Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Zhang Jingdong didn’t stutter at all: ”Library.”

”Okay, I’m heading over now, at most five minutes.”

”Five minutes? Haha, your dorm is at least a ten-minute walk from the library, can you fly?”

”Don’t you know there’s a mode of transportation called a bicycle?”

”Oh... so that’s it, you actually have a bicycle, rich girl!”

”As far as I know, you have a Land Rover, don’t you feel embarrassed saying that to me?”

Zhang Jingdong laughed, ”If you put it like that, I actually don’t just have a Land Rover, I also have a Lamborghini and a Bugatti Veyron.”

”Pfff... fine, you’re amazing... Oh!”

Lu Zhining was on the phone as she left the dorm, and was startled when she saw Zhang Jingdong as soon as she got off the steps.

Her last exclamation immediately attracted a lot of curious glances.

Everyone saw it was Lu Zhining, and seeing her looking at Zhang Jingdong, their gossip fire burst into flames!

Lu Zhining realized what happened, and for once, found herself shyly saying, ”Aren’t you supposed to be in the library?”

Zhang Jingdong didn’t answer immediately, instead he carefully looked at Lu Zhining.

Compared to the long hair in the morning, she now had a ponytail.

Although it was less flowing, it was more charming.

She wore a white spaghetti strap top and a blue denim skirt below.

Zhang Jingdong really wanted to say that her European figure was a perfect match for spaghetti straps with short skirts or shorts.

Big chest, curvy hips, truly too sexy!

Lu Zhining felt the heat in Zhang Jingdong’s stare, though she was used to such looks, she was somehow a bit flustered under his gaze and her heart started to race.

She forced herself to calm down and then gave him a sideways look, ”What’s going on with you?”

Zhang Jingdong snapped back to reality, immediately regaining his composure.

”I originally planned to continue reading at the library, but the thought of your upcoming interview distracted me, since my reading habit is to finish a whole book in one go, otherwise I can’t fully remember the contents.”

”So I just came to pick you up, how touching, right?”

Lu Zhining pursed her lips, ”Alright, let’s go.”

Zhang Jingdong saw Lu Zhining planning to walk to the library and said, ”Don’t you have a bicycle?”

Lu Zhining stopped, ”I do have a bicycle, but I only have one.”

”Can’t your bicycle carry a passenger?”

”It can, but...”

”But what?”

Lu Zhining looked around and then said, ”Are you pretending not to know? You’re a big shot at school now, and also Lin Shishi’s boyfriend. If we ride a bicycle together, would Lin Shishi let you off?”

”I’m considering your well-being, right?”

Zhang Jingdong shrugged, ”For someone with Spanish heritage, you’re not being carefree at all.”

”We’re friends now, and I’m also your interview subject. We’re doing legit stuff, riding a bicycle is just to save time, what’s there to hide?”

Lu Zhining wasn’t particularly concerned about these things, hearing this, she said, ”Are you sure?”

Zhang Jingdong intentionally said, ”Are you worried about being misunderstood and never finding a boyfriend at West University in the future?”

”Of course not.”

”There you have it, where’s your bike, I haven’t ridden in a while, looking forward to it!”

”Okay then.”

Lu Zhining promptly walked over to the bike park and soon brought back a blue Giant bicycle.

Zhang Jingdong glanced at it and couldn’t help but praise, ”It’s a Giant, impressive, senior!”

Lu Zhining pouted, ”A senior gave it to me before she went abroad for further studies.”

Zhang Jingdong instantly said, ”There’s even a tradition to it, and since you’re about to graduate with a PhD, why not pass it down to me then. I promise to take good care of it!”

”Hey, even after I graduate I won’t leave West University, I’ll still live on campus when I become a teacher.”

”Besides, you with your Land Rover, Lamborghini, and Bugatti Veyron, do you really have the cheek to say this to me?”

Zhang Jingdong replied straightforwardly, ”How about I exchange my Land Rover for it, deal?”

”What’s wrong with you? Why would you want to swap with me?”

”Because... bicycles are much more practical on campus than a Land Rover.”

”In that case, why should I swap with you?”

Zhang Jingdong paused for a moment, then laughed, ”Don’t like the Land Rover? How about I swap my Lamborghini?”

”That’s not funny at all.”

Zhang Jingdong earnestly said, ”I’m not joking, if you agree, I can drive the Lamborghini here right now, and we can swap... how about it?”

Lu Zhining then blinked her big, beautiful eyes, ”I still won’t swap with you.”

”Why, you don’t even like a Lamborghini?”

”No... it’s because I don’t have a driver’s license.”

”Not having a driver’s license is something you can fix, I can wait for you.”

”I don’t like driving.”

”But you like the Lamborghini.”

”I like riding in a car, not driving one.”

Zhang Jingdong calmly said, ”Alright then, at school we can share this Giant bicycle, and whenever you feel like riding in a Lamborghini or Bugatti Veyron, or any top sports car, just call me and I’ll personally drive you so you can experience the speed and thrill, sound good?”

Lu Zhining looked at the bicycle with a playful grin, ”Looks like you’re really taken with my bicycle, huh?”
