Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1520: Chapter 28 Who Dares to Kill!! [Requesting Official Subscription]

The last enemy battleship trying to escape was directly blown to pieces with a slight stab from Jia Yan’s front foot.

Jia Yan turned his head.

He looked at the Earth Fleet, which was now tattered with over half of its battleships destroyed in the battle.

A group of Earth soldiers didn’t know what the suddenly appearing Giant Mosquito species would say. Although it seemed to protect Earth people, without contact, there’s no telling if it was friend or foe.

A trace of sigh was revealed in Jia Yan’s Compound Eyes.

Originally, he thought that missing his Avatar would definitely spell disaster for the Earth fleet. But unexpectedly, they managed to perform the tough task of engaging the enemy face-to-face for more than an hour.

”You all did very well.”

The Brainwave Power swirled from Jia Yan, and then power erupted, spreading across the entire sphere of ten thousand kilometers at this instant!

Everyone in the Earth fleet within the area heard this sentence.

”The Giant Mosquito seems to be praising us...”

”Can it talk?”

”Are you stupid? Extra-terrestrial beings all can talk. Of course, the Giant Mosquito can talk. What’s so strange about that?”

”That’s right, that’s right...”

A group of Earth people were stunned, and then when they thought about the meaning of the Giant Mosquito’s words, they looked at the wrecks of spaceships in the surrounding starry sky, and almost everyone felt downcast again.

In this battle, the Earth fleet suffered great casualties, with over one million personnel dead or wounded. All they achieved was holding off the enemy fleet for an hour, without even destroying a single enemy battleship.

But this time was enough!

The time bought allowed the Giant Mosquito’s arrival, and the situation was directly reversed.

”Everyone, rest and prepare yourselves. I am off to assist Mars.”

Jia Yan glanced around, not seeing any battleship needing his Brainwave Power to suppress the danger of exploding, then stepped forward into Subspace again.

At the same time, within the command ship where Kari was, a whisper suddenly reached his ears: ”Kari, you have not violated the trust I placed in you years ago, I am very pleased.”

”Lord...” Kari trembled upon hearing this voice, feeling that all his struggles over the past twenty years had been worth it.

He looked up at the starry sky, but there were no creatures left there anymore.

”Indeed, he is the true body of the Lord! The current Lord is far stronger than before, unfathomable indeed. Earth people, no, our Earth civilization, is truly going to rise!”

Kari looked at the place where the Giant Mosquito’s body disappeared. He wanted to feel inspired, but seeing the many battleship wrecks around, a sense of melancholy rose in his heart, unable to laugh.

The Earth fleet began tidying the battleship wrecks, leaving aside Jia Yan, who, after saving the Earth fleet, quickly entered Subspace again, heading back towards Mars.

The tail Flame of the Battle Armor jetted, allowing him to move a tad faster within Subspace.

This speed cannot compare to the Conceptual Ship, but is much faster than flying with the True Body.

”At this pace, it will only take me a few dozen minutes to reach Mars.”

Only a few dozen minutes for billions of kilometers, and this is even without increasing speed further. Although it’s much faster in Subspace than outside, this speed still made Jia Yan, just returned to Earth, deeply sigh.

The Solar System, once familiar and vast, now seemed very small.

The surrounding cosmic matter gave Jia Yan a sense of familiarity, even making him feel a subtle joy in his body.

This is the feeling of a traveler returning home after many long tours...

Jia Yan smiled faintly in his heart, and then a strange brilliance flashed in his eyes.

”These External Forces are too much. If Earth people weren’t harmed, it would be fine, but the previous battle caused so much death among Earth elites, so...”

”They deserve to die!”

Thinking of this, Jia Yan’s speed became even more frenzied!

Terrifying waves in Subspace erupted like teleportation.

Not long after, outside Mars’s orbit, fleets of formidable Alien Battleships constantly bombarded the newly developed planet.

”Lord, previously our communication device seemed to receive a string of strange signals, like rescue signals from our own forces’ army. But now, it’s gone.”

In a large command ship in the airspace over Mars, an assistant of the Chief Commander of the fleet spoke strangely.

”Rescue signal? Hah, perhaps the Earth people simulated it to disrupt our battle progress.”

”Indeed, we have three fleets entering the Solar System. How could they possibly break our three armies’ joint efforts and trigger rescue signals? If they simulated a gathering signal, there might be a slight chance of deceiving us.”

The assistant also laughed.

The battle of these few hours had gone too smoothly. After the Earth fleet retreated, the Martian defense line seemed like tofu slag, with almost no resistance, forcing them into Mars’s interior.

Now the entire fleet has arrived above Mars, and under the bombardment, most of the cities on Mars are engulfed in flames, turning both military facilities and civilian buildings into a void of fire.

Under such means, the Martian defense line is soon to be completely annihilated.

”By the way, the news we received earlier about the Renqi Fleet’s destruction is true, isn’t it? Aye, Jia Yan really deserves his reputation as the strongest in the Orion Arm, even having a deadly counterattack move before his death. But now that he’s dead, Earth people no longer have any resistance capability.”

The semi-permanent star commander spoke of the ’deceased’ Jia Yan with a hint of mutual admiration, seemingly to display his commanding demeanor.

”Lord, that news is indeed true; Jia Yan is a pity, but fortunately, his methods weren’t used against us, or we might not have been able to resist either. He’s truly the strongest being in the Orion Arm.” The adjutant spoke of Jia Yan, with a shiver down his spine and admiration.

”By the way, Lord, the Giant Mosquito creature we mentioned before - I’ve got confirmation from the Martians we captured earlier; it’s true.”

Engaged in combat, the adjutant still has the leisure to talk about rumors, indicating his extremely relaxed mindset.

That’s really the case, as Jia Yan had given them some obstacles before, but now that Jia Yan is dead, Earth people are no different from other civilizations - in fact, since they are merely an elementary civilization, it’s easier to fight, and thus they can once again talk and laugh.

”Heh, if true, then so be it; would this Giant Mosquito actually appear? According to their legend, this creature can only reach Starry Sky level at most, and our battleships couldn’t withstand even one of their shots.”

The semi-permanent star creature seems uninterested in these legends, causing the adjutant beside him to shake his head helplessly.

On Mars.

A group of extraterrestrial civilians’ resistance is even more intense than expected!

Vehicles dart wildly across the sandy surface of Mars, pursued by the ground forces of the Biochemical Starfield power, struck by their shells!

”Hahaha, a bunch of outsiders, we’ve been toughened up in the Grey-Yellow Star desert; you think you can chase us in the desert? Dream on!”

”That’s right, when we were flourishing with Lord Assassin, you weren’t even born yet! Come on, we’re soldiers of the Giant Mosquito!”

Amidst the vehicles were shouts of furious anger.

It turned out that those moving inside the vehicles were the creatures who had followed Jia Yan through battles on Grey-Yellow Star, and even founded the Earth power.

Of course, it wasn’t just them now; some of the species Jia Yan brought back had a strong reproductive ability, and their children have also become warriors, fighting alongside their parents in guerrilla warfare across the Martian sands with sneering grins.

Individually, their strength wasn’t strong, with few reaching Sky Level, most at Earth Level, and some not even at Earth Level, yet their combat power was extraordinary, causing the pursuing forces immense frustration.

”Request artillery support from above; originally, we didn’t want to damage the planet’s surface too much, as it’s a future war outpost, but it seems these lively ones need a baptism of artillery to settle down.”

The pursuing ground forces of the Biochemical Starfield power, consisting of single strong ones or battle machine-like mechas, applied directly to higher-ups for battleship artillery support when feeling pained.

Soon after, all the battleships above the planet began to glimmer with artillery fire.

The Martian defense line battleships in Starry Sky, either destroyed or fleeing, weren’t many in defense, allowing them to free their hands to give the troublemakers on the ground a tough lesson.

”Haha, the big guys up there are getting angry, brothers, do you think we’re scared?”

”Not afraid! We are Lord Assassin’s subordinates, soldiers of the Giant Mosquito, what does death matter!”

Below the planet, tens of millions of creatures roared in defiance.

Among them was a young Ostorian who looked like an Earth child, with the loudest roar.

Beside him stood a rabbit-eared humanoid girl, who now gazed at the battleships above her, shrouding the sky...

She began to sing...

Oh, people in the distance... have you ever...

Countless creatures, through broadcasts, saw this rabbit-eared girl singing, saw her under artillery fire, even with disheveled clothes and injuries, yet fearless.

Martian creatures gained strength as they roared together!

”Death, then death! We are soldiers of the Giant Mosquito!!”

”Roar!”

Across the planet, though no battleships flew in resistance, it seemed a force spread into the universe, causing a tremble in people’s hearts!

”Heh, this Martian creatures’ fighting spirit is indeed interesting.”

The semi-permanent star commander in the Biochemical Starfield power battleship smiled faintly, then tapped his foot.

”Kill.”

The next instant, a thousand battleships in the Starry Sky glowed even brighter in their gun barrels, ready to fire simultaneously.

But just then, a sound shook heaven and earth!

”My warriors under Assassin’s command...”

”Who dares to kill!!”

Boom!!!!!!!
