Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

”I understand, you’re interested in beautiful women, so that’s how you know me.”

Zhang Jingdong shook his head with a smile: ”To be precise, I’m very interested in the language and culture of Spain, so I’ve always thought about making friends with you. I heard your mother is Spanish?”

Lu Zhining was not the least bit offended by this, and instead, her interest in the conversation was thoroughly piqued.

”That’s right, I’m a mixed Huaxia and Spanish, my mom is Spanish, and my dad is Huaxia.”

Zhang Jingdong took this opportunity to openly and carefully observe Lu Zhining for the first time.

He noticed that her facial features were very beautiful, likely inherited from her mother’s European genes.

At the same time, her skin wasn’t as rough as Europeans’, but rather had the delicacy of Asians, probably inherited from her father’s Huaxia genes.

At that moment, he understood why people of mixed heritage are often very attractive; the fusion of these perfect Eastern and Western genes makes it nearly impossible not to be beautiful!

He also discovered that Lu Zhining had a rather broad figure.

Probably at least a C+.

And then he suddenly realized that Lu Zhining was wearing a black tight-fitting camisole!

Oh my God, this girl is so bold, so Western!

Realizing he might have been a bit improper, he openly said, ”I’ve always heard that people of mixed heritage are very beautiful, and meeting you today, I deeply understand that, you’re very beautiful!”

Lu Zhining was not the least bit embarrassed, instead playfully asked, ”Really, so do you think I’m prettier, or is Lin Shishi pretty?”

Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but laugh, mainly because he really liked Lu Zhining’s personality.

Very straightforward, not at all pretentious, and a bit humorous.

So he replied honestly, ”In Huaxia, there’s a saying that in literature there’s no number one; I think it’s the same for beauty.”

”At your level, it’s hard to distinguish who’s higher, each of you has your own strengths.”

”You have a better figure, and Lin Shishi has a prettier face.”

”Your personality is very straightforward, chatting with you is fun, whereas Lin Shishi is more reserved, conversations with her require some build-up, but once you start talking, you’ll find she’s a very insightful person.”

”So you mean I have no substance?”

Zhang Jingdong quickly waved his hand: ”Of course not, but since we haven’t talked before, I actually don’t know you that well.”

”But since you’re a PhD, you probably have no less depth than she does. Once we become friends, maybe I’ll fully realize that.”

”What about Xiao Fei? You must know her very well too?”

Zhang Jingdong looked at her meaningfully: ”Senior, I find you quite gossip-hungry?”

”You’re a PhD, shouldn’t you be focused on research rather than listening to these random things?”

Lu Zhining spread her hands: ”I’m a PhD in languages, not chemistry or biology. I’m not interested in lab stuff at all, while languages are spoken by people, a method of human communication, so ultimately, I’m very interested in human affairs.”

”Besides, in my view, you are almost the most legendary and interesting student in our school right now, so naturally I would be interested in you!”

Zhang Jingdong felt a flicker in his heart: ”What aspect of me are you interested in? Love life?”

Lu Zhining paused slightly, then said, ”Besides that, music too. I was also at the scene appreciating your fantastic performance during the campus music festival.”

”And also your growth experiences, your various stories. Oh yes, didn’t you open a restaurant and do lots of business outside of school? I’m very interested in all that.”

”In fact, I have a hobby, which is writing novels. I think you’d be perfect for the male lead in my novel.”

Zhang Jingdong noticed the peculiar sparkle in Lu Zhining’s eyes and continued, ”I see, you came to chat with me to understand me better, and then use me as a template for a character in your novel, like those art class models?”

Lu Zhining smiled serenely: ”If you put it that way... it seems indeed so.”

”So, in that case, you’re asking a favor from me, and it’s a big favor since you can portray me any way you like in your book—you want me to be a good person, I’m a good person; you want me to be a bad person, I’m a bad person; you could even depict me as not human.”

Lu Zhining smirked slightly: ”That won’t happen because the male lead in my realistic novel naturally has to be human.”

”But frankly, you’re right, when I write, you won’t be perfect, and there might even be some negative aspects.”

”But don’t worry, I’ll do my best to obscure your identity, so no one will know the male lead in my novel is you.”

”Besides, I’ve just started writing novels, and my skills in creating characters and writing are still quite immature. The publishers might not even publish it, and even if they do, maybe not many people will read it, so it’s not very risky.”

Zhang Jingdong remained nonchalant: ”But what if my unique experiences make your book an instant hit?”

”Uh... I haven’t really thought about that.”
