After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 856: Chapter 860: Tall, Handsome, and Gentle

Returning to the hotel, Luo Xiaoqian settled the customer down, and the first thing she did was take out her phone and open WeChat.

”I have safely arrived at the hotel. Mo Mo, be good and listen. I’ll call you later.”

After sending the video message, Luo Xiaoqian immediately left the room to take the customer out for dinner.

Beijing.

Lakeside Villa.

Luo Jun ran into the kitchen holding Leng Zimo’s phone. In the kitchen, Leng Zimo was wearing Luo Xiaoqian’s apron, making dumplings for the little ones.

”Uncle Zimo, phone.”

Leng Zimo washed his hands, took the phone, and immediately squatted down with a smile, ”Mo Mo, it’s not a phone call, it’s a voice message from mom.”

He opened the video, and Luo Xiaoqian’s voice immediately came out.

After listening to the voice message, the little one looked at the bowl of dumpling filling, ”Uncle Zimo, are you done yet?”

”What, hungry?” Leng Zimo asked with a smile.

The little one shook his head, ”No, I already ate at kindergarten. I just want to play video games with you. Mom and Uncle John always lose to me; it’s so boring.”

”You’re that good!” Leng Zimo laughed, ”Alright, go upstairs and get ready. I’ll challenge you in ten minutes!”

The little one cheered and went upstairs.

A moment later, Leng Zimo tidied up the kitchen and went upstairs to the little one’s room. Sure enough, he saw that everything was ready.

Seeing him come in, the little one immediately patted the empty spot beside him, ”I promise, you’re going to lose terribly!”

”That’s not necessarily true!” Sitting down next to the little one, Leng Zimo picked up his game controller, and the two immediately started the game.

In the first round, Leng Zimo wasn’t familiar with the rules and lost.

In the second round, it was a draw.

In the third round, Leng Zimo won.

”Again!”

The little one didn’t get discouraged after losing; he kept getting braver and braver. Leng Zimo didn’t hold back either, playing with all his might. Although the little one won less and lost more, he had a great time.

Quickly, an hour had passed.

”It’s 8:30; you should go to bed.”

Leng Zimo put down the controller. The little one obediently turned off the TV and game console and made his way to Luo Xiaoqian’s room.

”Where are you going?”

Leng Zimo asked puzzledly.

”Mom’s room!” The little one turned his face, ”I always sleep with mom.”

Leng Zimo frowned slightly, ”You’re already four years old; you should sleep on your own.”

”I know, but I need to protect mom. Mom has nightmares, and when she does, I’m responsible for waking her up.” The little one explained seriously to him.

Squatting down, holding his small shoulders, Leng Zimo frowned, ”Does Sissi often have nightmares?”

”Yes, several times she’s cried so badly. I guess she must be dreaming about dad.” Luo Jun pressed his face against his neck, ”Uncle Zimo, can you carry me to bed? Mom said my dad is Chinese. I guess he’s tall, handsome, and gentle like you.”

Holding the little one tightly in his arms, Leng Zimo lifted him from the ground, ”Tonight, Uncle Zimo will sleep with you. Treat Uncle Zimo as dad, okay?!”

”Really?!” The little one immediately looked up excitedly, ”Then will you tell stories? I heard from Wanwan that her dad is good at telling stories.”

Leng Zimo laughed, patting the little one’s head, ”Of course, Uncle Zimo can do everything that dads do, and even things they can’t!”
