This episode’s plot was already stunning enough.

But they never expected— There was still another twist.

This wasn’t just a simple game of Werewolf.

This was Spy vs. Spy vs. Spy at its finest.

No one was simple, everyone was a genius.

And the only fools left in the dark— were the audience themselves watching everything intently from the beginning.

-----------------------

This game, no one won or lost.

At least for now, the two most important people, Sunday and Aventurine, have both gotten what they wanted.

As for Gallagher...

The audience still couldn’t believe it.

That was their spiritual leader, the only pillar of the Penacony Grand Stage. His voice, his appearance —weren’t they still there on the tavern’s start in the website? ℯℯ𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝘮

On the screen, Facing Sunday’s accusations.

Gallagher chuckled and asked in return, ”If I were the real culprit, why would you be so secretive?”

”Hah, I forgot. You also have a difficult master to serve. They told you not to bother with some bullshit murder case and to just focus on that ridiculous Charmony festival.”

”Isn’t that right, gentle elder brother?”

That last sentence sent a chill through everyone.

For a moment, they almost thought Sparkle had arrived.

But fortunately, it was just Gallagher’s sarcasm.

Sunday’s expression didn’t change at all. ”It seems your disguise has helped you thoroughly understand every detail of The Family.”

”Disguise?”

”Which of your eyes sees that I’m a fake? Open them wide and take a good look, oh haloed one.”

Gallagher crossed his arms and retorted.

”Indeed, every part of you is real.”

”Brown hair, soft and curly; orange eyes that remind me of Sir Whittaker’s gaze; strange scars—those belong to your nameless’s master.”

Sunday spoke calmly, listing the names and traits one by one.

And as he spoke, the camera began to shift across Gallagher’s body.

”The gray waistcoat, the tie, the hunting dog badge, the flask, the mixing skills, the sheriff’s identity—they are all real.”

”They come from fifty-two loyal family members.”

”When they merge together, countless tiny truths weave into a lie.”

”You took a strand of recognition from each person, stole them for yourself, and in the realm of dreams, fabricated a complete ’Gallagher.’”

Sunday paused for a moment, then smirked. ”Am I right, mysterious pawn?”

The smart viewers had already widened their eyes, beginning to grasp the terrifying reality.

Then came the shuddering realization.

But many still refused to believe it.

Until a burst of maniacal laughter rang out.

It was Gallagher.

”Hah...”

”Hahahaha.”

”Hahahahahaha!!”

Gallagher’s laughter was more villainous than a villain’s.

...

: Bro, stop laughing, I’m scared!!

: WTF WTF WTF! What the hell, Gallagher is actually the real mastermind?!

: I don’t believe it! I don’t believe it! Millions of viewers, so many fans, and not a single person suspected him! How could it suddenly turn out like this?!

: Oh my god, I’ve completely lost it. Just last week, when I was obsessing over the plot day and night, I even made Gallagher’s picture my computer wallpaper! What the hell!!

: Bro, please don’t scare me. Tell me you’re not the killer, tell me you’re just the sheriff of the Bloodhounds, not someone else, okay? I’m terrified.

: NMD, so we’ve been discussing the truth all this time under the real culprit’s gaze?!

: That victim list that Acheron found in the mansion... so that’s what it was for? The fragments inside became the current Gallagher?!

: This isn’t just a murderer—this is a goddamn serial psycho killer! His entire identity is pieced together from fifty-two different victims!!

: AAAAHHHHH! STOP TALKING! I feel like I’ve been sleeping next to a serial killer this whole time! Holy shit!!

...

The barrage of comments flooded the screen.

After laughing heartily, Gallagher no longer concealed himself and spoke, ”You’ve got guts, impressive! Not bad, I really underestimated you!”

This was practically an admission of his true identity.

”But even so, how can you prove that I killed your sister and that stowaway?”

Gallagher finished speaking.

Sunday, however, didn’t care about any of that, ”Listen carefully, I don’t care how you did it. I only care about one thing—the answers to the three questions.”

”You bastard! Damn stray dog! Why did you kill her?!”

This was the first time Sunday lost his composure.

He stared at Gallagher intensely, as if he wanted to tear him apart.

But Gallagher only sighed.

He stepped past Sunday.

”Sigh.”

”A person in the situation is blinded... People can’t see the sand in their own eyes, they only know it’s there.”

At that moment, a tense whistle and a synthetic sound rang out.

Gallagher leisurely walked to the sofa behind him and sat down.

Even though his identity had been exposed, he remained at ease, exuding an unshakable confidence.

”You want answers?”

”I can give them to you.”

As Gallagher spoke, he took out a lighter.

He gazed at the flame while pointing it at Sunday.

”All of this is just the cruel trick of fate.”

With those words, he closed the lighter’s lid.

The moment the flame disappeared, Sunday’s shadow in front of him suddenly twisted into the shape of an unknown creature.

The next second— A sharp tearing sound.

On the screen, a chilling sound echoed.

And that familiar blade nearly pierced out of the screen!

A sudden murder scene!

Some people in the screening room let out screams.

Some even jumped up in fright.

Even those who had read the script were terrified, let alone the ordinary audience.

...

: Damn! Instant kill?! Just like that, he’s dead? Bro, I really believe you’re the killer now.

: Shit! Gallagher is seriously ruthless! He kills without hesitation!

: No, this isn’t right. The death doesn’t seem real... So what does this scene even mean? Did he really die or not?

: The dead will go to the real Penacony. How could The Family not know? How could Sunday not know? Is there going to be another twist? Did he really die?

: Who can we even trust? Damn, my brain is about to explode!!

: MiHoYo always does this—just when we think we’ve figured it out, they hit us with another twist!

: I can’t trust anything anymore, hahaha, I’m losing my mind!

...

The moment the History Fictionologist appeared— All the information so far was thrown into complete chaos.

Even if the truth was right in front of them,

They didn’t dare to believe it.

Shock, terror, disbelief. Countless emotions surged through the audience’s hearts.

They could only follow their instincts, eager to know more, desperate to understand what was truly real.

But the screen had already gone black.

This time, it was really over.

Episode 2:A Feverish Descent into the Abyss, officially ended!

All that could be said— MiHoYo was still the same MiHoYo.

The most explosive twists were always saved for the very end.

No matter how much the audience tried to prepare, it was useless.

In everyone’s mind— Flashed the images of last week, when they confidently discussed the plot in the forums.

Gallagher’s expression that once symbolized that he was the most harmless and truthful person in the entire Penacony, mow seemed to be mocking them instead...
