Chapter 452: Chapter 452 Whoever bullies him, I’ll kill them!_1

Sword Cloud Mountain, Five Dragon Sect.

Outside the grand hall, Gunner Tate sat cross-legged on the ground, with his chest rising and falling as he breathed like a dragon. The leaves in the surrounding area fluttered with each breath, presenting a strange yet harmonious scene.

Shane Fox, with his silver hair, walked in but did not disturb Gunner Tate’s cultivation, standing quietly by the side.

After a long while, Gunner Tate exhaled a long breath, and the surrounding leaves rustled loudly as many were blown off, drifting down with the autumn wind.

Gunner Tate opened his eyes, ”What’s the matter?”

Shane Fox replied respectfully, ”The kid has come to Xi Jing, and he’s already clashed with the Vasquez Family.”

Gunner Tate asked with interest, ”What happened, tell me?”

Shane Fox recounted Carson Flores’s series of conflicts with the Vasquez Family, concluding, ”The Vasquez Family has ascended the steps of the Frost Family, who stated they will not interfere. The Vasquez Family issued a search decree, and now the whole city is looking for Carson Flores.”

Gunner Tate looked surprised, ”This kid is impressive, huh? Twenty-seven and already a Great Grandmaster, and he managed to beat the Vasquez Family so badly?”

Shane Fox snorted, ”He has just entered the Great Grandmaster rank less than two months ago, how powerful could he be? It must be that Innate Grandmaster with him helping out. Otherwise, there’s no way he could have killed six Great Grandmasters of the Vasquez Family.”

Gunner Tate said indifferently, ”Regardless, being able to enter the rank of Great Grandmaster at twenty-seven is pretty impressive. I was thirty-three when I reached Great Grandmaster, and I also had an Innate Grandmaster looking after me. It seems that deadbeat dad of his must have left him some pretty good stuff.”

Shane Fox asked, ”Sect Master, what do we do now?”

Gunner Tate sneered, ”Let’s just wait and see. If he can’t even contend with Isaias Vasquez, then let him die. If he can beat Isaias Vasquez, I’ll personally take action to see what he’s made of!”

”Yes!”

Shane Fox respectfully agreed, ”I will keep a close watch on all news.”

After Shane Fox left, Gunner Tate stood in the courtyard with his hands behind his back, looking up at the big tree in front of him as the leaves fell, and he said lightly, ”Lucy Frost, one day when you find out that your son has died at my hands, I wonder how you will feel?”

Suddenly, Gunner Tate struck out a palm into the air.

A few meters in front of Gunner Tate, the trunk of a thick tree suddenly bore the imprint of a palm, which went right through the trunk, creating a hollow in the shape of a handprint.

Leaves fell like flying snow.

Gunner Tate stood quietly amidst the falling leaves, silent.

...

”Not bad cooking skills, you must practice often.”

Leah Frost picked up a piece of sweet and sour pork with her chopsticks, eating with joy.

Carson Flores smiled, ”I’ve been cooking for myself and my master since I was a kid. Following videos makes it quite simple.”

Leah Frost put her arm around Samantha Tate beside her, laughing, ”You have good taste. Marrying this man, you won’t have to worry about good food!”

Samantha Tate said embarrassedly, ”I can’t cook, but I’m learning.”

Leah Frost laughed, ”If you want to learn, learn. If not, don’t. If you want to cook, cook. If not, just hire a cook in the future, we can afford it, so why trouble yourself?”

Samantha Tate blinked, ”I want to learn by myself.”

Leah Frost gave a thumbs-up to Samantha Tate with a beaming smile, ”Then go for it!”

At the dinner table, Leah Frost said, ”These past few days, everyone’s been searching for you outside. Stay here and hide for a few days until this blows over before making any plans.”

Carson Flores wasn’t in a hurry and nodded, ”Alright!”

After dinner, Leah Frost returned to her room, took out her phone, and dialed her older brother, Antonio Frost’s number.

”I need information on the three remaining Great Grandmasters of the Vasquez Family and the two Innate Grandmasters, especially their current whereabouts. Make sure it’s accurate.”

Antonio Frost responded, ”Is Carson Flores planning to take them on one by one?”

Leah Frost chuckled, ”Don’t worry about that. Just give me the information. You’re no good in a fight, but you should have no problem checking this information, right?”

Antonio Frost asked, ”Are you two safe?”

Leah Frost laughed, ”We’ve underestimated Carson Flores, he’s doing very well, no worries.”

Antonio Frost hummed in acknowledgment and sighed, ”The Vasquez Family came to our house pressing for answers. Dad deliberately humiliated them to provoke them into making a move, but they didn’t take the bait...”

Leah Frost frowned slightly, ”Tell him to take a rest, not to fuss anymore. With me here, Carson Flores won’t run into trouble.”

Antonio Frost asked curiously, ”Give me the rundown, what’s your actual strength? I’ve asked you before, but you never say.”

Leah Frost smiled, ”Let’s just say I’m pretty good at fighting.”

Seeing that Leah Frost avoided the topic, Antonio Frost was equally helpless, ”Alright then, I’ll send someone to investigate tomorrow and notify you once I have news. Take care of yourselves.”

”Will do!”

Leah Frost hung up the phone, turned to look out the window, and let out a soft chuckle.

”Sis, if you knew how handsome Carson Flores is now, how good-looking, and that he has such a beautiful and gentle girlfriend, you would be so happy, right?”

”Brother-in-law, you spent so much effort back then to help me open my meridians, laying the foundation for my cultivation, leading to my success today. I will definitely protect Carson Flores, whoever bullies him, I’ll kill them!”
