The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1005: Chapter 1005: An ’Ordinary’ Elder!

Not only was her learning ability decent, but she was also lucky enough to make a few friends there and even managed to escape from the training ground.

”...Raising Tibetan Mastiffs?” Alfred Garland’s mouth fell open in shock. He had always believed himself to be well-informed, having witnessed much of Beijing’s darker sides, until he heard Nathalie Quinlan educate him on the methods of raising Tibetan Mastiffs. He suddenly realized how little he actually knew.

Once Nathalie Quinlan finished talking about raising mastiffs, she didn’t say more. The past had already passed, and if it weren’t for Ghania Quinlan’s reckless posting on the school forum, she herself would have almost forgotten about it.

Amadeus Yancey’s lips pressed into a straight line.

The Quinlan Family, damn it!

Rivendell.

Silvania Ingram had just finished her work and hadn’t had the chance to take a break when Jethro Yapiter brought her a cup of coffee. She took a sip and then asked, ”Why haven’t I seen Nathalie?”

Jethro Yapiter was also busy with the SEVEN brand’s big fashion show and hadn’t had the chance to notice the online news; the heat from the news about Amadeus Yancey had mostly died down.

At her question, he frowned in thought, and replied with uncertainty, ”Ms. Quinlan seemed to have left midway through, perhaps something came up.”

”Oh.” Silvania Ingram was already accustomed to Nathalie Quinlan’s elusive whereabouts. The fact that Nathalie had come to the fashion show was a surprise to her, so she didn’t think much of it. She took another sip of her coffee and casually took out her phone from her bag, turned it on, and checked it.

There was a new message that had just come in.

She hadn’t paid much attention at first.

After all, she was worn out from work and in desperate need of rest.

However, when Silvania Ingram saw that the message was from Nathalie Quinlan, she sat up straight, set down her coffee cup immediately, and clicked on the message.

The girl’s WhatsApp profile picture was as simple as ever.

[NQ: Mrs. Ingram, I have an elder who is a fan of the SEVEN brand, do you still have stock from the new collection? If so, please send her a few items.]

”Nathalie sent me a message saying she has an elder who likes SEVEN. Did you see who she came with today?” Silvania Ingram had only paid attention to Nathalie while speaking onstage and hadn’t noticed the person next to Nathalie. Surprised at the message, she turned and asked.

Jethro Yapiter’s expression suddenly turned lively, and for a long time he didn’t know how to reply.

An elder indeed.

Truly an ’ordinary’ elder.

”You didn’t see?” When Silvania Ingram saw him not responding for a long time, she thought he had not noticed just like herself, and her expression grew troubled as she held her temples: ”She only told me she has an elder who’s a fan of SEVEN. Do you think I should make a phone call to ask?”

”Mr. Ingram!” Jethro Yapiter saw her about to make a phone call and hurriedly stopped her. With a complicated expression, he met Silvania Ingram’s puzzled gaze and hesitantly said, ”If I’m not mistaken, the elder Ms. Quinlan was referring to should be... Ms. Yancey.”

In Beijing, whenever the surname Yancey is mentioned, one could only think of one family.

And naturally, the title ’Ms. Yancey’ could only mean Candice Yancey!

Silvania Ingram had met Candice Yancey once, and without much interaction, when she heard from Jethro Yapiter that Nathalie Quinlan ’knew an elder’ who was Candice Yancey, she had a moment of surprise, but thinking of that person who was very close to Nathalie, she quickly understood the link.

Amadeus Yancey.

Wasn’t that Amadeus interested in Nathalie?

After a moment of reflection, she instructed, ”Since Nathalie mentioned sending something, then send some good ones; I will select a few when I get back and you deliver them to Ms. Yancey.”

Hearing her say this, Jethro Yapiter knew she was making a point of backing Ms. Quinlan strongly. He nodded his head agilely, ready to get it done.

”Okay, you can count on me, Mr. Ingram.”
