Reincarnated as a Mosquito, I Sucked the Reborn Empress to Tears

Chapter 1: Chapter 1: Reborn as a Mosquito, How Am I Supposed to Play This?

BZZZZZZ~~!

In the darkness, Chu Sheng was woken up by a tremendous, deafening noise that sounded like a tractor. His head was ringing from the vibration.

’What the hell is that noise??’

’Are the neighbors upstairs renovating? Why is it so loud?!’

’But isn’t it the weekend?’

Anger flared in Chu Sheng’s heart. ’Damn it! I’m a high school senior who finally gets to sleep in on my day off, so what the fuck is all that noise?!’

He snapped his eyes open and started to curse, “BZZZZZZ~~!!”

“…”

“???”

’Wait a minute, dude.’

’Why is that sound coming out of my mouth?!’

Chu Sheng was dumbfounded. He was wide awake now. The scene before him gradually came into focus, but it wasn’t his familiar bedroom!

Instead… it was giant mosquitoes that looked bigger than people!!

They were flying frantically all around him!!

“Holy shit…”

Chu Sheng was dumbstruck. He suddenly understood. That tremendous “bzzzz” wasn’t the sound of renovations; it was the sound these giant mosquitoes were making!

’Fuck me!’

’What’s going on? Am I having a nightmare?!’

Just then, an electronic voice suddenly rang in his mind—

[Ding! The Infinite Evolution System has locked onto the host. Binding successful!]

[Generating panel… ]

[Host: Chu Sheng]

[Race: White-striped Aedes Mosquito]

[Lifespan: 6 Days]

[Qi Blood: 0.01]

[Spirit: 0.01]

[Evolution Points: 0]

[Equal Tier: Nothingness]

[Skills: Nothingness]

“???”

’A system?’

’A White-striped Aedes Mosquito?’

Chu Sheng stared blankly for several seconds before it hit him. He looked around again at the giant mosquitoes and suddenly understood everything!

It wasn’t that the mosquitoes had gotten bigger!

It was that he had gotten smaller!

To be precise… he had become a mosquito!!

“F! UCK!”

Chu Sheng was completely bewildered. ’What kind of trope is waking up as a mosquito?’

’And I got a system? Did I get transmigrated?’

As an avid web novel reader in his past life, he knew that a system was standard issue for any transmigrator. And anyone with a system was destined to reach the Peak of the world!

’But… even with a system, isn’t starting out as a mosquito a bit too much of a hell-mode difficulty?’

’Only six days to live!’

’How the hell am I supposed to play this?’

Chu Sheng’s mind was a mess of conflicting emotions. For a moment, he found it hard to accept this reality.

[Ding! Do not panic, Host! The Infinite Evolution System is at your service!]

[The Host can obtain ’Qi Blood Points’ and ’Evolution Points’ by sucking blood! Become infinitely stronger! Evolve infinitely!]

[As long as you use this system properly, one day, you, the Host, will be able to suck a god to death with the body of a mosquito!]

Chu Sheng: “…”

’Seriously, bro? Do you think that method of killing has any class?!’

’Besides! Aren’t female mosquitoes the only ones that suck blood?’

’A male mosquito’s mouthpart is soft as hell. It can’t get hard, so it can only survive by sucking nectar!’

’I’m a damn male mosquito! I can’t even suck human blood right now, and you’re telling me I’ll be able to suck a god to death in the future??’

As if hearing Chu Sheng’s internal complaints…

The system’s voice rang out again—

[Ding! Distributing beginner’s gift pack…]

[Congratulations, Host, for acquiring a new Skill—”Female Mosquito’s Mouthpart Lv1″. Your mouthpart has been upgraded. You can now pierce the skin of an ordinary human and suck blood, just like a female mosquito!]

[Congratulations, Host, for acquiring a new Skill—”Blood Food Tracking Lv1″. Within a hundred-meter radius, the Host can perceive any creature with blood and obtain basic information about it! (Passive Skill, no cost!)]

[Congratulations, Host, for acquiring a new Skill—”Insect Race Space Lv1″. The Host can absorb any insect of the same tier into the ’Insect Race Space’. Insects taken into the space will unconditionally obey the Host’s commands! The current Insect Race Space can accommodate 100 insects!]

’Three new Skills?’

Chu Sheng was taken aback. He quickly examined the three Skills carefully, and his heart finally relaxed a little.

’Not bad. All three Skills are pretty useful.’

The first two, in particular, solved his most pressing problem.

With [Female Mosquito’s Mouthpart Lv1], he could suck blood!

And the system’s function was to get stronger by sucking blood!

Coupled with [Blood Food Tracking Lv1], which allowed him to directly perceive creatures within a hundred-meter radius, he wouldn’t have to fly around aimlessly like a headless fly… er, mosquito, looking for something to suck!

’These two Skills complement each other perfectly!’

’No matter what… at least there’s hope for getting stronger!’

Chu Sheng felt a little comforted. He then looked at the third Skill, [Insect Race Space Lv1].

’I can tame insects to serve me?’

’Interesting…’

Chu Sheng looked up, his gaze sweeping over the other mosquitoes flying around him, lost in thought.

He had no idea where he was. It seemed that due to the limitations of his physical structure, he could only see for about three meters around him. Anything further was a blur.

He locked his sights on one of the mosquitoes.

With a tentative thought, Chu Sheng saw the mosquito vanish instantly, reappearing in the [Insect Space] in his mind!

At the same time, he felt a connection form between his Spirit and the mosquito, allowing him to completely control its actions!

’Pretty sweet!’

Chu Sheng’s eyes lit up. This Skill was only Level 1, yet it could already tame 100 insects.

’What about in the future?’

’What if I could tame and control ten thousand, a million, or even a hundred million mosquitoes!’

’With a single thought, I could probably suck an elephant dry in an instant, right?’

’Okay… I’m getting a little ahead of myself.’

Chu Sheng reined in his thoughts and returned to the present. He focused his attention on the surrounding mosquitoes, preparing to tame a few more minions!

One, two, three…

However, after taming just five mosquitoes, Chu Sheng suddenly felt dizzy, as if he’d been jerking off too much!

’Whoa? What’s going on?’

[Warning! The Host’s current physique and Spirit are too weak! Using the Skill five times in a row has resulted in severe overdraft!]

[Please suck blood to replenish your Energy immediately, or you will die a violent death in five minutes!]

Chu Sheng: “???”

’Seriously, bro!’

’Why the fuck didn’t you say so earlier?!’

Chu Sheng started to panic. He didn’t have time to curse out this damn system’s entire family. He quickly used [Blood Food Tracking Lv1] to scan the hundred-meter radius, and sure enough, he detected a living creature!

[Human female, Gu Yuexi, 18 years old…]

’You’re the one!’

’Let me have a couple of sips!’

Chu Sheng flapped his wings desperately, flying toward his target!

…

’In my previous life, I wasted decades on the Martial Dao, yet I remained a mere Third-Grade Martial Artist.’

’It wasn’t until I was sixty that I had a sudden realization and switched to cultivating the Beast Taming Dao. In just ten short years, I stepped into the Emperor Realm and became the unprecedented Beast Taming Empress!’

’Unfortunately, my foundation was ultimately unstable, and I perished during the heavenly tribulation…’

’Now that I have been reborn at eighteen, I must embark on the Beast Taming Dao as soon as possible! And… the first Spirit Beast I sign a Blood Covenant with absolutely cannot be of an ordinary Bloodline!’

’In this life, I, Gu Yuexi, will definitely build a solid foundation!!’
