Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

mental hospital“Beep, the world the Host is about to enter is an abandoned mental hospital. This floor has a large number of ghosts, so please be careful, Host.

Note: No items can be carried onto this floor. Entry to this floor cannot be refused. On this floor, the Host will encounter another Seeker. Please leave the mental hospital within the time limit, or you will remain in the hospital forever.”

Before Lin Feng could even catch his breath, the system’s announcement arrived.

Hearing the system’s announcement, Lin Feng quickly ate some food and drank some water to replenish his energy, then quietly waited for the Elevator’s broadcast.

“Ding-dong! The Elevator is descending. Please hold on tight.”

The Elevator’s voice was as lifeless as ever, and amidst a series of rumbling sounds, the Elevator began to descend.

Soon, the Elevator doors opened.

“Ding-dong! There are two Seekers on this floor. Please escape the hospital within the specified time.”

“Oh? This time the Elevator even told me how many Seekers there are? What does this mean, are they telling us to cooperate?”

Lin Feng walked out of the Elevator, full of suspicion, then looked at his surroundings.

He was currently in a patient room.

The room was very small, with only a bed and a table. It was called a patient room, but it was actually more like an isolation cell.

The door was made of solid steel, locked very securely, with only a fist-sized hole to see outside.

Outside was also pitch black.

Aside from the green emergency exit sign, there was no other light source.

“Does this mean I need to find a key to get out?”

Lin Feng sat on the bed and pulled at the somewhat moldy bedsheet, saying.

The bedsheet and quilt were already moldy, not only emitting a disgusting odor but also having many small black bugs crawling all over them.

At first, because it was too dark, Lin Feng didn’t notice them, until a few black bugs crawled onto his hand, and he felt something.

After flicking the bugs off his hand, Lin Feng rubbed his chin and walked around the iron door a few times.

“You want me to honestly look for a key? Unless this door has some Forbidden Spell on it that prevents it from being opened physically, hehehe~”

Lin Feng chuckled a few times, then kicked the steel door.

The powerful force directly left a footprint on the door.

Now, Lin Feng’s physique no longer needed to worry about injuring himself from using too much force, but he had taken off his shoes beforehand.

After all, his shoes were just ordinary shoes.

With the force he was kicking with, the shoes would be ruined in a few kicks.

Bang!

Bang!

Bang!

.....

The sound of kicking doors continuously echoed in the empty corridor. Soon, with a loud bang, the steel door was kicked flying by Lin Feng, slamming heavily against the opposite wall.

“See, I’m out. Simple as that.”

After putting his shoes back on, Lin Feng leisurely walked out of the isolation cell.

As for the ghosts on this floor, he was even less afraid.

His sanity attribute was a string of question marks; what kind of ghost could harm him?

“Hmm? Someone else is still kicking a door?”

Just then, Lin Feng suddenly heard the sound of kicking a door coming from not far away.

This must be the other Seeker, right?

He’s using the same method as me. Not bad, good taste.

The sound of kicking the door was a bit far from Lin Feng, seemingly upstairs.

After thinking for a moment, Lin Feng decided to go find this Seeker first.

He wanted to see what this Seeker was like. If he wasn’t very friendly, he could eliminate him quickly.

If he was friendly, working together might make it easier to find the exit.

Thinking this, Lin Feng began to follow the emergency exit signs to look for the stairs.

However, he didn’t notice that a dark shadow suddenly appeared behind him.

The shadow was semi-transparent, wearing a blue and white striped patient gown, with an indiscernible face.

It just quietly followed behind Lin Feng, perfectly blending with the gloomy surroundings.

This caused even Lin Feng to not notice it.

“Finally found the stairs up.”

Lin Feng walked in the dark for two or three hundred meters before he saw the stairs.

And the ghost shadow that had been following him finally made its move.

A skeletal hand slowly reached from behind Lin Feng to his head.

Lin Feng, who was about to go up the stairs, suddenly froze, then quickly returned to normal.

“What was that?”

Lin Feng scratched his head, looked back, and immediately met the ghost shadow’s gaze.

Ghost shadow: .........

Holy crap! Why isn’t this human falling into an illusion???

The ghost shadow immediately tried again, unwilling to give up. However, this time, a powerful and invisible mental energy suddenly burst forth from Lin Feng’s body.

It instantly backfired on the ghost shadow, turning it into fragments in the air, then disappearing with a roar.

“Oh, the quality of ghosts on this floor is a bit low.”

Lin Feng shrugged and continued up the stairs.

Are you kidding? My sanity attribute is all question marks. Do you think a small fry like you can get close to me?
