Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1529: Chapter 37 Earth Battleships Squad [Please Subscribe to the Official Version]

Earth was in chaos, the previous bustling turmoil now transformed into a decadent disadvantage.

Originally, if it were another civilization, it might have already completely collapsed, not to mention blocking the enemy, even ordinary livelihoods would be entirely ruined.

But at this moment, Earth responded incredibly swiftly!

”Earth Fleet retirees, quickly re-enter the military, reserves deployed to the war zone, civilians return to their respective positions according to last battle orders!”

Accompanied by countless similar orders, Earth people cast aside scenarios of depreciated status, spouses departing, and even family ruin, returning to their posts.

Earth civilization, these past decades, experienced too many upheavals, too many similar scenes, and the current response made the civilizations and empires observing this place wide-eyed.

When reports of enemy sightings at the Edge of the Solar System came in, the first batch of Earth Battleships had already formed a fleet, swiftly heading toward the enemy.

Today’s Earth Fleet is completely different from before; having undergone several battles and systematic training by Jia Yan, the entire demeanor and level of training have become terrifying.

”Listen up, everyone, this time the enemy has five fronts, so our Earth Fleet must split into five! In these circumstances, even if Elder Giant Mosquito returns for reinforcements, they can’t manage every battle, so this remains an extremely tough fight for us.”

”You must fight the enemy with the determination to die!”

The actions of the Earth Fleet not only surprised people of all civilizations but also left the Great Empire astounded; everyone could see that today’s Earth Fleet was different from the one two months ago.

Inside one of the battleships, a young-looking youth stood in line with a group of similarly aged young people against the backdrop of space.

He hailed from Mars, his family was from a notable combat lineage, and he even had a brief encounter with the ’Lord Assassin’ everyone was discussing.

His name was Doha, and during the battle at Grey-Yellow Star, he hadn’t yet been born. Although he couldn’t remember anything from back then, his parents proudly told him he was born aboard a fleet heading to Earth, and Lord Assassin had seen him.

This was something he had been proud of since childhood.

”You kids better not hold us adults back, this fight not only pertains to our life and death but also our families, even the life and death of the entire Earth civilization is on the line in this battle, your mistakes could even lead to the destruction of Earth civilization, understand?!”

”Understood!”

Doha’s voice was the loudest when answering.

Being from a combat family, he had received excellent combat training since childhood, with obedience being the top priority.

He understood this, and unlike other kids worried about dying, he thought like his parents, dying in battle was his honor.

Indeed, during the previous battle of Mars, his parents, as combatants, died at the enemy’s hands.

In others’ eyes, he became an orphan, but he didn’t see it that way. Instead, he viewed it as the time for him to grow up and take on his parents’ responsibilities, so he signed up for the role of a battleship youth soldier.

Having been trained since young, he easily passed the soldier assessment.

”I want to fight! This is my parents’ last wish, and it’s time to prove myself...” After accepting the commander’s speech, Doha looked at the space scenery.

He was actually an Auster person, but his parents had joined Earth’s power in Grey-Yellow Star back then, causing him only to consider himself an Earth person, yet the racial difference made him, at a mere age of fifteen, already reach Early Stage of Heavenly Level, leaving the Earth children far behind.

Due to his unique physique, he was assigned as a mech warrior.

This is a super combat weapon crafted from top technology of the Great Empire. Although not extremely prominent among battleships and strong ones, its effect is substantial. Doha heard from his commander that within the Great Empire, there are powerful pilots able to single-handedly operate a mech and destroy a battleship.

Of course, that’s just a legend, and the opponent’s defeat was merely an elementary civilization battleship, incomparable to the current enemy. But Doha was determined to become a top-notch mech warrior.

”Hello, we’re all new combatants. Nice to meet you, my name is Little Thorn Qi.”

While Doha was quietly gazing at the outside scenery on the bridge, a pleasant voice suddenly sounded beside him.

He turned around, then he felt as if struck by lightning.

Standing before him was a girl wearing a light armor of a female mech warrior, seeming like a bright scenery against the deep cosmic backdrop, snowy skin, city-toppling looks gracefully in front of him.

”Hello, I, I am Doha.”

Doha, having never seen such a beautiful girl since childhood, let alone her appearance, was aware Mars’ harsh environment wouldn’t possibly host a girl with such beautifully maintained skin.

The person seemed to be one or two years older than him, but seeing Doha tense, she showed no particular expression and instead came over to Doha and started discussing matters related to mech pilots.

Doha was initially a bit nervous but gradually calmed his mind; after all, as a young pilot, the primary goal is to maintain composure, and passing the requirements indicated he wouldn’t easily face psychological issues.

Doha quickly and keenly discovered that this Earth girl, Little Thorn Qi, had brainwave power far beyond what he imagined. As someone in the early stage of Heavenly Level, he couldn’t detect her true strength at all.

Moreover, her appearance and speech were quite dignified, hinting at a notably prominent upbringing.

”Doha, do you think we can still win this Earth war?” Little Thorn Qi suddenly asked.

”I, I think we can, after all, we have Lord Assassin. Hey, thinking about it, your surname is similar to Lord Assassin.”

”Haha, I do indeed share the surname with Lord Assassin, but we aren’t related at all. What if Lord Assassin doesn’t return this time, can we win on our own?”

”Well... I think it’s doubtful...”

Doha did not hide his pessimism about the battle situation, though he didn’t show any despair, merely stating facts.

After listening to Doha’s words, Little Thorn Qi remained silent for a while, then thanked him and turned away.

”When did this Little Thorn Qi lady come aboard the battleship? I didn’t see her during the training of newcomers in the battleship,”

Doha stared at Little Thorn Qi’s girl-like delicate and graceful figure, slightly furrowing his brow, his intuition telling him her background might not be that simple.

He didn’t realize that Little Thorn Qi’s background was far beyond mere simplicity.

If they could exchange, the Earth Fleet would even be willing to sacrifice an entire fleet for her.

Because her identity is that of ’Jia’s family’ member, whose status is slightly diminished on Earth now, and her real name is Jia Qi!

As a somewhat grown-up young lady, she began to gradually become active in Earth’s military; if her previous excursion to the Kawai Defense Line was a reckless decision, then this time marks her first determined move to the frontline after growing further.

Though many were worried, with Earth in the midst of war, there was no longer much opposition.

”Mom and grandma are still so worried about me, haven’t they seen me grow up? I’m even at the Upper Celestial Level now. Do they have so little faith in me?”

Little Thorn Qi, no... Jia Qi should be her name, entered her room and lay down on the soft bed.

This room was specially arranged for combatants, though not much bigger than others, the environment here is significantly better than typical combatant quarters.

”Although my prowess and talent aren’t as impressive as Jia Rong’s brother, I have my own combat approach... and that is to join the military ranks. Jia Rong wants to walk the path of an individual strong one like Uncle, unlike them, I will find my own sky through the military path.”

Jia Qi had started her path several years back when Jia Yan brought her to combat in the outer layer of the Solar System, and she joined the then-tiny Earth Fleet and witnessed scenes of her father directing fleet operations.

”It’s a pity Uncle went missing or else I would have asked him to teach me Pi over Yu Tactics, mastering it would greatly broaden my military path.”

At the age of seventeen, Jia Qi had a hint of mature charm, especially her face, which was more beautiful than Jia Lin’s back in those days.

Her enlistment this time didn’t face much rejection, given that the child has truly grown up, and Jia’s family all knew that if she attempted something without their consent, she herself would find a way to do it, leaving them no choice but to reluctantly agree.

For her safety, not only did she possess a mecha from the Great Empire, a super mech that was a special gift to Jia Yan back then, but the entire fleet included several protectors from other civilizations. Among them, the strongest hailed from the second-most powerful civilization of the Orion Arm, the Golden Gate Civilization’s Dignitary.

”Princess Jiaqi, this battle is no trivial matter; if Elder Giant Mosquito doesn’t return, we face a high chance of death. Should that time come, I hope the Princess considers the bigger picture and activates the escape system of the mech. It’s concept technology from the Great Empire, allowing brief entry into subspace. Although the escape direction is uncertain, it should suffice to get you a million kilometers away, please...”

”Alright, I know, if it comes to that, I will do it.”

Upon hearing a woman’s voice beside her, Jia Qi impatiently shook her head.

In Jia Qi’s combat room, there was also an alien woman who appeared to be in her twenties.

Her power was similar to Jia Qi’s, at the Heavenly Peak Level, yet her speech was as if she were Jia Qi’s elder.

Her name was Pipa, from an intermediate civilization, who had previously met Jia Yan’s avatar, bringing great benefits to her civilization.
