The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 466: Chapter 466: Goodbye, Never See You Again_1

”Mr. Flores, these are the three remaining Dragon-Tiger Pills our Vasquez Family’s ancestor spoke of. Please accept them,”

Tom Vasquez respectfully placed three sandalwood boxes in front of Carson Flores, each sealed with wax.

Carson Flores’s gaze swept over the sandalwood boxes, a hint of surprise in his eyes.

He already had one such box, brought to him by Rocky Stein—a token of payment for the first treatment he administered to Rocky Stein.

The Dragon-Tiger Pill could greatly enhance one’s strength. Now that Carson Flores had four in total, he pondered that after consuming these four pills, his strength would surely skyrocket. However, as to how much it would increase and whether it would reach the Peak Great Grandmaster level, he had no certainty.

Carson Flores smiled at Tom Vasquez, ”Thank you, Mr. Vasquez. I’ll accept them.”

Though the loss pained him, Tom Vasquez let out a long sigh of relief and ventured, ”Mr. Flores, now that the Vasquez Family has come to this, could you perhaps show mercy and spare the Vasquez Family?”

Carson Flores agreed readily, ”My grievances with the Vasquez Family end here. Of course, if there is anyone in the Vasquez Family who holds a grudge and seeks revenge, I’ll be waiting.”

Tom Vasquez’s heart, which had been hanging in suspense, finally settled completely, and he quickly promised, ”There won’t be, Mr. Flores. I will inscribe this into our family rules. Anyone who violates this will be dealt with by our family law!”

Carson Flores chuckled, ”No problem, if I’m not dead, I’ll handle it myself.”

Tom Vasquez’s heart chilled again. If you handle it yourself, the Vasquez Family might face another catastrophe.

Having learned from past mistakes, Tom Vasquez didn’t feel it was appropriate to say more. With an awkward smile, he carefully asked, ”Mr. Flores, do you have any requirements for the future of the Vasquez Family?”

Carson Flores shook his head, ”Do as you please, stay or go. Just don’t trouble me again, and the Vasquez Family and I will be strangers—neither of us impeding the other.”

Tom Vasquez breathed a sigh of relief, realizing that Carson Flores was indeed decisive and ruthless in his actions, but also a reasonable man.

Strictly speaking, the members of the Vasquez Family that Carson Flores killed were all those who sought his life, whether they were the nine Grandmasters, the two Innate Grandmasters, or the group of masters who died today. Beyond these, he had not touched anyone else.

Carson Flores’s words before killing Frank Vasquez were powerful, causing many members of the Vasquez Family to feel ashamed, thereby reducing their hatred toward him.

Who initiated this conflict?

Santino Vasquez!

The Vasquez Family!

Carson Flores only killed those who wanted him dead. When he had the power to completely annihilate the others, he chose to let everyone else go with just one sentence.

Shame!

Carson Flores put the three boxes into a bag prepared on the side, stood up, looked at Tom Vasquez with a smile, ”Goodbye. I hope we never meet again!”

Carson Flores and Leah Frost left with a spring in their step, their figures brisk and graceful, as if they had only come for a casual stroll rather than causing a slaughter!

Watching Carson Flores’s retreating figure, Tom Vasquez sighed.

The decline of the Vasquez Family was an established fact. The priority now was to redefine the position of the Vasquez Family and figure out how to survive.

As for Carson Flores, forget that self-inflicted defeat.

Just as Carson Flores said, never to see each other again, that would be best!

...

”You’re quite ruthless when it comes to killing, without a speck of hesitation. Efficient—I like that!”

Leah Frost sat in the passenger seat, teasingly staring at Carson Flores who was driving, ”That last remark you made, so domineering, so manly!”

Carson Flores, glanced sidewise at Leah Frost who was looking at him like a smitten fan and said somewhat exasperatedly, ”Wake up, my dear aunt; I’m your nephew!”

Leah Frost laughed, ”Exactly! If you weren’t my nephew, do you think you’d get away?”

Carson Flores didn’t know how to continue, quickly changing the subject, ”The matter is settled for now. Are you going home, or...?”

Leah Frost blinked, ”Oh, are you getting rid of your aunt now? Am I getting in the way of your lovey-dovey time with your girl?”

Carson Flores shook his head, ”Of course not; I was just asking.”

Leah Frost laughed, ”You’ve shown your true colors now. When are you going to bring Xiaoxi home to meet the family? Don’t be upset with them though, they wanted to protect you, but they didn’t have the strength to confront the situation head-on.”

”Your grandpa insulted Isaias Vasquez and the others to their faces deliberately, to push the Frost Family Patriarch into acting. If Isaias harmed or killed your grandpa, then, for the sake of the family’s honor, the Patriarch would have had to step in. But they didn’t take the bait and held back from acting.”

”Moreover, all the information gathered in secret was thanks to your eldest uncle; he even found out about Nehemiah Vasquez secretly returning to West Capital...”

Carson Flores interrupted Leah Frost, ”Aunt, there’s no need to explain. I’ve never blamed them; on the contrary, I’m grateful to them. They truly treat me as family without any ulterior motives...”

Pausing, Carson Flores’s words carried a hint of reflection, ”I grew up following my master; aside from him, I never met any other family member. When I learned my mother was from the Frost Family and saw so many scandals in powerful families, I really came here without any expectations. I was prepared to just ask about my parents and leave...”

Leah Frost looked at him seriously, ”What about now?”

Carson Flores looked back warmly, ”We are family!”
