I Am Scouted by Real Madrid

Chapter 358: Chapter 33: Ah! Ah? (2)

De Gea turned his head in horror.

”Marcelo!”

”Pull-back pass!”

”Chen Zhong!”

”Take the shot!”

Without a moment’s hesitation, Chen Zhong faced a mostly open goal, easily pushing the ball in, blasting open Atletico Madrid’s gate once again.

0:3

The Calderon stadium erupted with sharp boos and whistles, countless debris fell like raindrops, while Flores stood motionless on the sidelines, a complex expression in his eyes.

Pellegrini couldn’t help but let out a low roar, punching the air repeatedly, even running back and forth along the touchline.

Playing like this, it really is more exhilarating!

”The ball is in!”

”Chen Zhong!”

”He completed a double!”

”He appeared where he was needed most, and with a gentle push.”

”The ball hits the net with a sound.”

”No one could stop him.”

”Marcelo’s pass was perfect, it fed the ball right to him.”

After scoring, Marcelo immediately beamed and ran over, the two of them sprinted to the corner flag, and as Chen Zhong leaped high to perform his celebration, Marcelo mimicked his celebration on the side.

”Chen!” Marcelo called out Chen Zhong’s name with a bright smile, his eyes screaming ”Praise me”.

”Excellent pass!”

”If you pass me the ball like that again, I can collect another full team’s autographs.”

In football, there’s a tradition that when you score 3 or more goals, the whole team signs the match ball.

This season, Chen Zhong already has two such balls.

Aguero looked at the beaming Chen Zhong, his molars almost grinding to dust, while Kaka watched the scene from a distance.

He stood quietly to the side, looking very docile.

The match continued, Flores gave instructions from the sidelines, asking Atletico Madrid players to increase their defensive intensity, while also pulling back the team’s formation, effectively parking the bus.

This action left the Atletico Madrid fans in the stands quite dissatisfied.

Finally, the first half ended 0:3, with Real Madrid almost sealing their victory. As they entered the players’ tunnel, Atletico Madrid fans twice gave ”cordial” greetings to Real Madrid players.

In the second half, with victory almost assured, Real Madrid slowed their offensive. Pellegrini changed the team’s formation to 4-2-3-1, and in the 63rd minute of the match, substituted the ineffective Higuain for Pirlo.

Benzema stayed up front, with Marcelo and Kaka on the flanks, Pirlo acting as the attacking midfielder, while Chen Zhong and Alonso formed a double midfield configuration.

The match reached the 69th minute, Pellegrini substituted Callejon for Marcelo, and in the 76th minute, after some hesitation, used the last substitution, letting Baptista replace the slightly exhausted Chen Zhong.

”Pellegrini used the last substitution.”

”He replaced Chen Zhong with Baptista.”

”Chen Zhong still didn’t get his third goal.”

”His performance in both attack and defense has been impeccable in this match.”

”We can see fans from both teams showing great enthusiasm towards Chen Zhong’s departure.”

Real Madrid fans applauded and cheered for Chen Zhong from the stands, while Atletico Madrid fans shouted, ”Hurry up!”

”Get off the pitch!”

”Ah ah ah! He’s finally off!”

Even Flores was excited, thinking that Chen Zhong would play the entire match, but now that he’s off, he felt like he might have a chance again.

Even Aguero’s eyes sparkled with excitement.

”You did amazingly!”

”Get some good rest!” Pellegrini handed Chen Zhong water and a towel, giving him a big hug, completely unconcerned about the sweat and dirt on him.

On the field, the newly entered Baptista was relaying the coach’s new instructions. In the remaining time, he and Alonso would become defensive midfielders, meaning they would concede some ball possession to Atletico Madrid.

”Atletico Madrid’s attack!”

”Aguero has the ball.”

”In this match, Aguero has barely shown anything under Chen Zhong’s marking.”

”Baptista approaches.”

”Ah! Ah?”

Baptista, watching clearly from the bench, knew how Chen Zhong marked Aguero.

He decided to use the same tactics, pressing close immediately, trying to squeeze Aguero with his body just like Chen Zhong did.

Aguero resisted, not falling down, using his arm for balance, quickly poked the ball through Baptista’s legs, then awkwardly maneuvering around him.

”Aguero!”

”Beautiful!”

”He forcefully breaks through the middle!”

”Very fast speed!”

”Ramos moves in from the side!”

”Aguero attempts a strong breakthrough!”

”Past him, it’s a one-on-one chance!”

”He can still accelerate!”

”Hmm???”

Ramos extended his long leg from the side. Given the current trajectory, he could intercept the ball, but Aguero nudged it slightly, turning Ramos’s attempt at a tactical foul into disrupting a golden opportunity.

The referee blew the whistle, without hesitation, pulled out a red card!
