.”

...!!!??!!

”You are too arrogant!”

????

Hearing what Kaito said, one of the elders directly snapped and shot a fireball toward his face... which made the Himejima clan somewhat panic and tense. However, neither Kaito nor the girls felt the same, as Kaito just raised his right hand to cancel the fire from hitting him. He just confused why the elder acts violently, but remembers the racist relationship between these clan members toward non-humans, which does make sense.

*Crash*

...!!!

”Old man, why are you attacking me?”

Instead of answering, the angry old man yelled at him, ”Your hand?! What happened?!”

”I delete it~ Any supernatural stuff, my right hand can erase it.”

?!?!?!

The show where Kaito easily deleted fireball magic made everyone in the room surprised, to say the least. Suou Himejima, in response, also quickly took action, afraid of continuing to offend this big shot.

Although he hates devils and many supernatural life forms, Suou knows it’s unwise to provoke Kaito, who definitely has some strength for being a ”queen” for Serafall Leviatan.

”Detain him! Bring him away from this room and bring him to jail!”

””YES!!””

The rest of the clan members quickly followed their leader’s order and took that man away, while Kaito and his group didn’t even bother to move. However, this also gives Kaito leverage to push in their deal; after all, in this world, strength does matter.

In fact, Kaito didn’t mind it in the slightest.

He’s not that bloodthirsty to blame the entire clan for the mistake of one member... and the girls should be the same. Should, because Kaito is unsure whether Manaka would take offense and secretly take that man out later. After all, she has the record of slaughtering the entire Kihara Clan just because they wanted to ”hurt” him.

In fact, Kaito was right; Manaka did glance and record the man’s face, and planned to deal with him with her new toy later on. (Hero Faction)

...

”Geez. Control your clan member. I thought everyone here was supposed to be elite or something, unlike the guard on the front.” Kaito commented casually after the man was taken away, ”The guy even directly attacked me, even though I just stated my purpose.”

”We are sorry for his behavior.” Suou Himejima bowed his head slightly in apology, followed by many Himejima Clan members,

”Well, alright then.” Kaito shrugged, didn’t really take it as offense, and then continued,  ”So... How about our request?”

”...”

”Well---”

Himejima Suzaku, an older sister which very similar to Himejima Akeno but in shrine maiden clothes, finally spoke.

Seeing that the peaceful talk was suspended, she raised her hand and suggested,  ”Father, I think it’s unwise to provoke a satan queen when we can cooperate with them.”

”Oh?” (Kaito)

”Umm.” Suou glanced at his daughter and asked, ”Explain your idea, my daughter.”

Suzaku nodded and explained, ”Tokyo is too far away from our area anyway, and with their cooperation, I feel like we should be able to stabilize our standing in there more compared to other clans.”

”Besides, we all know his circumstances before become the Satan queen; he wasn’t willing to become one. And with the strength he has shown to us... I think it’s a bad idea to make an enemy out of him, and instead, he’s worth befriending.” Suzaku said with a serious tone.

””...””

Hearing what she said, Kaito and the other girls smiled at her, having a good opinion of her. That’s because, unlike her stubborn father, Suzaku, the next heir of Himejima Clan, is smart; understand that, in the end, this negotiation was more like a notification of whether they want to cooperate.

After all, without the Himejima Clan, Kaito and his friend can look for other forces to cooperate with.

...

”You are... Suzaku-chan, isn’t it? You are really smart and yeah... You guys really investigate me, huh?”

”Of course. The news of your ascension after all was well known to the supernatural world.” Suzaku nodded calmly, giving a vibe of a Yamato Nadeshiko woman, ”May I ask, Mr. Kaito. The story about you was forced to become a devil of the Phenex family... was it true?”

Kaito answered positively, ”It was true. I was a 100$ human, but my circumstances were so unlucky that my good deeds almost killed me.”

”Then you are--”

Kaito shook his head and explained, ”However, even though I am a devil now, most of the time I still think of myself as a human, and don’t have many good opinions about the devil race.”

...

In fact, most of the time, Kaito forgets his identity as a devil and only remembers it when he’s in a situation or exposed to something that a devil can’t endure, like a holy object. Even so, Kaito has many holy objects in his Gate of Babylon alone, but the effects have been erased long ago by the system help... like how the system deleted the effect of spelling ”god” for devil.

”So I assure you, we only have good intentions here for your clan.” Kaito answered seriously, albeit his grin made everyone feel chilled, ”If we want to fight, we won’t just sit here with you guys, and I probably just blow up the whole shrine area.”

...!!

”We know.” Suzaku nodded solemnly, ”That’s why I suggest that my father cooperate. Making enemies with you is definitely not wise. Especially that right hand, even our Sacred Beast keeps warning me that it’s the most terrifying thing it has ever seen.”

”I see, it seems you also really have good eyes.” Kaito answered, a bit surprised to see Suzaku could tell about his Imagine Breaker, ”How do you see my arm?”

...

In the end, with Suzaku’s persuasion and a direct warning from Vermilion Bird to Suou Himejima, the negotiation went smoothly, with the Himejima Clan actively providing cover for their business and the initial costs. In return, Kaito promised them a direct official way to purchase their product and certain rarities like Phenex Tears... as the Himejima Clan knows Kaito was coming from the Phenex Family.

Kaito and others are naturally okay with such a deal. After all, with enough system points, he can purchase as many Phoenix Tears as they wants to have.

Besides that, Kaito knows the Himejima Clan has a direct connection to Gregory, the Fallen Angel faction, which is the next one Kaito wants to investigate and befriend.

Even now, Kaito is still not giving up on finding out about the identity of his ’adopted’ parent, even though he’s already aware that the bad luck curse on him probably has nothing to do with them.
