Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 758: Chapter 504: Xiaosheng’s Despair

”Finally realized?”

Baimu saw Xiaosheng frowning in silence, deep in thought, guessing that the other might have figured out Porygon II’s [Texture].

If that’s the case.

He waved his hand: ”Strange Radio Waves!”

”Pali!!”

At this moment, Porygon II’s voice was like a metallic resonance, its eyes flashing with electric light. Rings of crackling and exploding lightning layers shot at Eelektross, who was in mid-air!

Buzz—

The instant the shock sound reached others’ ears, the dazzling lightning rings had already appeared in front of Eelektross.

The unique speed effect of the Electric Techniques was displayed perfectly at this moment.

Xiaosheng snapped back to his senses, urgently shouting: ”Dodge quickly!”

”Woo!”

However, Eelektross, being an Electric Attribute Pokémon with Flying Ability, exhibited an uncharacteristically slow agility, only managing to dodge a small part of the lightning rings, leaving most to penetrate its body.

Eelektross let out a muffled groan, a blue descending light stream appeared around it.

Its Special Attack was greatly reduced.

”Pull yourself together! Hundred Thousand Volts!”

Under Xiaoyao’s worried gaze, Xiaosheng loudly shouted, wanting to verify whether his guess was correct.

However.

Baimu didn’t give him the chance.

”Come back.”

He quickly recalled Porygon II into his phone, flipped his hand to grab a Pokeball, and threw it out, ”I’ll leave it to you.”

Boom.

White light flickered.

A smooth, jade-like milky white round stone landed on the lawn, its blood-red eyes lighting up like a torch, followed by ethereal, smoke-like coral tentacles emerging from black holes on all sides.

Its mouth was downturned, its face full of displeasure.

”Sigh...”

”Woo!”

Eelektross, charged with electricity, let out a high-pitched howl and suddenly unleashed a commanding thunder at Corsola!

Boom!

Thunder roared, electricity struck the immobile Galarian Corsola precisely, and the sudden intense light far exceeded the surrounding streetlights, causing many spectators to instinctively look away.

Those with sharper eyes noticed Corsola still wore a sorrowful expression, unfazed in the slightest.

Xiaoyao slightly opened her mouth, quickly taking out her Illustrated Guide to scan.

”It truly is...”

She looked at the guide’s introduction, the scanned result confirmed that this Pokémon, which looked very similar to Corsola but appeared particularly eerie, was indeed Corsola.

Except it came from the Galar Region and had transformed into a Ghost Attribute.

Bang!

Dust rose, then was blown away by the night wind.

Corsola slightly floated up, with tiny electric currents flickering and dissipating on its surface, but that was all.

”It’s Corsola!”

Xiaosheng’s heart was filled with both disappointment and excitement.

He still remembered everything that happened when he first encountered Corsola, a Pokémon he had a deep impression of ever since Baimu happened to capture it after rescuing him from a fall into the sea.

And that scene just now made Xiaosheng realize that Baimu had raised it to be exceptionally powerful.

Although he felt it was a pity not to have fully deciphered Porygon II’s secrets, the opportunity to battle Corsola made him incredibly happy.

”Shattering Bite!”

Xiaosheng quickly pointed at Corsola.

Even though Eelektross had its Special Attack reduced by Strange Radio Waves, its Physical Attack was equally outstanding, a rare Pokémon naturally suited for dual blades.

Of course, its weakness was evident—

Slow speed.

”Goo!”

Eelektross swam forward, rushing straight at Corsola, a gray-black energy gathered at its ring-like red mouth, forming a fierce set of energy fangs!

”Defend.”

Baimu’s expression remained calm.

Just as Eelektross pounced towards Corsola, the latter calmly raised a spherical, honeycomb-shaped light shield to face the vicious energy fangs.

Boom!

Evil Attribute Energy collided with Defend, and the explosion engulfed them in smoke.

Having finished its attack, Eelektross was about to retreat, but there is no such easy way in the world, to come as you wish and go as you please.

Baimu ordered: ”Ghost Fire!”

In an instant.

The smoke dispersed amid numerous ignited violet ghostly flames, revolving around Corsola’s head, spinning so fast they almost formed a wheel of fire.

”Sigh!”

Corsola unleashed its pent-up rage in fury!

”Use Water Flow Tail to smash them!”

Xiaosheng quickly followed with instructions.

The retreating Eelektross quickly entwined its tail with glistening blue water, and as it swung, it whipped at the incoming violet ghostly flames like a whip!

Boom! Boom! Boom!

With each Ghost Fire hit, steam-like white mist exploded in midair, soon coalescing into a mass that completely covered Eelektross’s figure.

Just as Xiaosheng was about to breathe a sigh of relief, a trace of orange-red flame flickered through the white mist.

”Eelektross!”

He sensed something amiss, calling out his Pokémon loudly.

”Woo—”

The white mist dispersed, Eelektross, entangled in flames, writhed in agony in mid-air, clearly its Water Flow Tail failed to shatter all nine Ghost Fires, it still got hit.

And now, with its Special Attack reduced by Strange Radio Waves and its Physical Attack burned, it was almost a useless eel.

Unless it suddenly had some miraculous recovery without relying on techniques, attacking Corsola would make little difference.

—Xiaosheng wanted to switch it out.

Baimu, however, didn’t want him to switch.

”Tide Spin!”

”Come back, Eelektross!”

Corsola acted first, the water flow on its smoky tentacles a shimmering blue, swirling and expanding into a monstrous whirlpool, roaring furiously towards Eelektross!

Whoosh!
