Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

The Curse of the Floor MerchantFifty thousand plus fifty thousand, that’s a hundred thousand gold coins!

Holy cow!

So expensive, but luckily, I have freebie coins.

Lin Feng chuckled to himself, then asked Kola if he had anything else.

After learning that Kola had gone bankrupt and only had these two items on him, Lin Feng had no choice but to give up. He had originally thought he could get as many freebies as possible this time.

”Alright, then I’ll take both of these items.”

”Hahahahaha! Sir, I knew you were a man of your word!”

Kola said excitedly, then quickly handed the two items to Lin Feng, staring at him expectantly.

”Here, take the money.”

Lin Feng took out the freebie silver coin and placed it in Kola’s small palm.

When Kola saw the silver coin, he fell silent.

The atmosphere in the air became awkward for a moment.

Lin Feng also felt that this seemed really heartless. Someone had gone bankrupt to collect treasures for him, hoping to make a fortune, but in the end, when the deal was made, he just gave him a single silver coin.

However, just as Lin Feng was about to say something, Kola suddenly let out an excited yell.

”What’s wrong??”

Lin Feng asked, looking at the suddenly excited Kola.

”It’s nothing, it’s nothing. You wouldn’t really understand if I told you, but I didn’t expect you to have this silver coin. Alright, I agree to this transaction.”

Kola put the silver coin into his pocket and said.

Then he turned and was about to leave.

”Hey! Wait!”

Lin Feng suddenly thought of something and quickly called out to Kola.

”What is it?”

”Do you want these two jade bracelets?”

When he had previously obtained these jade bracelets, the system had said that they could be sold to the Floor Merchant and were quite valuable.

So Lin Feng had been waiting to meet Kola to sell them, unexpectedly dragging it out until now.

”These jade bracelets... let me see them.”

Kola said with some hesitation in his tone.

After handing the jade bracelets to Kola, Lin Feng took the opportunity while Kola was inspecting them to scan him with his scanning gun.

That’s right, this was his main focus.

Beep!

”Cursed Merchant/Plane Merchant: They are found everywhere. They seem to bear some kind of curse that forces them to constantly collect valuable gold coins to extend their lives. The Cursed Merchant’s skin cannot be exposed to sunlight, so they usually wrap themselves up tightly.

Strength: Random

Speed: Random

Agility: Random

Intelligence: Random

...................”

The remaining attribute values below all showed as random.

Lin Feng was utterly baffled. So the Floor Merchant’s strength was entirely random?

After reading this set of information, Lin Feng also realized that their being black marketeers was actually out of necessity, as gold coins were tied to their lives.

What kind of outrageous curse was this, requiring gold coins to extend life?

”What are you doing?”

Kola asked, seeing Lin Feng holding a plastic gun pointed at him with a puzzled expression.

”Oh, nothing, just taking your temperature. So, is this thing valuable?”

Lin Feng quickly put away the scanning gun and asked.

”This jade bracelet... hmm... it’s very useful to me. Five hundred gold coins each, but I don’t have that many gold coins right now. Can we settle it next time?”

Kola pondered for a moment and said, he had no choice, all his gold coins had been used to acquire treasures for Lin Feng.

”No problem, just take them.”

”Thank you very much.”

Kola chuckled, then stuffed the jade bracelets into his backpack, quickly flipped over, jumped into the pool, and left.

”So, their ability to teleport away at will is also part of the curse?”

Lin Feng thought, watching the Floor Merchant instantly disappear in the pool.

Next, Lin Feng swallowed the small blue pill in one gulp.

The pill was very small, about the size of a cold capsule, so Lin Feng didn’t bother to taste it or anything, he just swallowed it directly.

After taking the pill, Lin Feng opened his attribute panel, wanting to see what changes had occurred, but was surprised to find that his physique attribute had secretly increased by three points at some point.

Perhaps it was from eating synthetic meat during this period.

”Name: Lin Feng;

Gender: Male;

Strength: 160;

Speed: 151;

Agility: 143;

Physique: 120;

Intelligence: 66;

Charm: 80;

Luck: 52;

Sanity (one-tenth of Intelligence): ???

Skills: (omitted)...”

.........

”Good heavens, sanity is just a string of question marks, huh?”

Looking at his sanity attribute, which was marked with three question marks, Lin Feng now just wanted to laugh uproariously.

Now it was good, he was truly invincible in the real sense.

Even if Lin Feng entered a floor without any items now, he wouldn’t be afraid.

His physique attribute was at least one hundred seventy points.

And there was also a skill that had a chance to evade attacks.

With this, how could he die?

Moreover, don’t forget, Lin Feng still held two resurrection coins in his hand.

However, he already had a use in mind for these two resurrection coins: to resurrect Kui Feifei and Han Yong, who had regarded him as a sworn brother after knowing him for only two days.

There were two reasons why he hadn’t resurrected them on the spot back then.

One was that even if they were resurrected, they wouldn’t be able to escape the pursuit of the imperial soldiers.

The other reason was that Lin Feng was saving them for himself.

That world was, after all, a Mystical World, and he was a wanted criminal. It was possible he could be directly eliminated by immortal arts.

So, it couldn’t be said that Lin Feng was selfish.

Now, Lin Feng had the idea of returning to the Mystical World, but he still had to wait a bit longer.

.........

”Beep, the floor the host is about to enter is Jurassic World. The danger level of this floor is relatively low for the host, so feel free to explore.”

”Beep, note, this floor has no rules, you can choose to enter or not enter. The Elevator will stay for five hours.”

......

”Another simple floor like this?”

Lin Feng frowned. The Jurassic World floor was probably only useful for obtaining food and basic upgrade materials, right?

Was the Elevator trying to slow down his leveling pace, or was this floor truly random?

Forget it, he’d go out for a stroll, just consider it sightseeing.

Now, Lin Feng’s feelings upon arriving at the Jurassic World floor again were completely different from his first time, so in another sense, it was quite interesting.

”Ding-dong! The Elevator is descending, please hold on tight.”

.....

Soon, the Elevator stopped, and Lin Feng also exited the Elevator.

Huangdou operated the flying device, following Lin Feng out for a distance before returning to the Elevator, while Xiao Long, on the other hand, didn’t even come out at all.

The rat and the dragon both indicated that they’d rather stay and play in the other world.
