Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 965: Chapter 598: Distorted Friendship

The memory of crafting the Nirvana Potion.

If this thing truly works, then it would undoubtedly be a top-tier simulation reward.

But firstly, the effect of this thing has already been tested in the simulation, and secondly, even mages only dare to craft potions after formal exams.

Can Baimu really replicate it just by sensing memory?

He thinks it’s unlikely.

However, the simulator is highly unlikely to give him a ”chicken rib” reward, in other words, the Nirvana Potion might indeed be real.

He thought about the Holy Ash, which could replace the Holy Fire. If he gets the Holy Ash, could he make the Nirvana Potion?

Baimu couldn’t help but feel a little hopeful, but upon second thought, it seemed no one needed him to use the Nirvana Potion for salvation.

For future emergencies?

It feels a bit like cursing himself to face misfortune in the future.

Baimu chuckled and decided to experience crafting a Magic Potion from the first perspective tonight, it might be fun.

Recently, he had gone through all those old memories, they didn’t seem interesting anymore.

And there’s this dream-made memory too, it’s a pity it can’t be used on Pokémon directly, why can the techniques be directly taught in dreams but not this?

Hopefully, the simulator can add a patch.

Baimu eagerly looked at the simulator interface, choosing the top three in the optional rewards—choosing three out of four is a special perk for the runner-up and other winners.

”Porygon II! Milotic! Corsola!”

He turned to call on these three Pokémon.

Under the surprised expression of the altered-color Gengar, he distributed the Level 5 reward, giving one level to Blissey to reach the Level 70 cap, two levels to Porygon II and altered-color Milotic, and finally gave Pain Sharing to Corsola.

Perfectly done.

Baimu nodded in satisfaction.

With the combined effects of training, battles, glow cuisine, simulation rewards, and more, the energy levels of the entire team had already gotten extremely close.

The top was still Aggron.

After Level 70, each level-up was extremely slow, yet it steadfastly reached Level 76, showing how much effort this big guy put in.

Of course, the overall improvement in strength was higher, not something that could be described by just an energy level.

The second tier consisted of Mawile, Hydreigon, and Steelix, all at Level 73, with their overall strength ranked in that order after internal battles.

When Baimu recorded this, Hydreigon was very dissatisfied, thinking that Mawile merely took advantage of it not having Super Evolution and being four times Weak Fairy Attribute, otherwise, the outcome wasn’t certain!

The mourning of a sore loser was something Mawile never paid heed to.

As a Trainer, Baimu pondered whether he could find a way to indirectly enhance Hydreigon’s strength; after Steelix’s Super Evolution, Dragonair might not lose.

But against Mawile, it would surely be suppressed forever.

The sorrow of the Dragon Attribute.

Thinking carefully, there didn’t seem to be anything that could boost its strength dramatically, as for special systems...

Z-Move? Gigantification?

Like in the game, Super Evolutions clash with these, a Pokémon can only choose one out of three in a single battle.

Maybe some work could be done on this.

Baimu already had a preliminary plan in mind.

Speaking of which, Steelix used to be the highest-level Pokémon in the team, but now it has been caught up by other Pokémon, making it quite frustrated.

Fortunately, after the conference, Trainers will return to Ore, so there’s no longer a need to worry about balancing Digging and accompanying the Trainer.

Behind Steelix was Dragapult, at Level 72.

The Social Dinosaur rarely interacted with other Pokémon, but it didn’t slack off in training, and its level steadily increased, quite commendable.

It’s just that even though the altered-color Gengar had been around for so long, this guy hadn’t interacted with it at all.

Baimu felt something was wrong.

He didn’t intend to force Dragapult to frequently socialize with other Pokémon, but at least give its companions a chance to meet and interact with it?

Don’t let it suddenly appear and its companions not recognize who this dragon is.

——Forcing Dragapult definitely wouldn’t work, using threats a couple of times might be alright, but too often and it could sour his relationship with Dragapult.

He had been contemplating other methods recently.

Following Dragapult was Blissey, which had just reached Level 70.

The Large Egg, his second Pokémon, has quite a gap in energy level compared to Aggron and Mawile mainly because it wasn’t fed many level rewards in the early days.

At that time, there was an urgent desire to evolve Hydreigon, giving it all the level rewards regardless of cost, which made it eventually surpass in level.

Truly maximizing the level rewards was still the Blissey, it received more level rewards after Level 60, keeping up until it reached level 70.

Following Blissey was the altered-color Milotic at Level 68 and Porygon II at Level 64.

The reason for the altered-color Milotic to be so formidable was needless to say, in the days of learning with Adam and Mikoli, it benefited the most, failing to reflect this level improvement would discredit the illustrious name of Mikoli and Adam’s Milotic expertise.

Porygon II’s level purely depended on its own efforts with occasional level rewards.

Its dual role of attack and support, along with being the only one in the team that could speak the human language and freely browse the internet, made it and Blissey, who assisted in cooking and acted as the team doctor, be known as the diligent powerhouses of the team.

They eat little but work a lot.

Both are diligent and hardworking Pokémon, also knowing how to care for their companions’ emotions, frequently helping them resolve worries.

Such Pokémon didn’t get the trainer’s favor?

Truly unjust!

Baimu often motivated himself with the attitude that he should be whipped, but the task of rewarding Blissey and Porygon II without disrupting the entire team and causing meaningless competitive strife among them was indeed a profound lesson.
