Worthless Profession: Dragon Tamer

Chapter 698, Cherry Blossom Country Everywhere Blooms with Fireworks

Translator: Silavin

Before arriving at Dragon Capital, the Life Dragon King had awakened once.

The Life Dragon King’s awakening left Lu Fan rather surprised. Through their conversation, Lu Fan learned that the Life Dragon King had awakened because she sensed vast Life Force being injected into the Territory.

The Life Dragon King was rooted on Shadow Isle, and all this magnificent Life Force poured onto the island was mostly absorbed by her.

Because of this, the Life Dragon King was no longer as fragile as before, which was why she had awakened.

The appearance of such abundant Life Force undoubtedly came from Kage Tenshi and the others.

Only then did Lu Fan realise that to supply the Life Dragon King with Life Force, he could not only let the Life Dragon King absorb Fortune Glowing Spring. He needed the nutrients created from the corpses of experts.

The corpses of Kage Tenshi and the others were directly incinerated by the Two Headed Dragon and the Flame Dragon, turning into nutrients that nourished Shadow Isle.

These nutrients would naturally enter the Life Dragon King’s body.

The magnificent Life Force directly accelerated the Life Dragon King’s production of Life Fruits. Now, a new Life Fruit was already being nurtured on the Life Dragon King.

In other words, soon, new Giant Dragons would appear on Shadow Isle.

Once the Two Headed Dragon took the new Baby Dragon to Power Level, the Baby Dragon would quickly grow and transform into a new Eternal Phase Giant Dragon.

In short, as long as there were enough nutrients, the Life Dragon King could more rapidly produce Life Fruits, causing the number of Giant Dragons on the island to increase dramatically.

Through their conversation, Lu Fan learned that the Life Force the Life Dragon King could absorb was not limited to the corpses of experts. Other materials, such as medicinal herbs used for Alchemy, could all be absorbed by her, transforming into Life Force for producing Life Fruit.

Therefore, if Lu Fan could collaborate with Elder Han to exchange for some materials containing Life Force. This would be extremely beneficial to Lu Fan.

Lu Fan was not polite and directly proposed his idea to Elder Han.

After Elder Han considered it, he agreed on the spot.

They were just materials, nothing particularly difficult to obtain. If he was giving them to Lu Fan, then so be it.

If they could truly conquer Cherry Blossom Country, even if Dragon Country paid a price, the profits would still be massive.

After all, the benefits were not flowing to outsiders. Lu Fan becoming stronger was also a good thing for Dragon Country.

Thus, Lu Fan and Elder Han immediately agreed to it!

This collaboration was very simple and direct.

Currently, Dragon Country wants to take over Cherry Blossom Country. But this task was not particularly easy.

After all, in Cherry Blossom Country, there were still some Level 100 Players who had yet to be eliminated.

If these Level 100 Players fled to Dragon Country with hatred, they could cause quite a headache for Dragon Country.

Therefore, to subdue Cherry Blossom Country, these Level 100 Players absolutely had to be eliminated first.

The task of eliminating them naturally fell to Lu Fan.

After all, in all of Dragon Country, only Lu Fan could accomplish the task of annihilating Level 120 Players with thunderous momentum.

Once Lu Fan had cleared out most of Cherry Blossom Country’s experts, Elder Han could make his move and completely incorporate Cherry Blossom Country into Dragon Country’s Territory.

This negotiation lasted a full two hours.

Finally, Lu Fan obtained top-secret information, which Elder Han provided.

This intelligence documented the locations of all the super experts hiding in Cherry Blossom Country.

When Lu Fan first saw this information, he was utterly shocked.

Because the intel contained detailed records of these hidden supper experts in Cherry Blossom Country, including their Levels, Professions, Profession Characteristics, equipment, and even what deeds they had done.

To say they had been stripped down to their underwear would be no exaggeration.

Lu Fan truly had not expected Elder Han’s intelligence network to be so formidable.

These hidden super experts were basically equivalent to Dragon Country’s Ancient Noble Families.

Ancient Noble Families not only possessed extremely deep foundations but were also incredibly mysterious. Ordinary people had no idea of their existence.

If Elder Han had a particularly deep understanding of Ancient Noble Families, Lu Fan would find that reasonable.

After all, Ancient Noble Families were a hidden threat to the state’s overall control of the country. For the Three Elders, to ensure Dragon Country’s core power was not infiltrated and influenced by the Ancient Noble Families, it was perfectly normal for Elder Han to have some understanding of the Ancient Noble Families.

Still, that was not the same as Elder Han having such a deep understanding of Cherry Blossom Country’s Hidden Forces. This just made Lu Fan realise just how terrifying this Elder was.

If Elder Han’s intelligence network could even cover Cherry Blossom Country to such an extent, Supreme Tier Ancient Noble Families of Dragon Country should be no different.

It seemed like Lu Fan had to correct his thoughts. In this world, the truly strong were not necessarily those reclusive experts hiding in seclusion. People out in the open, like the Three Elders, were all extremely terrifying as well…

After obtaining this information, Lu Fan bid farewell to Elder Han and departed.

Before leaving, Lu Fan unexpectedly obtained Elder Han’s contact information.

Of course, this contact information was not Elder Han’s number. It still required three transfers before Lu Fan could contact Elder Han.

Even so, the number of people in all of Dragon Country who could obtain this contact information probably did not exceed ten.

After leaving Dragon Capital’s government building, Lu Fan returned to Shadow Isle and went into isolation for a full day. During that time, he was reading through the information Elder Han had given him—not just once or twice but repeatedly.

Finally, he emerged and summoned the Two Headed Dragon and all the other Giant Dragons, giving them a Mission.

The four Giant Dragons showed no intention of refusing Lu Fan’s assigned Mission.

After all, Lu Fan had promised that after completing this task, Dragon Country would provide them with generous compensation.

This compensation would consist of various materials containing Life Force, which could help nourish the Life Dragon King and help her rapidly produce more Life Fruits, nurturing more Rootless Dragons.

Naturally, the four Giant Dragons gladly accepted the Mission, as this was indeed beneficial for their Mother.

Seeing the four Giant Dragons hold no objection, Lu Fan shared his Map with them and delegated Missions to them.

Two hours later, on Shadow Isle, four massive forms soared into the sky, flying towards Cherry Blossom Country.

Shadow Isle was located close to the waters of Feather Country. It was naturally quite far from Cherry Blossom Country.

Along this route, were many Forbidden Areas containing High Level Monsters, which ordinary Players would not dare venture into even with warships.

However, for Giant Dragons, there was basically no such thing as a Forbidden Area when outside of the Dragon Domain.

Monsters that were terrifying to Humans were merely food to them.

With their flight speed, reaching Cherry Blossom Country would take at most two days.

Lu Fan could already anticipate that in two days, Cherry Blossom Country would likely be blooming with ‘fireworks’.
