The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 1489: Chapter 589: Conquest

When Qi Jiayi opened her eyes, the clock on the wall was pointing close to eleven o’clock in the morning, yet it was still drizzling outside, the sky was dim, making it appear as if the night had not completely retreated.

As a coastal city, Hong Kong Island spends more than three months each year in rainy days. Having lived in the north her whole life, Qi Jiayi was not accustomed to this midday darkness, but even more unsettling was...

the arm that traversed her smooth ribs, reaching somewhere.

When was the last time I shaved my armpits?

Qi Jiayi thought back for a moment, confirming that she had especially gone to a spa for hair removal before coming to Hong Kong Island, which calmed her down.

Then she chuckled to herself at her own thoughts.

Had she actually started caring about such things?

This was not like the carefree and solitary person she always was.

But looking back at every moment from last night till now, everything that happened in this small space, which of those things was truly like her?

She remembered how, in the middle of the night, a thunderstorm had suddenly erupted outside, the rolling thunder, and under the roar of the thunder, unable to bear it any longer, she finally opened her lips amidst Zhou Wang’s constant urging, uttering those piercing screams.

Various tones of ”Honey,” and those shameful phrases that Zhou Wang would say and she would repeat, phrases that would blush even professional women.

And Zhou Wang, leaning down with a chuckle to whisper in her ear, saying he wanted to make up for her childhood.

At first, Qi Jiayi was puzzled, until Zhou Wang raised his palm and then brought it down heavily, at the peak of her embarrassment and indescribable complex feelings, she understood what Zhou Wang meant.

But she had to admit, this was indeed an unprecedented experience in her life.

What Qi Jiayi found most unacceptable was when Zhou Wang instructed her to arch her back.

The dignity of being intellectual, and her long-standing independent thinking, made it impossible for her to kneel and please a man in such a rebellious way. Yet she didn’t even know what got into her, she was clearly resistant, but by the time she realized, Zhou Wang was already holding her hair, forcing her to call him ”Honey.”

”Good girl.”

Such a simple word, yet it seemed to possess great magic, making Qi Jiayi unconsciously turn over.

With tonight’s experience, the calm heart of Qi Jiayi had already stirred with undeniable curiosity.

She inexplicably wanted to learn more, explore more, to understand how it felt for others in such situations, was it the same, or was it only her...

Was Zhou Wang deceiving her, was it really true that only such open and mutual cooperation was the greatest respect for each other?

Twenty-four hours ago, Qi Jiayi might never have been interested in these questions, even feeling disgusted at the mere mention of them.

Even now, as her mind calmed considerably, she still found it incredible how she acted last night. If Zhou Wang requested her to do it again, she would most likely refuse without hesitation.

While Qi Jiayi was lost in her thoughts, she suddenly felt a tightness in her chest.

Realizing something was threatening her, Qi Jiayi felt a mix of embarrassment and confusion, and could only close her eyes and play dead.

But the man behind her, seeing she hadn’t reacted, began to overstep, and Qi Jiayi’s eyes widened in an instant, having a strong premonition that if she still didn’t react, this shameless man might really disregard everything, daring to violate her even if she was indeed not awake.

Frightened, Qi Jiayi dared not play dead any longer, hurriedly breaking free from Zhou Wang’s arm, and in one swift motion, sat up against the headboard, glaring angrily at Zhou Wang:

”What... are you doing?”

”Hmm.”

Zhou Wang, who had long opened his eyes, looked at Qi Jiayi with a half-smile, responding with a sound from his nostrils.

Initially confused, after a night of Zhou Wang’s earnest teaching, certain strange pathways in her mind had been opened. Soon, she understood what Zhou Wang was implying, instantly gnashing her teeth in anger, her chest heaving.

Seeing Zhou Wang’s eyes clearly widen, Qi Jiayi suddenly realized the chill enveloping her body, hurriedly pulling the covers, stammering in embarrassment:

”Don’t look!”

”Oh, didn’t I see enough last night?”

Though Qi Jiayi seemed quite angry, Zhou Wang was all smiles, sensing that her anger was fundamentally different from many previous times.

If one had to describe it, perhaps it was that she now had a much more tender demeanor, no longer carrying that cold isolation that kept others at a distance.

Zhou Wang’s words left Qi Jiayi even more speechless, but she thought it would be good to clarify things with Zhou Wang now, so after organizing her words, Qi Jiayi took a deep breath and said:

”Zhou Wang, I feel it’s necessary to clarify something with you... last night, last night’s incident had some unexpected factors, my state at that time was quite chaotic, I don’t know if you misunderstood something, but I don’t think it signifies any substantial change in our relationship, do you understand?”

Qi Jiayi was a bit hesitant at first, but she was not an ordinary woman, so her logic quickly became clear.
