Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Arrive at Lantern City and ride on a griffin“Oh my god! Are you serious? I’ve walked so far, and you’re telling me this is an unavoidable floor?”

Lin Feng stared ahead dumbfounded. Does this mean he’s going to be teleported back?

Just then, the system’s voice rang out again.

“Ding, Host has triggered ‘Challenger Master’ and can ignore all rules of this floor.”

“System, I love you!!”

He didn’t expect this to trigger the Challenger Master title. Now it’s good, he has enough time to go test his affinity.

Although the system said this floor contained precious treasures, Lin Feng felt that the most important thing right now was to test his magic affinity.

Learning magic would increase his own strength, and strength gained from items was ultimately temporary.

Soon, midnight arrived, but, as Lin Feng expected, the Elevator did not force him into the floor, not affecting Lin Feng at all.

After resting for a while, Lin Feng sighed, looking at Huangdou, who had long since fallen into a deep sleep, and continued flying towards Lantern City.

..........

Finally, around ten o’clock the next morning, Lin Feng arrived at Lantern City.

Upon entering the city, Lin Feng was hailed by a coachman soliciting passengers.

It was like being asked “Where to?” by a taxi driver when you leave a train or bus station.

However, this saved Lin Feng the trouble of having to find a place himself.

Arriving at the testing agency, Lin Feng looked at the small two-story building in front of him and seriously doubted that the coachman had sent him to the wrong place.

But when he saw the sign hanging on the small building, he had no choice but to believe that this was indeed the magic testing agency.

“This name is too casual, isn’t it? 123 Magic Testing Center??”

After a casual complaint, Lin Feng still pushed the door and went in.

.........

Half an hour later, the test was complete, and the result was, medium to low.

Finally, because Lin Feng mentioned Kuze’s name, he wasn’t charged a single penny, and the service attitude was excellent. The certificate, which usually took seven days to issue, was prepared immediately today. However, there really weren’t many people Lin Feng’s age coming to test their affinity, which was a bit awkward.

The certificate had his name, photo, and affinity information.

The photo wasn’t taken by a camera, but was conjured by a spell, similar to a camera.

This certificate is very important; without it, you cannot attend a magic academy.

Next, Lin Feng could go to the Magic Academy with Kuze’s help.

However, a problem lay before Lin Feng: the floor world he had to enter every day.

Because of this, he certainly couldn’t attend an academy in this world to study.

After thinking for a long time, Lin Feng finally came up with a solution: he would just let Kuze teach him directly. At worst, he would customize a set of battle armor for Kuze the next time he went to the Trading Floor and give it to him.

If he received the battle armor, he would definitely be willing to spend time teaching Lin Feng.

Having decided on a plan, Lin Feng began to wander around Lantern City.

He gained a deep understanding of this world’s civilization.

This world did not develop technology like Blue Star, but instead vigorously developed magic.

Flying vehicles similar to airplanes were directly propelled by magic.

At the same time, there was another type of flying transportation: Gryphons.

That’s right, the creatures from legends.

Standing there, they exuded an imposing aura, their bodies as tall as a story. When passengers boarded, they would lower their heads to allow passengers to climb up by holding onto their necks.

Their flight speed was also incredibly fast, covering a distance of a thousand kilometers in just one hour.

It was comparable to a passenger plane.

The price, naturally, was something ordinary people couldn’t afford.

One thousand silver coins per thousand kilometers.

However, this amount of money was not much for Lin Feng, so he decided to experience it, flying directly back on a Gryphon.

During Lin Feng’s time sightseeing in Lantern City, the system also gave several new floor prompts.

However, these were all floors that could be chosen to enter or not enter, which is why Lin Feng was only now preparing to return to the Elevator.

After arriving at the Gryphon breeding ground in Lantern City, Lin Feng paid the money and could then choose a Gryphon he liked.

However, these Gryphons all looked similar and had very good temperaments, being very friendly, so Lin Feng just picked one at random.

The chosen Gryphon immediately lowered its head so Lin Feng could embrace its neck.

After Lin Feng was securely holding on, the Gryphon raised its head, and then Lin Feng let go and slowly slid onto the Gryphon’s back.

“Sir, you can hold onto the Gryphon’s feathers during takeoff and landing to ensure stability. Have a pleasant flight! If you are satisfied with its service, you can reward it with some meat after landing~”

The staff member said kindly.

Soon, the Gryphon took off.

And quickly flew to an altitude of several hundred meters.

During this time, Lin Feng kept holding onto the feathers to maintain stability. After reaching the predetermined altitude, the Gryphon’s body became much steadier.

Coupled with its large size, Lin Feng confidently let go and lay down on it.

The Gryphon’s body might have carried some magical device; although it flew very fast, Lin Feng couldn’t feel the presence of wind.

Four hours later, the Gryphon delivered Lin Feng to the town.

“It flies quite fast, really good.”

After affectionately rubbing the Gryphon’s feathers, Lin Feng directly jumped down.

The Gryphon also happily let out a cry, and at the same time rubbed its head against Lin Feng, clearly begging for meat.

Lin Feng naturally wasn’t stingy; he directly pulled out a large piece of dinosaur meat from his spatial ring and threw it to the Gryphon.

“Taste this, you’ve definitely never had this meat before.”

The Gryphon swallowed a ten-kilogram piece of meat in one gulp, letting out a joyful sound.

After barking at Lin Feng, it walked a few steps forward and then flew into the sky.

“Next, I should still return to the Elevator first.”

It would take him about four hours to return, and there were exactly four hours left until the new floor refreshed.

The timing was perfectly controlled.

........

Four hours later, Lin Feng safely arrived at the Elevator.

And asked 101 if anything had happened to the Elevator during his absence.

The ’situations’ he was referring to, of course, were whether the Infinite Pool had spawned any strange creatures.

Fortunately, during this period, the pool only spawned one mutated creature, which was roasted into charcoal by Little Velociraptor’s breath as soon as it appeared.

101 didn’t catch anything good while fishing either.

Lin Feng felt that he still needed to fish himself.

Although there was a chance of catching dangerous creatures, there was also a chance of catching treasures.

“Oh, by the way, Little Dragon, this is delicious food Huangdou packed for you. Quickly thank Huangdou.”

“Awoo awoo!”

Lin Feng took out the food one by one from his spatial ring. After learning that these were all specially left for him by Huangdou, Little Velociraptor also jumped and danced happily, finally giving Huangdou a big lick with his tongue before stopping.
