Explain the truth”You definitely won’t believe it if I tell you.”

Under Zhang Yan’s sword-like gaze, Lin Yuan began his confession.

”Actually, I’m Musk’s long-lost brother.”

”What are you talking about?” Zhang Yan couldn’t understand at all. ”What brother, what Musk, what Musk?”

”I mean, Musk from SpaceX, that respected Minister of Efficiency from The Other Shore. Second only to one, above tens of thousands, a tech magnate, an uncrowned king, the most capable and loyal subordinate of the Old Boy at Mar-a-Lago. The hope for Western civilization to set things right...”

”Shut up,” Zhang Yan interrupted Lin Yuan’s rapid-fire listing of titles, ”Senior Brother, have you lost your mind? Look at your face, how do you resemble Musk? You’re East Asian, he’s Caucasian.”

Lin Yuan let Zhang Yan knead his handsome face (PS: Of course, in reality, he wasn’t handsome). ”Had enough?”

”Tell me the truth.” Zhang Yan lightly patted Lin Yuan’s face twice, then pulled his head over and kissed him twice.

”My head isn’t your soccer ball.”

”If you don’t tell me the truth, I’ll kick your head like a ball.”

Lin Yuan quipped, ”Don’t you know Musk’s mother lives in Shanghai? If the old lady recognizes me as her adopted son, then wouldn’t I be Musk’s long-lost brother?”

Zhang Yan realized, ”Musk’s mother really did settle in our country, but why would she adopt you? Do they even have that element in their culture?”

”She can be my godmother, it’s pretty much the same thing.”

Zhang Yan was completely bewildered. ”No, why are we discussing whether you and Musk are brothers or not? What I’m struggling with now is why you lied to me before. How exactly did you get that guy’s MAC address?

Since it wasn’t by sending a small software, then by what means did you do it?

There should be no secrets between husband and wife; you’ve broken the rules.”

Lin Yuan looked innocent. ”Are we husband and wife?”

”Aren’t we? You’re deliberately trying to annoy me, aren’t you? We are a new-era XX characteristic husband-and-wife relationship.”

”I told you the answer. I know Musk, and he knows me, but he doesn’t know who I am. I’m currently pondering when it would be convenient to acknowledge him as my elder brother.”

”You know him, and he knows you, but he doesn’t know who you are? What kind of relationship is that? If you keep playing coy with me like this, I’m going to grab Xiao Xia and give her a beating.”

Lin Yuan was shocked. ”What does this have to do with Xiao Xia?”

”You’re worried about her? Who’s more important, Xiao Xia or me?”

”No, what are you even talking about? What are you rambling on about?”

”Does Xiao Xia also know your secret, and you’ve just kept it from me?”

Lin Yuan was speechless now. ”Sigh, women, they really just can’t help but get jealous.

Now, shut up and listen to me properly. I’m not joking with you.”

Seeing Lin Yuan’s serious expression, Zhang Yan finally stopped making a fuss.

”I do have a way to contact Musk. That guy OCR used to give me tasks by sharing long blog posts on anonymous accounts on foreign social media platforms. He’s very cautious, knowing that if he sent documents, he might accidentally have some personal information collected by the document.

Ever since Indian programmers spread across the Western outsourcing market, WORD documents have also become untrustworthy. Who knows if there are any trace information embedded in the file, such as the login account name on the computer used to edit the document...

That’s why that guy OCR was very careful to share web pages using anonymous accounts.

Coincidentally, some of those anonymous accounts belonged to the X platform. Logically, to obtain the information of these anonymous accounts, I would have to crack the X platform’s user information database. And such information databases are definitely heavily protected; who knows if the FBI has installed any monitoring plugins. Otherwise, the PRISM scandal wouldn’t have happened.

So, forcibly breaking into the database is definitely impossible.

But Dean Li is old, and he’s almost retired if we wait any longer. He can’t wait for me and OCR to slowly chat.

I also need to do something. I’ll probably start a company in the future and make a name for myself, and OCR has my real-name information, so I’ll be exposed very quickly. So I had no choice but to take drastic measures.

I thought of a radical solution—to directly ask the owner of the X platform, Musk, for permission to access his user information database.”

Zhang Yan listened with wide eyes. ”You... what kind of outrageous move is that?”

Lin Yuan’s action was like this: He wanted to steal something from a house, but the front door was locked, so he directly asked the owner of the house to come and open the door for him.

”And Musk actually gave it to you? Why?”

”Because I’m not in the IT circle, the hottest Feng Shui AI concept in the AI field recently, isn’t it thanks to Musk’s promotion?”

Zhang Yan thought back, ”Occasionally when I scrolled through DY, it seemed like I really did see a lot of self-media bloggers promoting it, but I completely didn’t understand.”

”It’s right that you don’t understand. Self-media doesn’t know squat about technology. They’re just joining the fun and chasing traffic. But that’s not the point; the point is: Musk’s promotion of Feng Shui AI was actually orchestrated by me.”

Lin Yuan had a calm, unruffled demeanor that made Zhang Yan half-believe him. She had heard Lin Yuan mention before that delivery algorithms incorporated Feng Shui concepts. But Zhang Yan had never delved deeper; subconsciously, she didn’t believe in those mystical things.

Zhang Yan tried to organize her thoughts, but she ultimately found her mind in a jumble. ”Senior Brother, I don’t even know how to ask the question now. I don’t even know what you’re talking about.”

Lin Yuan had to help her sort out her thoughts. ”Your curiosity is actually just two points. First, what is the relationship between Feng Shui and AI; second, how did I get in touch with Musk.”

Zhang Yan thought for a moment, then nodded repeatedly. ”Yes, that seems to be my current question.”

Lin Yuan continued, ”You don’t need to worry about the relationship between Feng Shui and AI, because even I don’t quite understand it. Anyway, mixing some Feng Shui elements into AI training is quite useful. In short, it’s useful.

As for how I got in touch with Musk?

It goes back to the first point—AI mixed with Feng Shui is useful. I used Feng Shui to analyze the launch times of his SpaceX rockets, and I guess this operation shocked him. Then he actively contacted the email address I left him.

Don’t ask me why rocket launch times would be related to Feng Shui; I don’t know how to explain it specifically either.”

So Zhang Yan changed the question. ”Then how do you contact Musk? By phone? Or Skype? MSN?”

”We... use a more private method. Similar to a walkie-talkie method—I call him by sending emails through a temporarily set up mail server. This process usually only takes two or three seconds, so he can’t find me through technical means at all.

As for him finding me, just look at his social media posts; those Martian cyphers are it.”

Although Zhang Yan didn’t understand what a mail server was or why Lin Yuan emphasized that sending only took two or three seconds, she did understand walkie-talkies.

A walkie-talkie is just a question and answer, right? So that means: Lin Yuan sends a message via email, and Musk replies with public Martian cyphers.

Zhang Yan finally remembered, ”Could it be... those so-called Martian cyphers that people talk about online, are those the messages Musk sends to you?”

Musk is a man who thrives on traffic; even Zhang Yan, who doesn’t pay attention to tech news, had heard about his outrageous moves concerning Martian cyphers.
