Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 904:- Enchantment

”Do you want to go anywhere else?”

”I want to see your bedroom. Last time, I did not get the chance as the maids were cleaning your room.”

”Well, thatʼs where I was taking you.”

”Since we are going there, I am going to give you some important lessons.” With a naughty smile, he led her to his bedroom and then shut the door from inside.

”What lessons?” Rin was genuinely confused. She had no idea that she had already stepped inside the Dragonʼs den.

She did not notice the growing smile on his face.

”I wonʼt say it.....”

”Rather, I want my actions to speak for themselves.” He said that he had started removing his clothes without her noticing.

His bedroom was clean.

Every single day, someone made sure to keep his bedroom clean.

Aditya removed his black coat and his white T-shirt without making any sound.

”Why arenʼt you speaking?” Before she could turn around, she felt two pairs of big and strong arms wrap around her waist.

Her back was pressed against his front.

Rinʼs heart started beating faster.

This isnʼt the first time that they have hugged.

This isnʼt the first time that they kissed.

She was his future wife.

Their relationship was already confirmed.

Despite knowing all of this, she still felt a mix of nervousness and excitement that made her heart beat faster.

”A part of me doesnʼt want to go.”

”Then donʼt go.....!!” Even though, she herself knew that this just wasnʼt possible.

”I think we both agree that skipping this is simply not an option!” Hearing this, Rin became silent.

”Since I am going to be away for a while, let me shower you with love.” He made her face him.

She closed her eyes as she saw his face coming closer. Although she felt shy, she did not hide her desire.

In that old bedroom, only the sound of their breathing could be heard.

Scene Change___

Aditya returned to his office only to find that some of his tools were missing. He usually spent his time in the office working on runes or studying them. But today, something was off; his rune-related tools were nowhere to be found.

”Watson, what have you done?” Aditya asked while rubbing his forehead.

No servant but Watson was allowed to step inside his study room.

After a while, the Butler of the Dragon Monarch arrived.

”Watson?”

”Yes....!!”

”What are my tools?” Aditya had spare tools in his storage ring, but he had never used them.

”I moved them.”

”Where?”

”I moved them to the next room.”

Arriving at the other room, Aditya found all of his tools.

This room was almost identical to his study room. Only a few things made this room different from his office.

But the thing that stood out the most was this L-shaped wooden shelf in the corner where books and other items were kept on the shelves.

”These are some of the rune books that you were previously studying. If you want, I could fill this entire shelf with more books.”

But Aditya shook his head. He liked reading because it was a necessity to stay ahead of others as the Emperor of this Empire, not because he was a nerd who was addicted to books.

”If I need anything, I will just teleport to the library and bring whatever I need here.”

”Your Majesty, are you going to make something?”

”Yeah! Something like that.”

Aditya went to his desk and grabbed a pen and paper.

”Although I have some ideas in my mind, I am not sure if I will succeed.”

”I am sure whatever Youʼre planning will succeed.” Watson had no idea in his mind.

Aditya shook his head with a smile.

”To be honest, I have a lot of ideas in my head, but I am heavily limited by my own knowledge. Only if my Rune Class had reached 5-star, then I could have transformed so many things.”

”Your Majesty, being able to be a top Peak 4-star runemaster that everyone envies within such a short time is already a huge accomplishment.”

”But not enough!” Aditya had his own standards. He felt that if he had someone who could guide or teach him, by now, he would have been on the verge of becoming a 6-star runemaster.

”Alright! Enough talking. Give me some space so that I can work.”

”By the way, what would you like to have for dinner?” Watson asked before leaving.

”As long as there is no Capsicum or Natto in my food, anything is good.” These are the two things that he absolutely hated.

Watson didnʼt look surprised. He instead thought for a few seconds and asked. ”What about Chicken Curry?” Recently, Clara and Leo seem to have taken a liking to this curry.

”Sure!” Cultivators didnʼt really need to worry about calories, protein, or other nutrition.

For example, a cultivator would burn calories simply for cultivating but the used calories is very tiny. Through some special techniques excess calories can be turned to energy and this energy can be latered converted into Mana.

Immortals mainly ate because of taste.

The Dragon Monarch spent the remaining evening in his new office.

Within four and a half hours of working, he managed to make a few important things for his journey.

”Aditya, are you done?” It was Julia.

”Come in!”

Just as she opened the door, she noticed various new things lying on his desk, and he was busy inspecting them.

Seeing her, he put everything down.

”I was about to head to the dining table.”

Hearing this, Julia rolled her eyes. ”I am sure if I hadnʼt come, then you would have spent another hour or two in your new office.”

”Do you like your new office?” Julia asked with a smile.

”It was your idea?” She nodded her head with a smile.

”I like it.”

”I also think that this room is lacking in a lot of things.” There was more than enough space to put other things in his room.

”Once you return, you can do all that.” Saying that, she glanced at the desk.

Noticing her look, he picked something that looked like a white mask.

”This is a mask?” Julia sounded unsure.

”Yeah, but itʼs special.” She took the mask and tried

”How?”

”Well, for starters, this mask can filter out toxins, dust, and poisonous air when activated. It will be useful for traveling through dangerous zones or dungeons.”

”I wanted this mask also to provide resistance against illusion and mind-controlling spells, but unfortunately, since I am an expert in that area, I had to drop the plan. This mask is still useless against peak Third Order illusion users but beyond that level...”

”Resisting illusion magic is not possible.” She completed his sentence. He only nodded his head in response.

”I still want to add a few spells on his mask to make it even more useful. Unfortunately, I donʼt have time.” And if he wanted to add more functions, the mask itself had to be crafted from a special metal, which is the territory of Percy (Blacksmith).

For now, this was enough.

”What else did you make?” Julia couldnʼt help but ask.

”Well, nothing special.”

”I used my runic enchantment on two cloaks, daggers, gloves, and a short sword.”

”The two cloaks are resistant to dust, dirt, mud, and other things. The main function of the cloaks is that they will conceal our cultivation ranks and help us blend into the crowd.”

”Though some Higher Order cultivators who are sensitive to Mana might be able to see through us, but that is only if they are close to us.”

”The daggers, gloves, and the short sword can absorb the opponentʼs Mana upon contact with their weapon or their body.”

”These weapons are for Laura?” Julia guessed it.

”Yes! Laura is weak. Having something like this will be beneficial to her. She wonʼt easily run out of Mana and will be able to hold her own in an emergency situation.”

”Arenʼt you being too cautious?” Julia felt that Aditya was being too cautious. Even if they run into danger, with Aditya, the probability of Laura needing to join the battle was less than 0.1%, in her opinion.

”Not really!!” Aditya shook his head.

”In fact, if I had known that I would be heading to the Main Continent so soon, I would have made more preparations.” Aditya was from the Main Continent. Although, as a Prince, he did not see the ugly and hard side of life on that continent, it did not mean he was completely unaware of all the dangers.

”Crossing the Void will be the most challenging part. There are bandits almost everywhere in the void.”

”And once I step inside the void, I have to do everything in my power to keep my identity a secret.” Even the Dragon Monarch had enemies. Of all the enemies that he destroyed in this path, many of them had allies or their men in the Main Continent. Surely, they will come to revenge once they learn that the Dragon Monarch is on the Main Continent.

For example, the people from the Night Rider Sect will definitely come for vengeance. Before, he not only killed the Sectʼs discipline but also humiliated them.

It wasnʼt that Aditya was afraid. But he preferred not to take any unnecessary risk with Laura on his side.

”And I have a strong feeling that in our journey to find the Goddess of Wisdom, Athena, I will surely cross paths with the Black Tomb organization.” The organization was also after Laura and Athena.

Really Thank you very much to all those who send support with valuable golden tickets and gifts. I hope we can keep it up!!!

Hey, itʼs me!

I am really Sorry for disappearing for so many days.

I sincerely apologize to every reader who was waiting for an update.

Well, in recent months, life hasnʼt been so kind to me. My university life became a lot busier, and I also had to help with my fatherʼs business. However, that doesnʼt mean I didnʼt have time to update. Essentially, my daily writing schedule was so disrupted that I still havenʼt fully recovered.
