After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 890: Chapter 894: I’m Just Teasing You

In the corridor, Xiao Ding walked out of his room, hearing Seo Fei’s voice not far away. He turned his face in confusion.

”It’s too late.” Leng Zimo did not move to let Seo Fei in.

”But I already bought the wine and opened the bottle. You wouldn’t make me take the wine back to Beijing and drink it, would you?” Seo Fei smiled, extending a finger. ”Just one glass, even if it’s to give me a little encouragement, okay?”

Leng Zimo raised an eyebrow, ”Alright.”

Seeing him move aside, Seo Fei felt delighted, immediately stepping inside and turning around to close the door tightly.

Watching the closed door, Xiao Ding just frowned.

The new assistant, Seo Fei, seemed to be constantly trying to get close to President Leng. Coming to his room so late to drink wine, she must have other intentions beyond the drink!

Thinking this over, Xiao Ding glanced around to see no one nearby, then quietly walked over to Leng Zimo’s door.

Inside the room.

The two of them sat down on the sofa. Seo Fei picked up the wine glasses from the coffee table, pulled out the cork, and filled two glasses eight-tenths full. Then she lifted the two glasses, handing one to Leng Zimo.

”President Leng, I toast my first glass to you. Previously, I didn’t understand the company situation well since I had just arrived at Emperor View, causing the company to miss out on the Fulai Beauty case. Thank you for not getting angry with me!” Seo Fei clinked her glass lightly with his, then raised her hand to her lips and drank the wine in one gulp, showing him the empty glass bottom. Seeing Leng Zimo still holding his glass without drinking, she showed a disappointed expression, ”You... you still won’t forgive me?”

”That matter wasn’t entirely your fault, and...” Thinking of Luo Xiaoqian, Leng Zimo just smiled faintly. ”And perhaps this loss isn’t entirely a bad thing.”

To lose to that person, losing was losing, after all for Emperor View, it was just a minor case.

Seo Fei had no idea that the man in front of her was thinking of another woman.

She felt a surge of secret joy.

”Then why don’t you drink?”

”Alright, this glass I’ll drink.”

Leng Zimo raised his glass to his lips, slowly drinking the wine.

”How is it?”

”Not bad.” Leng Zimo sniffed the wine’s aroma. ”This scent, is it Bordeaux’s Chateau d’Yquem?”

”President Leng indeed knows his wines, this is my favorite winery.” Seo Fei picked up the bottle, pouring him a second glass. ”I have personally visited this winery, with vast vineyards, morning mist under the sunlight, really beautiful. I personally think it’s better than Lafite.”

Leng Zimo nodded in agreement, ”Hmm, I like this brand too.”

”Then have a few more drinks, I can’t take it back to Beijing, leaving it here would be a waste.” Seo Fei smiled, extending her glass to lightly clink his, ”See if you can tell the vintage.”

She certainly knew he liked this brand, which is why she specifically bought this wine.

Leng Zimo gently swirled the wine in his glass, taking a tiny sip, ”There’s fullness, but lacking thickness, ten years.”

He was spot on, but Seo Fei just shook her head, ”Incorrect.”

Incorrect?!

Leng Zimo took several more sips of the wine, ”It’s impossible, it’s definitely ten years.”

”Haha!” Seo Fei laughed softly, ”You guessed right, I was teasing you.”
