Pillar of Yita

And for Fang Hong to use the Mirroring Command, he also needs the basic theory of Flexible Construct along with a series of advanced theories.

Thus, the Knowledge Skills in Eteliria, especially those basic theoretical Knowledge Skills, often represent the starting point for a series of skills.

Of course, the Thief’s Claw Technique he learned is so basic that it doesn’t require any profound theory. But once it involves advanced skills, he still has to go back to fill in the gaps—Nightingale Basic Tactics was born from this. Related to this are the Shadow Realm, the Shadow Web Theory, and a series of Nightingale knowledge that are related yet branched in different directions.

Therefore, the professions in Eteliria tend to form branching tree-like networks the higher they go, with countless roots of Basic Skills accumulating to produce one or two truly top-notch skills. It’s like towers stretching into the sky—the tips of High Towers often come from deep foundational accumulation, which is also why many dual-class professions, jack-of-all-trades characters tend to weaken as time goes on.

Because their limited experience is spread across other directions, while the ’High Tower’ of their primary field can rarely reach its pinnacle without a solid foundation, which is what people usually refer to as ’Ultimate Skills’.

Of course, the situation isn’t always so fixed. Perhaps during an adventure, people discover lost knowledge, finding a ’bridge’ between two professions, thus paving a new way, building a brand-new tower. Such examples are not uncommon.

But the birth of a new profession is not a simple matter. Since the Stargate opened to today, there are a total of 677 existing ’High Towers’ related to combat, with about three percent belonging to the Combat Artisan direction. And due to various reasons, 52 have been lost, and only 21 new ones have been born.

Not even one-thirtieth of the ratio.

Nevertheless, there are still many creative Invokers out there. Xiangzi’s profession can still be considered an innovation on the roads of predecessors, after all, professions like the Magic Guided Swordsman still exist, but Luo Yu’s pairing of Elementalist and Combat Artisan is something never seen before.

But these things have nothing to do with him.

At least the classification of this skill remains within ’Alchemy’, thus it doesn’t involve any cross-profession, dual-class domain, if one must categorize, it should belong to the Artisan Master’s series in the manufacturing field’s basic theory.

However, the subsequent description mentions Ether instead of Plugin, indicating that this skill is related to the Alchemist’s basic theory—the Ether Theory, rather than the Plugin Theory, so it’s further subdivided into skills of the Crystal Craftsman.

Of course, this doesn’t have much to do with Fang Hong because, in any case, he dabbles a bit in all craftsman disciplines, if one must say, the Crystal Craftsman can still be considered his primary job in the Artisan Master domain. Of course, that’s only within the Artisan Master domain. Because he is also a Combat Artisan, a Construct Lord, and half a Supreme One.

Speaking of his profession, Fang Hong couldn’t help but rub his forehead.

He actually made a clear plan for his profession, but due to all kinds of chance events, he had no choice but to reach where he is today. Otherwise, what should you do today? Build a ship or fight?

Anyway, due to various reasons, his career arrangement for the future is also a mess, if he has to say—take one step at a time. Fortunately, Fang Hong still has a bit of an optimistic spirit, thinking that since he is the only Dragon Knight among the craftsmen, maybe he really can find a way out.

If it were someone else in his situation, they would probably have given up a long time ago, eager to delete and start over—if they could.

But back to the topic, Fang Hong shook his head to dismiss these whimsical thoughts,

’Magic Recovery’ is not just knowledge, it is also classified as an advanced skill knowledge—how much basic theory is there in advanced skills? How powerful would the branch skills derived from it be?

Fang Hong felt a bit unsettled thinking about this.

He unexpectedly acquired such a skill, is his luck really that good?

He couldn’t help but touch his face, remembering how Goddess Ameya said some enigmatic words to him during her Descent, although the words mentioned Lady Marlan, the Lord of War, it seemed the Goddess of Luck also had a good relationship with her, could it be he inadvertently received some favor from the other?

But he immediately shook his head, discarding these absurd ideas.

That being said, while Delan only researched this theory, but the theory itself doesn’t branch into practical applications—it would still need him to further develop it on this basic theory.

But this is obviously not that simple, because he found himself seemingly unable to even learn this skill for now.

Because the cost of learning advanced skills is also considerable—

Fang Hong glanced at this skill in his hand, not to mention the six intermediate skills, he hadn’t even learned half of the prerequisites of twelve Basic Skills, and there’s a bunch of Calculative Power and other Basic Attributes that he couldn’t hope to meet, and moreover, the twenty-two thousand Cognitive Experience needed by ’Magic Recovery’ alone, he didn’t know from where he should get all that in a short time.
