Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 983: Chapter 607: Cried Out by the Drain

The arena resounded with exciting commentary.

”It’s Magic Space! Xing Bingwei’s situation is dire! The preset With the Wind has become an advantage for Corsola and Porygon II!”

The content was especially devastating.

Xing Bingwei’s face was as dark as the bottom of a pot.

A second ago, he was delighted by Drapion’s Acupoint enhancing its speed, but the next moment, Porygon II activated Space.

Especially since using Magic Space right off the bat seemed to predict his tactics as if it knew he would send out Drapion and Jumpluff.

Even though he indeed was used to starting with Jumpluff’s With the Wind, was your decisiveness perhaps a bit too much?

Smart matching?

Seeing the two transparent square shields in front of Porygon II and Corsola that he hadn’t noticed before, Xing Bingwei’s face darkened further.

But he dared not hesitate and immediately issued the next round of commands.

”Drapion, keep using Acupoint! Jumpluff, block Drapion with Cotton Defense!”

Defend and then gamble once more!

Xing Bingwei clearly understood that against an opponent like Baimu, if he didn’t go all out and take risks, his chances of winning would approach zero, not to mention the current situation was already unfavorable for him.

And as he commanded.

Baimu: ”Angularization: Wheel.”

”Buzz...”

Corsola skillfully leapt onto Porygon II’s back, the latter’s elliptical feet suspended above the ground transformed into a pair of ”round” wheels in white light.

Porygon II gazed at Drapion and Jumpluff, its eyes suddenly sharp, ”Pali!”

Buzz!

With a swift low hum, Porygon II streaked across half the arena like lightning, appearing like a remote-controlled car but possessing a terrifying speed!

The commentator only had time to exclaim like the audience before Porygon II, already carrying Corsola, reached Jumpluff.

”Wada!”

Jumpluff’s expression turned frantic, as it fell in front of Drapion, desperately agitating the cotton balls on its sides and head.

Who would’ve thought the moment the cotton balls were about to expand, Porygon II suddenly swung its tail!

Swoosh—

Dust billowed!

”Drift! Porygon II used the drifting technique to bypass Jumpluff!”

With the commentator’s excited shout, Porygon II elegantly turned sideways, dodging the front of Jumpluff and even bypassed Drapion!

Though its speed decreased because of this, the variability of its movement increased significantly!

Xing Bingwei instinctively raised his hand to shield against the flying sand, while the ”passenger” Corsola seized the opportunity to act.

”Buzz!”

The candle-like eyes lit up with bizarre colors.

Gray smoke poured from Corsola’s various orifices, transforming into ferocious ghostly silhouettes that pounced on the unsuspecting—or rather, unable to defend—Drapion!

[Curse]!

As Drapion’s tail had just struck its body, it felt rigid all over, intolerable pain assailing from all sides, and from an external view, it seemed like a gray shadow clung to its body.

The commentator shouted: ”Corsola’s Curse hit! Extremely effective! Drapion is enduring quite frightening ongoing damage!”

Upon hearing this, Xing Bingwei quickly lowered his hand that was blocking the sand, reflecting the scene in his eyes—

Jumpluff expanded with cotton balls equivalent to three to four times its size but completely failed to block Porygon II’s lateral arching movement, the latter seamlessly bypassing its front and seemingly ready for a second drift.

While Drapion struggled to continue Acupoint under the agony.

The situation further deteriorated!

He almost instinctively shouted: ”Jumpluff, use Cotton Spores! Drapion, Dig!”

The opponent’s speed was too fast; ground warfare was no longer possible!

Xing Bingwei’s years of battle experience told him the battlefield must shift, even if separating the two Pokémon increased the likelihood of defeat.

Thus.

Facing Porygon II about to bypass from the front, Jumpluff suddenly agitated the cotton balls expanded several times over, releasing them completely!

Bang!

A loud bang.

Three light yellow cotton balls exploded, and countless Cotton Spores spread out like clouds, swiftly enveloping half of the battle arena and submerged the drifting Porygon II.

These Cotton Spores possessed an extremely terrifying stickiness, clinging together and squirmed without being blown away.

Muffled rumblings came continuously from inside!

Commentator: ”Xing Bingwei begins the counterattack! A large amount of Cotton Spores covers the field! Is the constant vibration coming from the fierce battle between Porygon II and Drapion!?”

Just as his words ended.

Jumpluff, having released too much fluff, charged through the cloud-like Cotton Spores, rising directly into the air with its restored cotton balls.

In the next moment.

”Frozen Beam!”

A blue light shone from the writhing cotton balls, a frozen blue Thunder burst through the spores, striking Jumpluff’s body with unresponsive speed!

Bang!

Ice mist exploded.

”Wada!”

Jumpluff let out a mournful cry as it fell from the air, its head and left cotton ball both frozen into massive ice chunks, shattering with a clatter as it hit the ground.

Xing Bingwei exclaimed: ”Jumpluff, hold on! Quickly use photosynthesis!”

”Triple Attack!”

Baimu gave them no respite.

From the point of the blue Thunder’s release, the calm-faced Porygon II within the Cotton Spores raised its head, its eyes flashing as it faced Jumpluff struggling to rise in the distance.

Boom!

Three intertwined energy beams in spirals shot from its eyes, twisting and twirling in red, yellow, and blue, mesmerizingly beautiful!

But for Jumpluff, the interwoven spiral of three-color light was nothing short of a calamity.

It couldn’t dodge nor had enough time to use a technique to block it, and could only watch helplessly as the light landed upon itself—

Bang!

Energy exploded, turning into a cloud of smoke that rapidly dispersed again.
