Destined Entwining: Capturing My Devoted Beau

Chapter 241: Chapter 136: I’m Your Blue Boy (First Update)

”Lucas, what are you doing? Still awake this late? Where are you hanging out?” Edward Foster entered his house in a good mood.

Lucas Harlow didn’t answer immediately but seemed to walk to a quieter place. The noise outside gradually faded away before he said, ”I’m on vacation. You better have something important, otherwise hang up first.”

”Hey! Do you have to be so heartless? — Oh, right, you’re on vacation? Have you coordinated with your agent about the schedule? Lucas, you’re famous now, hahaha...” Edward Foster couldn’t help but laugh as he thought about how Lawrence Winters used to be Lucas Harlow’s only fan, ”You were made popular single-handedly by our Lawrence.”

Lucas Harlow: ”...”

”When did Lawrence become yours? How come I didn’t know?” Lucas Harlow said calmly, ”Can you change your habit of sweet-talking? It’s somewhat okay for your flings, but in front of your own employees, how should they think? What about your spokesperson’s work?”

Edward Foster: ”...”

His good mood suddenly flew away.

He awkwardly scratched his ear, ”...Is it that serious?”

”What do you think?” Lucas Harlow said grudgingly, ”It’s fine if you say it to me, but don’t get carried away and say it in front of the employees. Lawrence Winters is not someone who would compromise for a job. Think it over yourself; I’m busy here, hanging up first.”

Lucas Harlow decisively hung up the phone, not letting Edward Foster continue to babble.

After hanging up Edward Foster’s call, he thought of Edward’s character and couldn’t help picking up another phone to call Lawrence Winters.

At this time, Lawrence Winters was happily listening to ’Crazy Girl’ and Joyce Shaw singing a love duet.

The two, after all, were in love. When they sang love songs, it was even more pleasant than the semi-professional ’Love Song Prince’ Francis Johnson’s singing.

She and ’Three Billions Sister’ were next to them clapping to the beat, humming along.

Feeling her phone vibrating, she took a look and found it was Lucas Harlow’s number.

She had saved his number on WeChat, so she recognized it immediately.

Is it really Lucas Harlow calling her?!

They had only talked through private messages on Weibo and chatted on WeChat before but never called each other!

Lawrence Winters felt extremely excited, grabbed the phone, and walked outside to find a quieter place to answer.

Kenneth Osborne noticed Lawrence Winters’ expression, felt a slight pang in his heart, and quietly followed her out.

Lawrence Winters walked out of the room, turned down the corridor, stood in a quiet corner, and answered the phone.

”Hello? Who is this?” she asked cautiously, her gentle and sweet voice trembled slightly; one wouldn’t notice unless listening closely.

Kenneth Osborne stood with his arms crossed against the wall before turning, his head half-lowered.

He had no expression on his face, but his head inclined slightly towards the corner where Lawrence Winters stood, his ears occasionally twitching, showing he was attentively listening to her phone conversation.

Lucas Harlow waited a while for Lawrence Winters to answer the phone. He didn’t know why he suddenly wanted to call her.

However, upon hearing her voice, he calmed down and chuckled lightly, his voice unintentionally gentle and deep, ”Is that the million-dollar Lawrence? It’s your Lucas Darling.”

Lawrence Winters’ heart trembled fiercely: ”!!!”

Though mentally prepared, she was overwhelmed by Lucas Harlow’s resonant voice.

Oh my! So charming!

Her ears seemed to be pregnant!!

With her mind in a daze, Lawrence Winters thought: Be more confident, Lawrence Winters, take away ”seemed to be”; your ears are already pregnant!

At this moment, she even decided that her first child’s nickname would be ”Little Ears”!!!

Because it was born from her pregnant ears.

She decided that if any man couldn’t get her ears pregnant, she wouldn’t bear his child!

Lawrence Winters couldn’t control her wildly upturned mouth, but on the surface, she maintained her previous posture, laughing, ”Hahahaha... You say you’re my Lucas Darling?! Truly my Lucas Darling?! No way, say it again—I want to record this! I want to archive it! If anyone claims I’m not your biggest fan, I’ll throw your recording in their face! Hahahaha! Is this the perk of being a fan site manager?!”

Standing nearby eavesdropping, Kenneth Osborne’s face darkened instantly, filled with rage, wishing to beat that shameless flirter Lucas Harlow to death on the spot.

What does ”your Lucas Darling” mean?! Truly shameless! Among men, only Lucas Harlow is the most shameless!
