The Misfortune Adventure Of Dimensional Chat Group Owner

Because they had promised their ’guest’ to have lunch at base world, in the afternoon, right before lunch time, Kaito and the others returned to base world. They also brought many people, Kaibi with his 2 sisters, Frenda with her little sister Fremea, Misaki and Dolly, and Nayuta, who was holding hands with Est.

Seeing Est having fun with Nayuta, it seemed the two had quickly formed a good relationship, and Kaito also felt happy for his sister.

...

”Finally back to the base world... Hello, Erina and Hisako.”

Upon coming back to the base world, Kaito and others appear in the front door of the meeting room of the wooden mansion, then everyone sees Erina and Hisako in their chef uniform, clearly waiting for them.

”Hello, Owner.” Erina greeted them back and looked over the guests they brought, ”It seems you recruited some good people.”

Kaito just nodded and stated, ”Everyone, let me introduce myself. These two are Erina and Hisako, our head chefs, who are responsible for the quality of the food in this world. Come on, everyone, give them a bow!”

Hearing his order, everyone, even Aika and others, quickly gave them a bow, which made both Hisako and Erina chuckle.

”Pffft! Why so serious? Anyway, we have prepared lunch. Should be more than enough to fill everyone’s stomach.” Erina proudly stated and then opened the door of the meeting room.

...!!!

Inside, the long table of the meeting room is now full of various dishes with enticing looks and smells that made everyone’s stomachs grumble.

Seeing this ’scenery’, Kaito and the others were impressed by such a spectacle. What makes them speechless is that it seems Erina and Hisako clearly have improved again, as some of the dishes seem to be glowing!

”So many dishes... and they all look delicious.” (Kaibi)

”Just by smelling made me hungry. Maybe following you is truly the right decision, sister.” (Kaibi sister)

”Those desserts literally smell so good, Dolly, we should try them!” (Misaki)

”Yes!” (Dolly)

”Don’t overeat the dessert!” (Misaka)

”Sister, can we really eat this?” (Fremea)

”I am not sure, but if my boss said okay, then it’s okay!” (Frenda)

”Est, do you eat like this every day?” (Nayuta)

”Um, thought Sakuya was the one who usually prepares my lunch.” (Est)

”Amazing!” (Nayuta)

...

”Good work, Erina-san, Hisako-san.” Kaito nodded satisfiedly, ”Thank you for preparing such a grand lunch for us.”

”Thank you, Owner. You already paid the points anyway, so it was given that we prepare the best.” Erina politely answered, followed by a nod with Hisako. Earlier, Kaito literally paid them 10.000 points each for the lunch, so naturally, Erina and Hisako were going all out and prepared the lunch from early morning.

”By the way, where are the others? I thought you guys were going to prepare a banquet.” Aika asked curiously.

”You know everyone is busy, Aika-san,” Hisako answered instead, ”Even we just barely have free time here.”

”Not even have time for a banquet?” Kaito asked, ”Damn, it seems everyone is working hard.”

Although Kaito knows everyone should have something to do, he didn’t expect them to be so busy to the point that they couldn’t even attend the meeting. At the moment, Kaito genuinely feels bad for others, mainly because most of them should be busy with his suggestion to build this world together.

”...”

”It’s okay.” Looking at Kaito, who feels bad, Aika pats her lover’s shoulder and reassures him, ”We are only busy at the beginning... maybe for a few months. When everything runs smoothly, we can let someone else take care of our matters, and we can be free again.”

”Ah, that’s true.” Kaito nods in agreement and then realizes that their guests seem to be eager to eat, ”Anyway, let’s have lunch first before we introduce you guys to this world in detail.”

After that, everyone started feasting on lunch prepared by their best chef, wholeheartedly enjoyed the experience, and began to be grateful that they decided to follow Kaito and his friend to this world.

>>>>>

After lunch, Kaito decided to go back to his home in this base world after being gone for more than a month. He truly missed all of his ”sisters,” and Est herself also missed her close sisters. Thankfully, Kaito has many people working for him in this world, and they were willing to help him introduce his recruit from the Misaka world to the team and explain where they would work.

Frenda and Kaibi were assigned to the governance office by his people, Misaki was assigned to the security forces, while Kihara Nayuta was obviously assigned to the main laboratory building where Lala resides.

...

As a leader of a chat group, Kaito obviously owns many houses and properties in the base world. The world was under their chat group’s full control, as the leader, Kaito, has the highest authority to literally control this world.

However, unlike most members’ homes in this world, which consist of mansions and villas, Kaito’s actual main home was just a medium-sized 3-floor house around 200 square meters, with a small garage and pool in modern architecture. It’s somewhat unfitting for someone of his status, but Kaito prefers a house like this since it gives a strong home feeling.

...

”Hello, I am back~”

Upon entering the door of his home in this world, Kaito immediately saw three little girls running (racing) toward him together. Naturally, it was his ’adopted’ sisters from Black Bullet world who were living here, Anna, Scorpion, and his partner, Midori.

””Welcome back, brother!”” (Anna/Scorpion/Midori)

”Oops! Calm down!” Kaito quickly caught three of them, which almost made him fall. Fortunately, his current physical strength has been significantly improved, and this allows him to stay on his feet.

”Brother, how’s your doing?” (Midori)

”Brother, is there any gift?” (Scorpion)

”Brother, hug me more.” (Anna)

”One by one, okay.” Kaito calmed them down and then reminded, ”Also, you guys forgot your older sister Est behind me.”

”...” Est emotionless stare at three of them, but it’s clear she was not happy to be ignored.

””Ahh!!”” Three of them were immediately terrified and quickly apologized to Est behind Kaito, ””We are sorry, sister!””

”It’s okay.” Fortunately, Est wasn’t angry, as a good elder sister, it was easy for her to forgive her sister, ”With master, we brought a lot of gifts to all of you.”

”Really, brother?” Scorpion asked excitedly.

”Yeah, I have a lot of them,” Kaito answered, while wryly smiling. Besides training, his most frequent activity in Academy City was shopping, thanks to the girls around him, and thus, he’s already buying a lot of stuff to bring to everyone around him as a gift.

Though most of them were cool technology props from there, this reminded him that he should go to meet Lala to deliver the Academy City technology data after this.

”Yosh. Here we go.”

Kaito quickly opened his inventory, then, without hesitation, released all the gifts he had prepared for his good sisters to surprise them. Suddenly, a huge number of shopping bags flooded the entrance of the house.

Most of them were pretty, dressed, fluffy dolls, and cosmetics, which were all items suggested by the women around him in the Academy City every time he was dating.

After all, in that world, Kaito has visited that place a dozen times thanks to Ravel and others!

”Wow... so many gifts!”

”Amazing... and so many pretty dolls...”

”Check these pink dresses! It’s a set for three of us!”

Although the gift flooded the entrance, it wasn’t difficult for the girls to move around and check all the shopping bags one by one with excitement. After all, all of them were former cursed children.

...

”Master, is this okay? Would Sakuya-san be angry if we mess up the entrance?” Est asked with concern.

”Oh well, my bad.” Kaito nodded, realized the mess, but still had a happy smile on his face, ”At least your sisters were happy about our gifts.”

”Umm, I also want to introduce them to Nayuta.” Est requested.

”You already get along with that girl? Then I guess I will help you.” Kaito nodded while patting her head comfortably. Anyway, although Nayuta is Kihara, he’s not really concerned about her having an idea within this world. After all, most of the citizens in Aincrad city were made up of former cursed girls, which means any ’little girl’ on the street could beat her.

>>>>

After meeting the sisters and sending them some gifts, Kaito teleported directly to Lala and his main laboratory, which is located on Kouten (Sekirei airship), which is currently hanging above Aincrad city. It was moved in due to a distance and security issue, albeit Kaito doubts no one would dare to infiltrate Kouten to begin with.

After all, it’s a laboratory for Kayaba, too, and he has set up many ”dangerous” defensive measures, from slicing lasers from Resident Evil to a literal Orbital Cannon from space.

Anyway, the moment Kaito teleported inside the laboratory, he saw Lala currently introducing all the instruments in the lab excitedly, while Kihara Nayuta expressed her amazement.

”And this is our instrument to test our device under specific time conditions!” Lala said while pointing toward the floating hexahedron orb device, ”This device was made with many space folds inside it, each space has their own time setting, which is perfect to test any object.

”Another instrument I can’t understand... If my grandfather sees this laboratory, he probably begs you to become his method, Miss Lala.” Nayuta commented with disbelief.

”Is that so? I can make it when I was 7. I didn’t think it was that hard to make.”

”I guess our brain capability must be different...”

”Pffft!”

Looking at Kihara Nayuta’s dejected expression, Kaito, who just arrived, can’t help but chuckle, reminding him of the first time he worked together with Lala. This naturally made them notice him, and both Lala and Nayuta quickly greeted Kaito.

”Kaito-san!” (Nayuta)

”Partner! You are back!” (Lala)

”Hello, you two.” Kaito greeted them back, especially looking at Lala... giving her a USB stick, ”Also, I brought some interesting data from Academy City.”

”Umm! Thank you, My Fiancee!”

...!!!

Lala suddenly lunged, hugged him tightly out of nowhere, which startled Kaito a little bit. But it would be a lie if he’s not happy... after all, Lala has a voluptuous body that’s hard to ignore.

After a while, Lala released her hug and then continued asking, ”Then? When we start working on a new project, partner?!”

”Ah, about that... I was planning to start it right away.” Kaito stated, ” Remember his main purpose of coming here. ”After all, there’s a sense of urgency.”

”Then, what are we going to make?”

”A device that prevented mind control from Shokohou Misaki,” Kaito proposed seriously, ”Because I brought her to our world here.”

Although Misaki probably won’t dare to do it, it doesn’t make Kaito feel at ease. At least, they should have a device that prevents it from ever happening, and it should be effective to repel any kind of mind control ability. While Kaito and chat group members have a system to protect them from such influence, the same can’t be said for the rest of the people living in the base world.

Hearing Kaito say, Lala nods (she already knows Misaki’s identity) nodded seriously, ”I have no problem, let’s work immediately! It shouldn’t be hard!”

”Sure.” Kaito nods while summoning his lab jacket.

Kaito knows Lala has researched a device to read someone’s mind before; knowing the basics, a device that blocks mind-reading shouldn’t be that hard to create. Not to mention, the USB should also have Misaki’s esper detail data in it, which should make the work even faster.

After donning his lab coat, Kaito turned to Kihara Nayuta, ”Nayuta, this is going to be your first job as our assistant. Put your bag somewhere else and wear this coat.”

Seeing how easy Kaito created a white coat in front of her, Nayuta expressed her amazement, ”No AIM diffusion field... your ability is clearly unscientific! Is it magic?!”

”Yeah, that’s just my ability.” Kaito rolled his eyes, ”Anyway, can you do it? If you have proven to do well, I will directly fix your body issue after our work is done and even give.”

”Really?”

”There’s no need for me to lie to you, brat.”

Hearing what he said, Nayuta nodded with enthusiasm, ”Shokohou Misaki... I have read her ability details before in my grandfather’s lab; I should be able to help.”

”But... can you also help me resurrect my friend?”

”We can, but you need to work hard before that.” Kaito promised, patting Nayuta’s head, ”Let’s start right away. We are going to start directly from the base material of the device. Lala, please open the USB data right away, and please.”

”Sure!”

...

After that, Kaito, Lala, and Nayuta, as their assistant, work together efficiently... albeit it was mainly Lala and Nayuta working together, figuring out the formula and stuff, while Kaito was there to provide any material needed in research. Under Lala’s order and Nayuta’s suggestion, working together, in a matter of 2 hours, they successfully managed to create the mind controller block device, which Lala named ’MINDNO-kun’. (courtesy of Lala’s bad naming taste as usual)

With the object ready, they only need to test it out and decide to carry it out tomorrow. After all, Shokohou Misaki is busy tidying her new home in the base world, and Dolly and Kaito also need to fulfill her promise... personally giving her house, and fixing her body (using points).

With everyone in the chat group working together, things finish quickly, as it only took a day to settle every ’guest’ from the To Aru world.
