I just wanted you to make a movie: You made a Honkai Star Rail movie

: So it’s actually Aventurine’s POV? And this flashback... I have a bad feeling. Is something big going to happen again?

: This feels really off, very unsettling! Even though he’s just some IPC Executive, this scene feels strangely familiar, inexplicably heavy—what’s going on?

: Damn, this doesn’t bode well. I’m putting up my guard.

: No matter what happens, I’ll never trust Aventurine! The only IPC member I acknowledge is Topaz! I don’t like anyone else!

...

-------------------------

On the screen.

The responses and sounds slowly fade into darkness.

”You should wake up, gambler.” Ratio’s voice rings out, tearing through the darkness.

At this moment, the perspective finally returns to Penacony.

Sitting on the sofa, Aventurine clutches his head, thinking about the topic of his past. That scene just now—was it his dream or a memory?

However, even after dreaming about such a thing, Aventurine’s expression remains unchanged. He shakes his head lightly and then playfully says, ”My god, I must’ve had too much SoulGlad. Didn’t expect you to be back so soon. So? Any discoveries?”

Ratio crosses his arms and says calmly, ”Just as you guessed, no one outside knows that the Robin has been killed.”

”Not even a single rumor. The TV is still broadcasting her rehearsal—probably a stand-in. Everyone’s just dreaming.”

Aventurine shrugs, hinting at something unspoken.

”Of course. After all, who would have thought that death would truly descend upon Penacony?”

”Honestly, at first, I didn’t believe it either. So, I personally tested it a few times—until I realized that in dreams, you really can’t die.”

”Whenever I’m in danger, the Dream Pool forcibly wakes me up.”

...

: Dude, you actually tested it?!

: Aventurine is completely insane. Seriously, the Express Crew, Acheron, Black Swan—none of them dared to experiment like this, but this guy just went for it.

: How can a high-ranking IPC executive be this reckless with his life?!

: But if Aventurine tested it himself and confirmed that dying in a dream wakes you up, then Firefly and Robin’s cases must be really special!

: Their deaths must be real...

: Holy crap... Director Xia actually dared to go this far.

: Wait, if Aventurine said this, then in Episode 1, when Sparkle told him to find a mute friend... damn... Did she know something?!

: Damn, all these details are connecting! Every character’s information is overlapping and interweaving!

: So this is Penacony? The depth is on another level!

...

The barrage of comments floods the screen.

Aventurine’s actions leave the audience secretly stunned.

What kind of lunatic personally tests something like this?! What if he really died?

But thanks to Aventurine’s ”recklessness,” the audience finally understands a key piece of information about ”death.”

On the screen, Aventurine, deep in thought, recalls Sparkle’s warning.

”That masked fool told me to find a mute friend.”

”Robin was the mute she meant. She lost her voice—most people wouldn’t even notice.”

”It wasn’t her vocal cords making sound, but the same as the using her powers.”

”I should have gone to find her. What a shame...”

Aventurine’s beautiful eyes are filled with contemplation.

A single misstep, and everything falls behind.

Now, he must carefully think about how to turn the tables with his chips.

Beside him, Ratio simply crosses his arms, silently watching his contemlation.

After a few seconds, he finally spoke, ”No regrets, but if you really can’t keep your hands to yourself and want to gamble another round, I happen to have a suitable candidate.”

As Aventurine’s eyes light up and look at him expectantly, Ratio slowly continues, ”That man wants to see you—Sunday.”

Aventurine’s lips curl into a strange smile.

”He wants to see me? In court, or in private?” Ratio remains silent.

Aventurine’s smile grows even wider.

”Good, then everything makes sense. Absolutely everything.”

”Ratio, I’m now certain—there’s definitely a problem inside The Family!”

”Just wait and see. That man’s sister is dead. The rotten stage is set.”

At this moment, Aventurine looks just like a gambler at the table, holding a winning hand—

Ready for the final bet to turn the game around.

As the two head toward the Oak Family Mansion, The situation in Penacony finally starts to become clear in the eyes of the audience.

One side is the Express Crew’s investigation, the other is Aventurine and Ratio negotiating with Sunday at the mansion.

...

: Now it’s a race to see which side progresses faster! Whoever uncovers the truth about Penacony or the tragedy first will gain the upper hand in this game!

: It hasn’t been easy, but at least there’s hope now! At least they’re no longer being led by the nose by whoever’s behind all this!

: Just don’t know what kind of trouble the Express Crew will run into, but judging by Aventurine’s side, that corporate executive seems really confident.

: We seriously underestimated Aventurine before. Just from the fact that he voluntarily tested ”death,” he’s actually kind of insane. His meeting with Sunday is going to be absolutely explosive!

: Sunday just lost his sister—who knows what his attitude will be now? Damn, I can’t wait to see their confrontation.

: This is probably the most intense meeting in Penacony’s story so far, right?

: Don’t let us down, miHoYo!! Give us something big!!

...

Amidst the audience’s anticipation, Aventurine and Ratio walk side by side, heading to the mansion while exchanging their intel.

Of course, for the most part, it’s Aventurine doing the talking, while Ratio calmly throws in his sarcastic remarks from the side.

But Aventurine doesn’t mind.

The duo, even in a place like Pinocony, where eccentrics gather, stood out as particularly special.

Before long, under Ratio’s lead, the two stopped at the entrance of the mansion.

”Sunday is just behind this door. From my shallow perspective, he won’t be an easy opponent. Are you ready, Aventurine?”

Ratio asked, his gaze fixed on the door behind him.

”Hmm, I think the one who really needs to be ready is him.” Aventurine adjusted his attire, appearing completely at ease.

”Damn gambler, it seems you have no idea what sincerity means.” Ratio complained.

”Am I not sincere enough? I will sincerely use death—the death of that man’s sister, the death of the stowaway—that is my sincerity, professor.”

”Besides, I will help him find the killer. Because of his status and position, he can’t do it, but I can. That is ’interest.’”

Before Ratio could speak, Aventurine smiled and explained, ”I know what you want to ask—why would Sunday choose to entrust me?”

”It’s simple. The residents of Hidden District are likely the smuggled people used by The Family!”

This last sentence made Ratio frown. ”But you previously accused that Galaxy Ranger.”

”That was just an excuse, professor. That woman is suspicious, and I need someone to keep her in check.”

”I also need to know who she really is. If my luck holds true, she will definitely become an important piece on the board.”

”But to be honest, the murder probably has nothing to do with her. My stance remains the same: the problem lies within The Family.”

”Watch closely—using the death of the Robin as a bargaining chip, I will reclaim my freedom and power, and overturn this beautiful dream. The death of Robin of The Harmony—”

At this point, Aventurine hesitated no longer and stepped past Ratio.

”What makes you think you’ll win, damn gambler?” Ratio once again asked the question that puzzled him most.

”Three chips are enough.”

”All or nothing.”

Aventurine smirked, reached out, and pushed open the door.

At that moment—

The audience’s minds were already burning wildly.

...

: As expected! Welt really guessed it right—Aventurine is creating a rift between the Express Crew and Acheron while keeping an eye on Acheron himself!

: And Welt is using this opportunity to ally with Aventurine and profit from both sides! Damn, these guys are ruthless.

: I have to say, Penacony’s level of intrigue is insane!

: There’s almost no useless information—every word has a reason that becomes clear later. This kind of storytelling gives me chills.

: Every single sentence demands deep thought. Hiss... Ahh, even though it’s a brain-burner, it’s so satisfying to watch!

: Too amazing, Honkai: Star Rail!

...

As the audience engaged in heated discussion—

Inside the mansion— Aventurine and Ratio had already stepped inside.

At a massive round table— Sunday stood on the opposite side, his imposing figure framed by the large shield behind him.

”The executive of the IPC, you have arrived.” Upon hearing footsteps, Sunday turned, his smile unwavering.

From the very beginning, this man gave everyone the feeling that everything was under his control.

”Your praise is too kind, and I also appreciate your welcome, Sir Sunday.” Aventurine responded smoothly with pleasantries.

But the next moment—

Sunday spoke bluntly, ”This is not an invitation but a summons. Before we begin our conversation, I need to test your character.”

”I assume the friend beside you has helped you a lot, hasn’t he?”

From the very first exchange, the tension was palpable.

Sunday’s presence completely overpowered Aventurine, which was entirely different from what the audience had initially expected.

Following Sunday’s words, Ratio did not turn around but instead continued examining the nearby bookshelves filled with exquisite collections.

Aventurine glanced at Ratio, then retracted his gaze and replied calmly, ”Of course, you should be more aware than I am—he has faithfully fulfilled his duty, hasn’t he?”

Hearing this, Sunday’s smile grew even wider.

He stepped forward a few paces, stopping a short distance from Aventurine.

Then, the two began a sharp exchange of words.

From Sunday shifting from praise to questioning Aventurine’s motives— To Aventurine countering with praise for Sunday while subtly revealing his own ambitions and the hidden truths behind past events—

Every sentence between them held multiple layers of meaning, showcasing their cunning and intelligence.

The audience was utterly captivated.

After a round of probing— Aventurine was the first to state his demands.

”I only want to reclaim what belongs to me—my personal freedom, the belongings kept by The Family, that bag of ceremonial stones, and...”

Before he could finish, Sunday interrupted.

Sunday slightly raised his head, looking down at Aventurine with an assessing, superior gaze.

”And the box storing the Cornerstone, right?”

”Heh, the Cornerstone... I’ve heard that’s a valuable asset of the Strategic Investment Department—sealed with the authority of the ’Preservation’ Qlipoth.”

”Each Non-Performing Asset Liquidation Specialists holds one.”

Hearing this— The audience outside the screen were already overwhelmed with excitement over this explosive piece of information!
