Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

As for why Xia Jinyuan wanted to punish G3 and the other three to the confinement room, Ye Jian was quickly enlightened.

Ye Jian felt bad for implicating G3 and their other comrades because of her idea. She said in a low voice, ”Actually, it has nothing to do with them. If I hadn’t suggested it, the five of them wouldn’t have been found and brought back to the camp.

”It’s not considered a loss. They just practiced with the female soldiers. If they hadn’t met, how could I have given the female soldiers some practice? In the end, it’s all because of me. They were just cooperating with me.”

Ye Jian believed that with G3 and the rest’s skills. It wouldn’t be a problem for them to escape from this vast desert. The five of them were all elites and were best at hiding at night. How could they be discovered by the male and female soldiers?

Xia Jinyuan knew that she couldn’t bear to see their comrades like this. He smiled faintly and said, ”Practicing is training. Being caught and brought back to the camp is another matter. Since they were willing to be brought back to the camp, I’ll definitely cooperate with them.”

…

What did he mean?

Ye Jian realized that her IQ was getting lower and lower in front of these soldiers.

”They could’ve left immediately. There was no need for them to cooperate and return to the camp. Now that they came back voluntarily and cooperated so readily, don’t you think they’re scheming? I’m afraid they have some bad ideas.

”Before they come up with any bad ideas, I have to stop them first and let them reflect on themselves. Then, they won’t have the energy to come up with any bad ideas.”

Xia Jinyuan, who was already familiar with their comrades’ tricks, wouldn’t sit still and wait for death. He was best at making the first move.

Ye Jian was worried. What should she do? She didn’t notice her comrades having any bad ideas.

Ye Jian, who had yet to enter the team, was about to lose a few strands of her hair. ”Captain Xia, do you think I’ll be taken down by our comrades if I go to the team?”

Xia Jinyuan was amused by her worried expression. ”There’s such a possibility in terms of intelligence. After all, they’re all wily old foxes. You haven’t adapted to their way of interacting. You don’t have to worry about the martial arts aspect at all. You can defeat them instantly.

”Besides, you still have me. You don’t have to worry. I’ll help you if you can’t win.”

These guys wanted to pull his baby into their camp, but in the end, they were too smart for their own good. There was no need for him to put in much effort. His baby had already made her choice to stand by him.

They would never have thought of such an outcome. They would definitely regret it.

Ye Jian thought about it and felt that her boyfriend was right.

That was right. She wasn’t intelligent enough. She had to immediately ask her boyfriend for help!

Alas, she had a bunch of naughty comrades who liked to play tricks on each other. She needed to hurry up and get used to it. How could she always rely on Captain Xia?

Rely on Captain Xia? Yes, she might as well rely on herself.

He said it himself. That was for the best.

Ye Jian still preferred to rely on herself. When she returned to her room, the first thing she did was not to wash up. Instead, she opened a diary and summarized what happened in the early morning. At the end, she wrote: ’If your IQ is not high enough, use force to make up for it. If you can’t win against your comrades, fight them one-on-one!’

Ye Jian felt that a one-on-one battle would be a good solution.

Reality proved that one-on-one combat was a good idea. The entire Xueyu unit knew that their comrade, Azure Bird, was not to be trifled with.

The female soldiers washed up and sat on the small stools. They talked about what happened in the early morning. None of the 20 female soldiers were in good condition. All of them had green, purple, and dark-black bruises on their bodies. When they rolled up their sleeves, it was a shocking sight.
