Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 208: Chapter 208: Hypnotic Selective Amnesia...

Arlo Seys hesitated for a moment, but when he saw the seriousness in her eyes and her pale face, he gently nodded. He listened to Nicole speak firmly, ”You better want to forget on your own! If you don’t want to forget that person, then don’t consider hypnosis; it’s very dangerous!”

Nicole smiled lightly, nodding, ”Thank you, brother, book an appointment with that hypnotist for me.”

Having said that, Nicole turned around and got into the car.

Watching the car leave his sight, Arlo Seys stood there, letting out a heavy sigh.

Indeed, Nicole was right; he was too obsessed. When he was halfway through hypnosis, his mind kept replaying moments from high school, vivid and profound, cycling through his thoughts.

He kept telling himself to accept hypnosis and forget everything from the past. Yet, his ear caught a clear voice standing amidst the swirling snow, handing him a bouquet of purple ’Forget-me-not,’ saying heavily, ”Arlo Seys, don’t forget me.”

This voice, the girl holding the purple bouquet in the snowy scene, her elegant face, eyes like a painting, etched deep into his memory, forcibly defeating the voice urging him to forget Ariel Morris.

Thus, during hypnosis, one deep voice within him said, ”Forget Ariel Morris; she’s so cold and heartless, left you and quietly went abroad,” while another clear voice immediately emerged, driving away the previous voice, persistently repeating, ”Arlo Seys, don’t forget me! Arlo Seys, Forget-me-not! Arlo Seys, please don’t forget me!”

The two voices clashed fiercely in his mind, causing him a splitting headache, his eyes reddened, suffering intensely.

Finally, in his hazy state, an image appeared in his mind: overwhelming white snow, immensely beautiful. Ariel Morris stood amidst the snow, turning back slowly, tears falling like rain, her clear voice trembling with a sob, saying, ”Arlo Seys, you want to forget me, you don’t want me, right? Arlo Seys, you don’t love me anymore.”

Her tears, fiercely pouring, one drop after another, all landed on the tip of his heart.

Arlo Seys trembled violently, ”No! I don’t want to forget Ariel Morris! I don’t want to!”

A sharp shout came down, waking Arlo Seys completely, as he spat a mouthful of bright red blood, staining the hypnotist’s chest.

The hypnotist looked at him for a long moment, finally speaking with disbelief and shock, ”I failed, you’re an exceptional case in my hypnosis failures.”

Arlo Seys wiped the bloodstain from the corner of his mouth, unsteady, and walked out of the hypnosis room.

The hypnotist followed behind him, talking to Mother Seys, who had been waiting outside the hypnosis room, ”Madam Seys, your son’s obsession is too deep. I failed the hypnosis. Hypnosis for selective amnesia requires the patient’s cooperation, but he strongly resists forgetting that past. Therefore, even the best hypnotist likely cannot help your son forget that past.”

Arlo Seys stood before the gate, recalling the hypnosis process, letting out a heavy sigh. After a while, he took a cigarette from his pocket and lit it.

He lit the cigarette, inhaled deeply as he brought it to his lips, then slowly exhaled a swirl of smoke. His shallow brows, deep eyes, amidst the hazy smoke, added a touch of mysterious and alluring devilishness.

”Arlo Seys, why are you standing here?”

Just as Arlo Seys was deep in thought and confusion, Ariel Morris’s voice suddenly rang out. He turned around and saw Ariel Morris carrying a bag of trash, tossing it into the bin by the door, smiling at him.
