Urban All-Round Master

Chapter 361: Chapter 363: The Beautiful Counselor of the Archaeology Department

Chapter 363: The Archaeology Department’s Beautiful Instructor

It’s just that too many exasperating things happened at Yunhai University without people knowing.

The enthusiasm in the university hadn’t risen because of this, who knew whether that returnee beautiful teacher was actually coming to our Archaeology Department. Perhaps upon one look at the Archaeology Department’s desolate classrooms, she would definitely not stay long.

Until a good while passed.

The Archaeology Department finally got someone— a doddering old man.

This old man was also familiar to everyone, back at the freshman orientation.

A whole sentence of dialogue, this old coot repeated it no less than twenty times!

A speech draft of just a few hundred words, this old geezer managed to ramble on for three hours! The reason why? Please continue reading—

”Hello, students!” The old man was probably over sixty years old, his snow-white hair resembling that of the oddball characters often seen in TV dramas, only with an aged and dragon-like demeanor. In other aspects, the old man was relatively normal.

At first, Zifeng couldn’t understand why everyone looked so agonized upon seeing the old man.

In the end... at last... Zifeng started feeling the same agony.

”Hello, Director!”

Everyone responded to the old fellow with listless and half-dead reluctance.

”Today, I am very fortunate to meet all the students present here. I am deeply honored that we can gather together, which means we must have cultivated connections in our past lives, so we should all cherish the friendships among us even more. As the ancients said: It takes five hundred glances in the past life to simply pass by each other in this one. Therefore, everyone should study hard so that when we graduate later on and get our own diplomas, the birds are free to fly in the sky, and the fish are free to leap in the ocean...”

”Hiss—” In an instant, the entire classroom gasped in shock, not expecting the director, at his advanced age, to still be so indecent!

”Director!” Suddenly, a student stood up with his hands raised.

”What’s the matter, student?” The old man adjusted his big, black-framed glasses.

”It’s ’the sky is high for birds to fly, the ocean is vast for fish to leap.’ Not ’night falls for birds to fly’...” A man corrected the old man’s mistake.

”Oh, oh, oh! Right, right, right! It seems I got confused,” the old man said hastily with a wave of his hand, smiling without showing the slightest embarrassment.

Instead, he looked quite relaxed and carefree as he adjusted his glasses and scrutinized the entire classroom seriously, asking, ”Oh! Right, what was I saying just now, students?”

It was then that Zifeng, who had been shrinking in the back, noticed the old man’s oddity.

”Night falls for birds to fly, the ocean is vast for fish to leap!”

Everyone corrected him in unison.

”Oh, oh, oh! Right, right, right! Look at my memory.”

With that said, he started to indoctrinate them all over again with nonsense, and every time the old man paused for a few seconds, he would ask again what he had been talking about.

Then he’d repeat what he had already said many times over, to kinda remember.

As a result, by the end of the class, a few sparse sentences, which were spoken by the old man for almost half an hour, had taken up nearly half of the lesson’s time.

Finally, he got to the point.

Just when everyone had lost all hope, the old man made a phone call.

Finally, at the moment when everyone was about to drift into dreamland, he led in a stunning beauty, possessing both exceptional demeanor and looks.

In an instant, all the animals in the classroom were captivated by the beauty in front of them!

Especially under such circumstances where there were more wolves than meat, the appearance of a beauty undoubtedly sent everyone into a frenzy.

Just half an hour ago, everyone was still grumbling about how the Archaeology Department had no beauties, but now it seems. True beauties often only make their grand entrance at the final moment, and it turns out that these nonsense big talks, no one knows which animal once said them, are absolutely the ultimate truth right now!

”Hello everyone, I am your new counselor, my name is Yan Qingcheng, and I am very happy to meet all of you.” The beauty waved to everyone in the classroom, and she wasn’t disappointed by the lack of handsome men or by the small number of people, but rather her sweet smile made a few guys with lesser stamina instantly feel their underwear getting a little wet.

Teacher?

What’s going on?

She’s actually the new counselor?

Suddenly the whole classroom erupted into chaos.

Even Lin Zifeng was shocked!

He wasn’t concerned that Yan Qingcheng was a teacher, but rather he didn’t expect that the beautiful teacher was the same beauty he ran into today while looking for the principal!

This world is really too small, he never imagined that he would meet her here.

At this moment, Lin Zifeng wished he could shrink a little. He tried to bury his head under the desk as much as possible, but after all, there were too few people in the classroom.

Even though Lin Zifeng tried his best to lower his head, Yan Qingcheng still noticed his presence.

Just when everyone was gossiping about whether the new beautiful counselor had a boyfriend.

Yan Qingcheng unexpectedly called out Lin Zifeng’s name.

”Are you new here, student?” Yan Qingcheng gracefully walked over to Lin Zifeng with a smile that was not quite a smile as she looked at him.

Under everyone’s astonished gaze, she was the first to call out Lin Zifeng’s name.

”Uh—I’m new today,” Lin Zifeng was somewhat taken aback.

”New?” Yan Qingcheng placed her hands behind her back, her animated, delicate eyes twinkling as she nodded seriously.

”Reporting to the counselor! This guy is my brother! It’s his first day at school today, and he was late because of his girlfriend,” someone suddenly stood up next to Lin Zifeng, raising his right hand with a heroic look, and from his smug expression, it seemed he had a certain self-sacrificial air about him.

Lin Zifeng glared at him, staring him down.

Since when did I become his brother? When did I get a girlfriend?

What’s this guy playing at?

Unbeknownst to Lin Zifeng, looking around the Archaeology Department, it seemed there really wasn’t anyone second to him in handsomeness.

Because Yan Qingcheng called his name first, everyone suddenly felt like the dish they couldn’t grab was slipping away. In a moment of desperation, Shao Huo had a brainwave and stood up preemptively.

”Oh?!” Yan Qingcheng nodded and didn’t say anything else, but just before she left, those flawless eyes gave him a deep look.

Nobody knew exactly what had happened between them today.

However, after Yan Qingcheng turned to leave, Shao Ling hurriedly threw Lin Zifeng a ’no need to thank me’ look as if he had just saved Lin Zifeng from an awkward situation and Lin Zifeng owed him thanks.

”From today on, I am your new counselor. If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to ask me anytime. I am honored and willing to share all burdens with you, and I hope that in the coming years, our relationship won’t just be that of teacher and student, but we can also become good friends...”

The arrival of the new beautiful counselor on the first day caused all the animals to go crazy.

If this goes on for too long, heaven knows what kind of endearing events might occur under these circumstances with more wolves than meat.
