In the divination images, Gu Xi had deployed all his troops, even Dietrich from the Jiaolong Blood Castle was finally mobilized.

Li Yufang had no reason not to take action.

If Li Yufang took action, Gu Xi believed the final battle situation wouldn’t end up like that.

At the very least, Gu Xi would have had a chance to escape.

At the same time, Gu Xi noticed a situation.

In the battle images, the White Bone Obelisk from the Flame Light Six Paths Lamp had taken action, but there was no sign of the Yellow Springs Dragon Robe.

Nor was there any appearance of the White Impermanence Ghost Squad.

After this discovery, Gu Xi realized the situation in the images was increasingly off.

It seemed all information related to the Yellow Springs Road, Taishan Mansion, etc., was entirely absent.

He wondered if this was because the Little Fox’s cultivation direction was somewhat related to the direction of Taishan Mansion, causing inadvertent blocking during divination.

But for Gu Xi, this might be the way to break through the situation.

He reached out and took out the ”Taishan Prefect’s Secret Record,” which recorded the corresponding secret techniques, secret ceremonies, and the method to create an Orange Magical Treasure as practiced by the Lord of Mount Tai.

Previously, Gu Xi only asked Li Yufang to bring back materials to prepare to first make a piece of Purple Armor, the Soul-Suppressing Seal.

But now, Gu Xi believed the creation of the Orange Armor could be expedited.

Anyway, it’s a method to break through the current situation.

With this thought flashing in his heart, Gu Xi looked up at those present.

”That’s roughly the situation, it’s a big trial for us, but also an opportunity. We now know the enemy’s setup, which means we have the advantage.

Moreover, we still have a lot of time, the Little Fox said that during my third encounter with the Battle of Creation, I ran into an ambush.

Although I don’t know how the Creation was arranged.

But for us, there’s still ample time.

We still have the opportunity to prepare our troops.

So, Shaya, during this time, hold onto this skull for now, set aside other tasks and correct all visible scenes.

Then you will analyze and understand the level of enemies we are about to face.

What are the enemies’ weaknesses, and how should we strategically target these enemies?”

”Sir, won’t the enemy discover our intentions when they probe for intelligence?”

Listening to Gu Xi, Shaya asked, just collecting intelligence was nothing too serious.

But preparing troops based on divination information, who could ensure the adversary wouldn’t gather the intelligence and then prepare their forces accordingly?

Gu Xi burst into laughter.

”These troops are meant to be hidden, those set out openly won’t be adjusted to counter the opponent’s situation.

Besides, you’re forgetting one thing.”

Gu Xi pointed to himself, ”My talent can assure that as long as there’s a battle, we won’t lack troops.

So what we need to focus on is the first wave of battle.

As long as we ensure we aren’t wiped out immediately.

The final victory will undoubtedly be ours.”

Gu Xi became more confident as he spoke, as if the outcome seen in the divination wasn’t frightening.

But at that moment, Eve suddenly chimed in.

”What if someone seals your talent?”

Gu Xi looked up and saw that Luna and the others had shock written all over their faces.

It was evident that Eve’s situation was possible.

”It seems the Orange Armor from the ’Taishan Prefect’s Secret Record’ needs to be expedited, to at least preserve some things.”

Gu Xi muttered.

At this moment, Gu Xi recalled the sealing ability of the White Bone Obelisk from before.

In the battle when Gu Xi promoted to Level 10, the White Bone Obelisk directly sealed the city gate of Death City for 15 minutes.

This implied that sometimes Orange Armor didn’t play by the rules.

The ambush this time, among those taking action, nearly every Octopus Head player carried Orange Armor.

Is it difficult to find one capable of sealing Gu Xi’s talent, even temporarily with some Orange Armor?

Not difficult at all.

Without his talent, Gu Xi’s greatest means would be cut in half.

Just relying on Gu Xi alone, one city, even if the entire Undead Corps could fight, how many enemies could they combat?

No wonder Gu Xi would be beaten badly even with so many Orange Armors.

Now Gu Xi needed to ensure his talent wouldn’t be sealed.

To confront the sealing of Orange Armor.

There are essentially two choices.

One is naturally that Gu Xi has stronger equipment, to withstand the sealing power on the talent.

The White Bone Obelisk from the Flame Light Six Paths Lamp, if the main piece, might barely be useful, but Gu Xi currently holds a deputy, and it’s suppressed, naturally weaker than other Orange Armors.

It probably won’t hold against talent sealing powers.

The second option is to create a false talent, causing the opponent’s seal to be erroneous.

Gu Xi’s Fox Eye Ring happens to achieve this.

However, Gu Xi didn’t believe his Fox Eye Ring could succeed.

The Octopus Heads were targeting him because of the Fox Eye Ring.

They must have measures against the Fox Eye Ring.

The virtual method of the Fox Eye Ring is probably useless.

Thus, to handle this situation, Gu Xi must resort to other virtual methods to mislead the enemy’s Orange Armor attacks.

Among the methods Gu Xi could find, the Orange Armor recorded in the ”Taishan Prefect’s Secret Record” was the best choice.

Lord of Mount Tai’s Orange Armor is called the Death Register, which is like a book.

Its effects are somewhat similar to the Flame Light Six Paths Lamp.

It’s used to record and store equipment controlling Undead under one’s command.

Of course, Gu Xi suspected that aside from the Death Register, there’s likely also a Life Register, and eventually, perhaps they would form the Book of Life and Death, even possibly advancing to a Human Book.

Just from the description of the Death Register in the ”Taishan Prefect’s Secret Record,” Gu Xi devised a method to confront the situation.

The Death Register has a function, which is to borrow the recorded undead information within to overwrite one’s own information.

In other words, to don a disguise.

And it’s a real disguise of sorts.

Unlike Gu Xi now, who outwardly appears as an Elf faction Shooter, if someone pays close attention, they would notice Gu Xi’s overwhelming mana.

Moreover, this disguising process can be layered continuously.

When Gu Xi first encountered the Death Register description, he understood why in that world, when he portrayed himself as an Underworld big shot, so many were willing to believe it.

Turns out Underworld big shots played like this regularly.

Facing the issue of his talent being sealed, Gu Xi naturally wants to produce the Death Register in advance.

At least, Gu Xi cannot allow himself to be manipulated by others.
