Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

”Shishi, here’s your chopsticks and spoon.”

Lin Shishi pursed her lips and then accepted them.

Zhang Jingdong took the opportunity to touch her hand again.

This time, Lin Shishi didn’t slap him away.

He then passed the chopsticks and spoon to Xiao Fei.

This time he even boldly touched Xiao Fei’s hand in front of everyone for the first time.

Xiao Fei not only didn’t mind, she was actually quite happy.

Actually, since the news about Zhang Jingdong and Lu Zhining spread, although she seemed angry on the surface like Lin Shishi, she was actually very happy inside.

After all, with Lu Zhining’s entrance, everyone knew about Zhang Jingdong’s flirty nature, so she could be with him openly and shamelessly on West University’s campus in the future.

After interacting with both women, Zhang Jingdong roughly understood that Xiao Fei had no issue with what happened, and Lin Shishi, although angry, would eventually forgive him.

But he knew he couldn’t rush things; he had to take his time.

So he didn’t say anything further and just picked up his chopsticks and spoon and started eating.

After about ten minutes, the three of them had finished eating.

Zhang Jingdong then said, ”I’m stuffed. We’ve got exams this afternoon, how about we go to the activity center to rest?”

Lin Shishi didn’t respond.

Xiao Fei said, ”Sure, to practice dance recently, I asked Shishi to help me borrow a dance rehearsal room, we can go there.”

Zhang Jingdong instantly perked up, ”Shishi really is resourceful at West University!”

Xiao Fei promptly agreed, ”Absolutely!”

Then the three of them went downstairs, left the cafeteria, and headed to the university activity center.

Since it was exam week, there were very few people there now.

The large first floor was surprisingly empty.

The three of them wandered around and arrived at the dance practice room.

Xiao Fei took out the key and opened the door, and the three of them went inside together.

The practice room was quite large, as big as two lecture theaters.

There were bars for stretching around, and each wall on the sides had a huge mirror.

Zhang Jingdong looked around and then turned to Lin Shishi: ”Shishi, you like dancing, don’t you? How about I teach you to dance now?”

Lin Shishi was tempted and instinctively wanted to nod, but then remembered she was angry with him, so she quickly shook her head.

”I don’t want to learn right now.”

Zhang Jingdong’s perceptiveness was strong, and his skin was even thicker.

He teased, ”Shishi, if you don’t start learning now, in a few years your bones will be too stiff, and you won’t be able to learn then.”

”If I can’t learn, I can’t learn. Will you then dislike me for not knowing how to dance? Perfect, that Lu Zhining is not only beautiful but also dances well. I assume she’s danced solo for you, and you’re quite satisfied with her dancing, right? I’ll just step aside for her.”

Zhang Jingdong quickly said, ”Shishi, I swear, there’s really nothing between me and Lu Zhining.”

”I think you must have misunderstood us; let me tell you everything as it happened.”

”During the calculus exam yesterday morning, I turned in my paper early. After leaving the teaching building and unable to find you guys, I was a bit bored.”

”Coincidentally, I passed by the library and was curious, so I went in to read for a while.”

”Halfway through reading, I was surprised when someone approached me and asked, ’Are you Lin Shishi’s boyfriend?’”

”I reflexively answered a little proudly, ’Yes,’ and then she asked me a few more questions. Eventually, I realized she was the famous Lu Zhining.”

”As we chatted, Lu Zhining suddenly said she’s planning a novel and wanted to base the protagonist on me. I was flattered and asked her why.”

”She said, first, because I’m the boyfriend of the campus belle; second, because I’m often not on campus due to business outside, and she found my way of thinking and life plans special.”

”We chatted some more, and I thought it was interesting, so I agreed.”

”She then said she’d like to interview me in detail, and I just casually agreed.”

”After the exam yesterday afternoon, I gave her the interview, and that’s when people saw us, leading to some rumors.”

”I formally apologize to you and Feifei now. I shouldn’t have mingled so freely at West University, especially with a beauty like Lu Zhining.”

Lin Shishi looked straight at Zhang Jingdong: ”So there’s really nothing between you two?”

Zhang Jingdong raised three fingers: ”There’s really nothing between us, I swear!”

Given the current situation, Lu Zhining certainly wouldn’t expose anything herself, nor would she compete with Lin Shishi for status, so he could still tell a few lies for now.

Lin Shishi carefully observed Zhang Jingdong’s expression and saw he didn’t seem to be lying, so she secretly breathed a sigh of relief.

”Alright, you’re smart enough, I’ll tentatively believe you.”

Hearing this, Zhang Jingdong knew he’d passed the test and then said, ”Can I teach you to dance now?”

Lin Shishi rolled her eyes playfully: ”I can learn to dance, but not from you. I’ll learn from Feifei.”

”Why?”

”What do you think? Learning from you, you’ll surely take advantage, slowing down the learning process. Besides, Feifei is a professional singing and dancing artist now, so naturally I’ll learn from a pro.”
