The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1040: Chapter 1040: Boss, I found an extremely pretty girl

Finally, the elevator dinged to a stop on the 1st floor.

He waited for the elevator doors to open.

Taking a large stride, he headed straight for the designated meeting place.

The Golden Pavilion Hotel is huge, with various luxurious decorations on the first floor, as well as counters of global luxury brands, and even an amusement park and a club.

The Tea restaurant is not far from the banquet hall on the first floor.

Relatively quiet.

And not many people around.

@ilovebeingskinny followed the location sent from the other person’s phone and found his way to the agreed corridor.

This side is generally deserted, the corridor is relatively less crowded and quiet, and he thought Sun would already be waiting there when he arrived.

But when he looked up, he didn’t see anyone.

He only saw a Girl leaning against the wall playing with her Phone, her Duckbill Cap pulled down low, revealing a chin, her skin so white it dazzled the eyes.

The color of the Hair peeking out from under the Girl’s Duckbill Cap could be seen - black hair, she must be from Zenla.

Looking at her legs wrapped in jeans, so straight and long, he couldn’t help but whistle flirtatiously and greeted, ”Hey, beauty, how’s it going~”

The Girl lifted her head and raised an eyebrow at him.

@ilovebeingskinny was taken aback by her beauty for a few seconds.

But he was busy; despite being amazed, he didn’t forget his business. He was in a good mood seeing a beautiful woman, took out his Phone, and rapidly sent a Message to Sun.

[Boss, I’m here, where are you?]

[I have to tell you, I just saw a chick, that appearance, tsk~ Seriously impressive! I tell you, she even looked at me, definitely had a thing for me. If it wasn’t for meeting up with you, I could have been flirting right this second. How about that, am I not awesome? To skip the chance of hitting on such a bombshell for our friendship, if you don’t treat me to a good meal, you’re simply inhuman~!]

He looked up again, still not seeing anyone coming his way but spotted that the Girl leaning opposite him seemed to have her Phone ringing, looking down at it, seemingly checking Messages.

He couldn’t help but click his tongue regretfully.

And sent another message to Sun.

[Boss, where did you go? You said we were meeting on the first floor, I thought you were here already. Should I come and get you?]

Then he thought of the Girl opposite him again and decided his description earlier wasn’t clear enough.

[Oh and that beauty I told you about, do you want to see her? I’ll sneak a photo for you. She’s probably from Zenla, young and not bad at all!]

His fingers were fast, and he quickly sent several messages in a row.

No response from the other side.

He held back his impatience, pacing back and forth waiting for a reply, all the while grumbling: ”Damn. Don’t tell me I’m being stood up.”

In the midst of his talking, his Phone vibrated with a buzz.

@ilovebeingskinny quickly picked it up.

As always, the boss was concise and to the point.

[Sun: I’m here.]

”??”

Here?

@ilovebeingskinny suddenly looked up, searching left and right, scanning the area.

Aside from the Girl opposite him, not even a ghost’s shadow was to be seen.

He was puzzled.

Just as he wanted to reply ’I’m just opposite the beauty I mentioned, where are you, did you go to the wrong place?’ another message came through.

[Sun: Aren’t you the one with the ridiculously gay purple hair?]

@ilovebeingskinny: ...

Ridiculously gay purple???

He clearly had the handsome tin-foil perm, where was it ridiculous???

But how did Sun know the color of his Hair?

@ilovebeingskinny lifted his head again, scrutinizing the area left and right, saw no one, and almost thought he was seeing ghosts in broad daylight.

Since he couldn’t find anyone, the only thing left was to reply to the message.

[Boss, where are you? I can’t see you anywhere?]
