Peaceful Farm Life

Chapter 2390: Chapter 2391: She Didn’t Hit Me...

Seeing Ning Zihan looking her way, the extremely awkward An Baobei immediately turned to look to her right.

But to her right, whether they were a couple or married, they were kissing too, and the man’s hand was touching the woman...

An Baobei felt even more embarrassed. This is a public place, can’t they consider the impact? If they want to kiss, they should go outside!

An Baobei couldn’t possibly look behind her, otherwise the people behind would surely think she’s crazy.

So, with no choice, An Baobei raised her gaze, avoiding looking at the pair in front, and continued watching the movie.

And right then, the movie was showing the leading couple kissing...

An Baobei’s face turned red from embarrassment, almost to the point of bleeding, but luckily it was quite dark, so people could only see vaguely and couldn’t discern her skin color; naturally, nobody noticed her blushing. But the problem was, she herself could feel the intense heat on her face.

Why didn’t she encounter this when watching movies with Lu Yimi...

Aside from feeling awkward, An Baobei also felt overwhelmingly shy.

Unable to sit in such an atmosphere any longer, facing Ning Zihan’s teasing gaze, An Baobei murmured, blushing and with red ears, ”Let’s not watch anymore, let’s go.”

”Okay.” Feeling that if they continued watching, she would want to bury herself, Ning Zihan agreed without objection and got up, leaving the screening room with An Baobei.

Once outside the screening room, An Baobei was exposed under the lights, Ning Zihan glanced at her flushed look and slightly curled his lips.

Seeing his reaction, An Baobei felt both shy and annoyed, ”Don’t laugh!”

Ning Zihan still kept his lips curled.

Annoyed, An Baobei ignored Ning Zihan, lowered her head, and quickly exited the cinema.

Ning Zihan followed behind, still with his lips curled, thinking she looked really cute like this.

On the way back to the Su Family, Ning Zihan drove while An Baobei sat in the passenger seat, her back of the head turned towards Ning Zihan, quietly looking at the retreating street scene outside the window, not saying a word to Ning Zihan.

Ning Zihan didn’t speak either.

Once back at the Su Family, the car stopped, and An Baobei was about to push open the car door to get out, but Ning Zihan unexpectedly turned her body and held her nape, then kissed her.

An Baobei’s eyes widened and she forgot to resist.

Initially, Ning Zihan kissed forcefully, but gradually it became tender, tender enough to bring An Baobei back to her senses. Once she realized, An Baobei immediately pushed Ning Zihan away, glared at him fiercely, before she pushed open the car door and ran into the house.

”Didn’t hit me...” Ning Zihan curled his lips, thinking that was quite an improvement. Last time when he kissed her in the hospital, she didn’t hesitate to slap him.

Now it was past eleven at night; except for the staff on duty, everyone in the Su Family was asleep, so An Baobei ran upstairs blushing without any hindrance and returned to her room.

As soon as she closed the door, she leaned against it, covering her pounding heart, feeling like it was about to leap out; her face was burning so intensely, she didn’t dare touch it.

Thinking that couples on TV usually kiss, An Baobei started to feel it was normal, but her heart was still pounding so hard she couldn’t calm down.

Unlike when he forcibly kissed her in the hospital, she felt no anger this time, just extreme shyness and such intense heartbeats that she didn’t know how to face it, resulting in her running away.

With her head lowered, staring at her still violently beating heart, An Baobei murmured to herself, ”I’ve fallen for him again, with my heart beating like this, it should be okay...”
