I just wanted you to make a movie: You made a Honkai Star Rail movie

: Jade’s Cornerstone?! Then... what about the two stones he gave to Sunday?

: Damn, Aventurine, for real?! You actually won the bet?!

: What the hell is going on?!

: How did he fool the interrogation? Where is his real Cornerstone?

: So... Ratio’s betrayal was part of the plan too?!

: Okay, I declare that the biggest clown in this episode... is us. Damn it, we got tricked AGAIN!

---------------------------

”I was just curious why it was here.” Aventurine turned his head and said indifferently.

”Maybe that winged guy put it here on purpose to mock you, to make you realize how clumsy your tricks are.”

”The color of the cornerstone is identical to the glow emitted by the Qlipoth’s Sacred Body. How ridiculous of you to come up with such an excuse.”

”But as long as he is a little more cautious, your lies will collapse instantly.”

The phantom recalled the previous conversation between Aventurine and Sunday, his mind racing.

”This is just bait,” Aventurine said indifferently.

”Of course, which is why you made Ratio’s ’betrayal’ a crucial part of your plan. I must say, that Ratio’s acting was incredibly convincing,” the phantom continued.

”Or maybe he wasn’t acting at all?” Aventurine replied indifferently.

The phantom did not comment. Then, he revealed the most secretive part of Aventurine’s plan.

”That meticulous master of the Oak family has an almost obsessive need for control. You have to let him grasp enough information while ensuring he doesn’t notice any flaws.”

”So you found Ratio and deliberately leaked the plan.”

”To prevent the plan from being exposed, every detail you revealed was true.”

”In the end, under his own ’wisdom,’ this family head successfully found another cornerstone.”

”And in doing so, you were able to conceal the third stone from everyone.”

As the phantom spoke, the scene from not long ago resurfaced in the audience’s minds, gradually connecting the dots.

The moment they realized the truth, many felt chills running down their spines.

The screen was flooded with relentless comments

...

: Holy crap, what kind of nested schemes within schemes is this?!

: He actually pulled it off! Not only did he fool us viewers, but he even tricked Sunday right under his nose!

: This guy planned everything! From the moment he confronted Sunday, every word, every action was a performance meant for him!

: All of it was to make Sunday ’think’ he was in control of the situation.

: This is brilliant! Damn! So Aventurine had been preparing for this even before his confrontation with Sunday!

: No, wait! He calculated this from the moment he entered Penacony!

: Is a IPC executive always this terrifying?!

: This plot development is insane! Absolutely unbelievable!

: Now that I think about it, MiHoYo and Director Xia planted so many hints in that scene—things like gamblers and chips, and the internal discord within the IPC.

: But what about Ratio? Their conversation never directly touched on this issue.

: Could it be that they both acted purely based on mutual understanding?!

: By the way, where did Sunday put the two missing cornerstones?

...

It wasn’t just Aventurine’s performance and strategy that left the audience in awe.

Even Ratio’s role was shocking.

In the story, there was never a direct discussion about the issue.

Yet, at a certain moment, Ratio completely understood what Aventurine intended to do. He didn’t even ask—he simply carried out his role with absolute understanding.

This led to that unforgettable moment when Aventurine left and exchanged words with Ratio.

The audience remembered it vividly,

”I have fulfilled my duty.” That was Ratio’s exact line.

When all the foreshadowing was revealed and the truth became clear, the comments was flooded with a single sentiment,

”Brilliant!”

This deception had completely won over the audience.

At this moment, the screen showed the phantom holding a green gemstone.

To some viewers, this was Aventurine’s stone.

”This is the other cornerstone that was in Sunday’s hands. A rather beautiful green—just like you.”

”Tell me, what is its name?” the phantom toyed with the stone for a moment.

Aventurine closed his eyes and said, ”You already know. Why bother asking?”

”Hmph, then let me remind you myself.”

”The cornerstone named Aventurine is of luck and deception. It is not particularly rare, but its color closely resembles a certain precious gemstone.”

”And that more expensive gemstone— Is called Jade.”

The moment the words fell, Aventurine finally opened his eyes and spoke, ”Sunday didn’t notice. It seems Jade can indeed substitute for Aventurine.”

”Aventurine, Topaz, Jade— three Stoneheart, three cornerstones.”

”For a mere Penacony, you were willing to stake everything.”

”You Ten Stonehearts more united than The Family.”

As the phantom laid out all the details, the audience felt chills run through them.

So this was the true meaning of the three chips!

Three entire cornerstones!

And two of them were the very ones that had been hidden through meticulous planning.

Such a bold gamble—this was nothing short of an all-in bet.

...

: This is insane! Did Aventurine ever consider what would happen if he lost? These are three cornerstones!

: Jade and Topaz trusted Aventurine that much?

: Back at the Future Market, we all thought the IPC’s internal relations were bad. Turns out, that was just a smokescreen!

: They had been setting up for Penacony all along. MiHoYo truly plotted every step for this moment?!

: They’re all crazy! If Sunday had seen through this, those three would’ve been done for!

: But honestly, this plan fits Aventurine’s personality so well—either win everything or lose it all... A gambler like this is terrifying.

: Maybe because Sunday never truly understood Aventurine’s real nature. He probably thought using two cornerstones as bait was just too ridiculous to be true.

: Ratio saw through everything, though...

: Damn, they’re all lunatics.

: But anyway, is this kind of reckless, all-or-nothing approach, disregarding all consequences, really something a normal person would do?

: Looking at Aventurine’s methods, why do I feel like this guy has already gone insane?

...

As the barrage of comments flooded in, the phantom asked Aventurine to bring out the real Aventurine Stone.

The audience widened their eyes, staring intently at the screen.

Where would the third chip be?

Inside that gift bag?

But it was impossible for that bag not to have been checked on Sunday.

Just as everyone was speculating—

Aventurine lifted the bag. ”It’s in here.”

”As expected.” the phantom let out a loud laugh. ”You actually dared to smash the Aventurine Cornerstone and hide it among this pile of cheap jewelry.”

”Look at it, a cornerstone of one the famed Ten Stonehearts in now in pieces.”

At this point, the phantom paused slightly, his smile dimming a little. ”Have you really thought this through? This thing is worth more than your life.”

”You know full well what happens when you do this. Someone who desecrates the Sacred Body of Qlipoth—do you really think the IPC will let you go?”

There was no trace of worry on Aventurine’s face.

On the contrary, he was calm beyond measure.

the phantom pressed on step by step: ”I’m really curious—why is the option you prepared for yourself so out of the box?”

”This has nothing to do with you.”

Aventurine stepped forward, brushing past the phantom.

At this moment, all his plans and contingencies were laid bare before the audience.

The only thought in their minds now—

Aventurine was probably a complete madman, maybe even a gambler who had already lost his mind.

Not only did he smash the keystone, he didn’t even consider his own safety!

...

: So that’s how it is. No wonder Aventurine’s memories kept being inserted...

: This guy... he probably decided to bet his life a long time ago.

: On the surface, the three chips seem to be the three keystones, but why do I feel like the final chip is himself...?

: Shit, I have a really bad feeling about this.

: So the real game-breaker is Aventurine, right?

: Hiss... Brothers, do you still remember Aventurine’s line? He said he would throw himself into the game and bring the grandest death to Penacony.

...

As the audience processed this information, on the screen, Aventurine had already started walking away.

The hallucination became more severe, and he saw that child again.

At this point, even if Aventurine was a fool, he would have realized that what he was facing... was himself.

But he didn’t speak. He just silently watched as the young Kakavasha smiled innocently at him.

”Hello, sir with the pretty eyes, we meet again!” Kakavasha looked up, greeting him politely and innocently.

”...”

”Yeah, we meet again. Have you found Dad, and Mom?”

Aventurine was silent for a moment, then gave a gentle smile. The vigilance in his eyes gradually softened at that moment.

”Of course, and Sister is here too.”

”The four of us just played hide-and-seek.”

”It was so much fun! On the way here, Dad even showed me a ’scorched film movie.’”

Kakavasha put his hands on his hips, his dirt-streaked face filled with excitement.

”You mean a film reel movie.” Aventurine gently corrected Kakavasha’s mistake.

”Yeah, that’s it! Putting a lot of paper drawings together turns them into moving pictures.”

”Just like how if you put me, Dad, Mom, and Sister together, we become a family.”

”You should try it too! You always look so worried—you’re supposed to have fun at an amusement park.”

Kakavasha looked at Aventurine with concern, then waved his hand and ran off with small steps.

Once Kakavasha completely disappeared from sight, Aventurine finally came back to his senses and nodded slightly.

”...Mm, okay.”

It was just a hallucination.

Yet the audience felt a pang in their hearts.

But that was not the end.

Next— the phantom’s presence continued to linger around Aventurine, appearing and disappearing at times.

And with every word he spoke, he exposed the memories Aventurine least wanted to recall.

”Fairness? Do you really think fairness exists in your life?”

”One day, you’ll lose everything, completely and utterly. Or rather, the moment you were the only one who survived, you had already lost, hadn’t you?”

”Maybe you really should join the Masked Fools—at least you could pretend to be happy.”

Every line of biting sarcasm, yet none of it could stop Aventurine from walking forward, until a massive relief sculpture came into view.

Aventurine’s gaze was immediately drawn to it.

”Heh, the golden amulet, do you still remember this?”

”Sometimes, I really don’t understand why you didn’t sell it. At least then, you and your sister could have had a somewhat normal life.” the phantom tossed the golden amulet high into the air, as if flipping a coin.

”Mom only left us two pieces of jewelry—a necklace and an amulet. And there will never be a third one.” Aventurine spoke in a low voice.

”You always say that, but deep down, you regret it, don’t you?”

”Hah, after all, back then, sister said that you were a child blessed by the Mother Goddess, that you would lead the clan to happiness, so you must always protect yourself, and never resent poverty and suffering.”

The phantom held up the golden amulet, walked up to Aventurine, tilted his head, and stared into his face with a smile.

”Her voice still lingers, her face still vivid, doesn’t it? You were such a good child—there’s no way you could ever forget.”

”So... do you remember now? The way she looked in her final moments, the sounds behind you as you ran away...?”

”You just ran, and did exactly as she told you.”

”Tsk tsk, a lifetime of regret, huh?”

The phantom’s words painted a picture of pure hell.

A scene that, if the audience even imagined for a moment, would make their hearts sink into an abyss.

They couldn’t even begin to picture— what exactly happened to Aventurine’s sister after he escaped...
