After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1455: Chapter 1459: Caring for the Old and the Young

”Pervert!”

Tongtong grabbed the handbag she left on the chair and forgot to take, turned around and walked out of Jiao Yang’s office with large strides, slamming the door behind her.

No wonder she looked familiar yesterday, this brat actually disguised herself as a man to apply for his assistant job?!

She not only pretended to be a man, but even gave herself the name Mo Wen.

Mo Wen, ”Don’t Ask”?!

”Now, tell me your problem!” Jiao Yang raised his hand, touched Mo Wen’s (oh no, we should call her Mo Bei now) hair, ”The wig has nice quality.”

”What wig, this is 100% real hair!” Mo Bei laughed as she withdrew her hand from his wrist and naturally grabbed her glasses back, ”I’m going to work.”

Jiao Yang stretched out his arm, already blocking Mo Bei’s way, ”What exactly do you want to play at?”

Mo Bei pushed up her glasses with an innocent look, ”You’re the one who kissed me just now, so how is it me wanting to play?”

Jiao Yang narrowed his eyes slightly, smiling as he looked at Mo Bei’s face, ”Do you really think I can’t recognize you as Mo Bei?”

”Do you know Mo Bei?!” Mo Bei feigned surprise, ”She’s my sister, we’re twins with mixed sex.”

”Really?!” Jiao Yang chuckled lightly, suddenly reached out, pressed her shoulder, and the other hand stretched towards her shirt.

Mo Bei raised her right hand, stopping his hand before it touched her collar, ”President Jiao, harassing a subordinate is not the behavior of a good boss!”

”Fine!” Jiao Yang retracted his hand, ”The boss doesn’t have the right to harass a subordinate, but the boss does have the right to fire a subordinate. You can now proceed with your resignation procedures.”

”If you’re firing me, there should be a reason, right? What’s the reason?” Mo Bei asked.

Jiao Yang crossed his arms, ”I don’t like dishonest subordinates, is that reason sufficient enough?”

”My dishonesty was forced by you!”

”What’s that got to do with me?”

”It’s you who insisted on having a male assistant, so I had to become a ’man’ to apply!”

Jiao Yang chuckled lightly, ”Did anyone insist that you must be my assistant?”

”Whether or not someone insisted, I need to make money to eat!” Mo Bei lowered her head, ”President Jiao, you don’t know, I have an 80-year-old grandma and a newborn infant to feed. If you fire me, that’s like taking three lives at once, you wouldn’t be so heartless, right?!”

An old above, a young below?!

Her?!

Jiao Yang burst into laughter, ”Are you going to tell me that the baby is mine too?”

”Although you’re unwilling to admit it, it really is yours.” Mo Bei said without blushing or skipping a beat.

”So, you’re admitting you’re Mo Bei?”

”Honey!” Mo Bei wrapped her arms around his, swaying lightly like a lover, ”Could you really bear to let our child go without milk, crying hungrily every day? Could you really bear to see me begging on the streets with the elderly and young?!”

Jiao Yang remained unmoved, ”Tell the truth, and maybe I’ll consider keeping you.”

”Alright then!” Mo Bei released his arm, ”I’ve broken ties with my dad, now I don’t have a penny to my name and nowhere to live. If you really fire me, I’ll be drinking the northwest wind tonight! Considering I used my last cash to buy you fish and flowers, you shouldn’t fire me, should you?!”

She blinked her large, clear eyes, looking entirely innocent and pitiful.
