Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 201: Chapter 135 Then Support Her to Become a Supermodel (Large Chapter, Please Subscribe)_3

Zhang Jingdong smugly bragged a little, ”We haven’t even gotten to the crux of it yet, let me tell you why you just couldn’t make it into the top 20.”

”Basically, those ranked from 10th to 20th all paid money, either by some small bosses for them, or the models paid themselves. Their main goal is to make a name for themselves, to increase their maintenance price or the price they get for accompanying drinks at high-end nightclubs.”

”And since this model contest doesn’t attract as much attention as those singer contests, the money they spent isn’t much, usually between 100,000 to 300,000.”

”For the top 10, I think there are probably 3 to 5 mistresses of some big bosses, and the rest have either signed with companies beforehand or signed with a company during the contest, and then the company worked it out for them.”

”And if you ask if there are any who solely relied on their own abilities to get good rankings, I can tell you responsibly, absolutely not!”

”Because unlike singers who can rely on their voices to perform miracles, you models compete in professional skills and facial and temperament appeal, which exactly tend to spark others’ desires to possess!”

”So if you want to score well in such competitions and then leverage this influence to go international, you must have a professional team to handle your PR.”

Upon hearing this, Su Man was completely convinced, ”Previously, an agent from a company told me something similar about having to sign with a company to win, but back then I thought such a large-scale contest wouldn’t be so absolute, I thought she just wanted to trick me into signing with their company.”

”Now, I completely understand. Jingdong, I’ll listen to you!”

Seeing a trace of seriousness in her eyes, Zhang Jingdong pretended to be light-hearted, ”Now you know how important your man is, right? Don’t worry, just focus on training well, and occasionally butter me up, and I’ll handle all the PR stuff!”

”Not to brag, but this time we’ll at least get top 3, and if no real top tycoons show up, no matter how much money it takes, I’ll definitely get you the championship title back!”

Hearing the last statement, Su Man’s heart bloomed with joy, ”Jingdong, you’re really awesome, I’ll definitely butter you up... I’ll start buttering you up right now...”

She said, immediately trying to pounce over.

Zhang Jingdong remembered that he had to go shopping for furniture with Chen Lu in the morning and probably had to tutor her later, so he quickly said, ”Let’s talk about it tonight, it’s already close to 9 o’clock, you better go train!”

”Even though you have a financial backer now, you still need to train your skills. After all, our goal is not just the championship of this domestic contest, in the future we aim to go international, eventually becoming a genuine Victoria’s Secret supermodel!”

”Although we can still pave our way with money by then, we can’t embarrass our country on the business front, right?”

Su Man, who was originally a hard trainer, got instantly motivated and nodded eagerly, ”Got it, I’m going to train right now!”

She then immediately went to the bedroom to change into her training outfit.

Shortly after, Zhang Jingdong also went back to An Lu’s place to change his clothes, and then the two went to the underground parking lot together.

Before parting, Su Man gave Zhang Jingdong a passionate and reluctant kiss, then drove away in the Lamborghini.

On the opposite side, two men getting into their car saw this scene and both gave Zhang Jingdong a thumbs up without a word.

Zhang Jingdong waved back at them and then wiped the lipstick off his lips using the rearview mirror.

Tsk tsk, Su Man really is wilder than An Lu!

An Lu is only wild at home, but Su Man, after confirming the relationship, really has no reservations!

Zhang Jingdong couldn’t help but think of the night before when she came to Victoria’s Secret and thought, if she really became a Victoria’s Secret supermodel in the future, then teaching her would be too fulfilling!

Zhang Jingdong smiled and shook his head, then got into the car.

Half an hour later, he arrived at the underground parking lot of Wanghai Mansion.

After waiting for less than five minutes, a white Hyundai slowly pulled into an adjacent parking spot.

Zhang Jingdong then got out of the car and walked to the driver’s side door of the white Hyundai.

At this moment, the car door opened, and Chen Lu got out of the car with joy.

Since it was her day off, she was not wearing her work uniform but a white floral dress with scattered purple butterflies.

Her hair was not tied up, but worn over her shoulders with slight waves, almost like a bride-to-be.

Elegant yet understated, dignified yet with an indescribable... sexiness?

Well, any top-notch wife naturally has a bit of sexiness, after all, ninety percent of the reasons men look for wives is for that thing.

Zhang Jingdong took a deep look at her and then couldn’t help but lean in and kissed her cute face, ”Dress like this more often, it really matches my aesthetic!”

Chen Lu was initially a bit nervous about her makeup change today, but seeing Zhang Jingdong very satisfied, she nodded shyly and joyfully, ”Mhm.”

Zhang Jingdong kissed her again, then put his arm around her shoulders, and led her upstairs.

They were there to measure the exact dimensions of various parts of the house.

Chen Lu sells houses, so she is well-acquainted with this job, and Zhang Jingdong had done engineering supervision in his previous life, so he’s also clear about the task.

Therefore, the two finished up in less than 20 minutes.

Afterward, they went down the stairs, got into Zhang Jingdong’s Land Rover, and headed straight for the furniture city.

During the furniture shopping, Zhang Jingdong wanted to truly experience the life of an ordinary couple, so he was very patient and considered every detail.

Chen Lu felt this, and since she had already decided in her heart that Zhang Jingdong was her husband, she fully played the role of his wife.

Continuously communicating with Zhang Jingdong, offering suggestions, frequently giving him loving looks, providing him with all sorts of emotional value.

After about two hours, they had basically picked out all the major and some minor items, then they left the furniture city, somewhat tired but immensely happy.
