Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 235: Chapter 146 Obtained Her Submission (Large Chapter, Subscription Requested)

Zhang Jingdong was completely caught off guard now, because from the look in Xiao Fei’s eyes, she really dared to go through with it!

Zhang Jingdong looked around in a bit of a panic, then noticed the bandaged left arm wrapped in gauze.

His heart instantly relaxed, but his mouth defiantly said, ”Just wait until your injury’s healed, you’ll see if I deal with you then!”

Xiao Fei knew Zhang Jingdong was looking for an excuse, but she wasn’t completely prepared either, and felt she had gone a bit too far just now.

But she wouldn’t admit defeat, ”Fine, when my injury’s healed I’ll call you. Let’s see if you have the guts to come then!”

Zhang Jingdong feigned composure, ”You’re joking, I would be foolish not to take advantage of this opportunity. You are the celebrated belle of West University, and a bona fide future star to boot. Do you really think I’m such a prude?”

”On the contrary, you’re a girl, and this is very important for you. Don’t end up regretting it once it’s done, because by then it will be too late!”

Xiao Fei saw through Zhang Jingdong’s tough exterior to his soft heart and teased, ”Don’t worry, for one, I really like you, and secondly, you are my boss. In other entertainment companies, it’s the boss ’casting couching’ the artists, but here I am ’casting couching’ you, the boss. Either way, I’m making a fortune!”

By now, Zhang Jingdong knew this girl had made up her mind, so continuing this conversation would not put him at an advantage.

So he extended his hand and said, ”I’m still a bit thirsty, pour me another glass!”

Knowing she had won today’s round, Xiao Fei went to the kitchen contentedly and poured him another glass of water.

”Here, take it!”

Zhang Jingdong took the glass and downed it in one gulp.

He put the glass on the table and then changed the subject, ”With your injury, can you still take part in tomorrow’s competition?”

”It’s my hand that’s injured, not my leg, and I usually hold the microphone with my right hand, so it doesn’t affect me at all.”

”Since that’s the case, practice the first song I gave you these next two days, I’ve arranged an event for you the day after tomorrow night.”

Xiao Fei was immediately curious, ”You, the big boss, are personally arranging an event for me? Seems like it’s a high-profile gig?”

”It’s a bar opening, and you’ll be a guest singer on stage.”

”What... what? A bar opening, and you’re getting me to take on such a gig, I...”

Zhang Jingdong smirked, ”The bar is owned by me.”

Xiao Fei was first startled, then instantly gleeful, ”Why didn’t you say so earlier? I must go!”

Zhang Jingdong feigned seriousness, ”Actually, this is a private gig I’ve got for you, just three songs, and I’ll give you 100,000 yuan. You don’t have to do it for my sake, if you want to go, go, if not, I won’t make things difficult for you at the company in the future. After all, a performance like this really isn’t suitable for your Level right now!”

”What are you talking about?” Xiao Fei gave him a side-eye, ”I’m definitely going. It doesn’t matter if it’s a bar; even if you opened a billiard hall I’d be there. Even singing all night would be fine.”

”Plus, I don’t want a penny for it, just consider it a reward for kissing me just now!”

”No, let’s be clear on this, and you’re going into battle injured, so I definitely have to show my appreciation.”

Xiao Fei took Zhang Jingdong’s arm proactively, ”If you really want to show your appreciation, then when the performance is over, you can take me back and stay with me for a while.”

Zhang Jingdong spread his hands in exaggeration, ”Xiao Fei, what’s going on with you?”

”Previously, all the guys at West University thought of you as an unapproachable goddess, but now I feel like you’re actually a [female wolf in heat] at heart. Haven’t you been possessed, have you?”

”You’re the one who’s been possessed. I was forced by you!”

Zhang Jingdong with an innocent look, ”When did I ever force you?”

”I saw that you liked Lin Shishi’s style, so I learned from her and never took the initiative to look for you. Later I found out she didn’t take the initiative, but you would take the initiative to look for her. I never took the initiative, but you never took the initiative to look for me!”

”I’m about to start my junior year soon, and I’m soon to become a professional singer. I’ve never been in a relationship before. If I wait until I’m 30 to start dating, wouldn’t I be old... an old maid?”

As she spoke, Xiao Fei looked at Zhang Jingdong both shyly and reproachfully, ”And you just kissed me, letting me taste the sweetness. I feel like I haven’t really lived until now...”

”So, I don’t care, starting today you are my boyfriend, and I want to enjoy the treatment due to your girlfriend.”

”Hey...” Zhang Jingdong was completely defenseless now, ”You can’t do this; it should be mutual consent in this matter, you can’t decide on your own!”

”But I just gave you my first kiss, you said I am an unapproachable goddess, right? This is actually quite accurate, because I’ve always been very traditional and conservative. I gave you my most precious first kiss just now, and you graciously accepted it, so... you must take responsibility for me!”

”Me take responsibility for you? Xiao Fei, can’t you be reasonable? You kissed me by force, and now you want me to be responsible, are you scamming me here?”

”If you keep this up, I’m leaving. I’ll pretend I never came here today, and I will never come here again!”

Zhang Jingdong said this as he tried to stand up.

Seeing that Zhang Jingdong was really getting anxious, Xiao Fei instantly remembered he didn’t respond well to threats and quickly grabbed him, ”Alright, alright, my bad, does that settle it?”
