Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1528: Chapter 36 Chaotic Earth [Request for official subscription]

Jia Yan’s offensive around Earth civilization is absolutely necessary, especially with the Auster Empire being a gateway. If the enemy forces here are not eradicated, Earth will be under constant threat from the enemy.

So his prior recapture of the Auster Empire and the Ru Lan Empire was not a spur-of-the-moment decision.

And now, within the Auster Empire, various forces have organized into armies and, under the name of the Empress, have taken over the planets Jia Yan had liberated, achieving temporary stability.

The Ru Lan Empire has just had more than half taken over, but with the remaining small portion yet to be liberated, and since the enemy fleets within the Ru Lan Empire were completely annihilated by Jia Yan, there’s no power to counterattack. Additionally, the Ru Lan Empire’s exiled army is already returning, so it’s likely that in no time, that major portion of the land will become a buffer zone against the enemy again.

In this way, Earth will be safe, at least preventing any future instances of enemies easily charging into the Solar System. And under these circumstances, Jia Yan can directly attack farther external areas, after all, his strength, though formidable, cannot be applied both to defense and offense simultaneously.

Inside the Gravity Wave System, Jia Yan moves with incredible speed, almost constantly traveling faster than the speed of light.

However, no matter how fast, it still takes some time to return to the Solar System.

At this moment, the Solar System presents a different scene.

The entire galaxy appears to be more prosperous than before.

”Dear Earth Official, we just want to lease this Neptune satellite for ten years, and you’ve not even developed this satellite, yet you demand so much money, isn’t this too...”

”Sorry, sir, this is the new policy recently released by Earth. You know, Earth is now extremely valuable, even the satellites here are no exception.”

Outside the farthest planet of the Solar System, Neptune, a large number of alien ships are scattered.

The once-deserted Neptune seems to have greeted its spring. Countless aliens wish to buy land on the satellites of this planet, but Earth’s policy has been adjusted: land can only be leased, not sold permanently, causing many companies to hesitate.

”If your company does not lease, sir, let the opportunity go to others. There are many in line after you.”

The Earth official engaged in the talks was growing a bit impatient.

Recently, there were simply too many aliens. This official, who was originally overseeing the land on Neptune almost like an exile, was overwhelmed with work, hence the less friendly demeanor.

”Uh, I, I’ll rent!”

The being in negotiations was a giant, over five meters tall. In his eyes, this Earth official in front of him could be crushed with one slap. But he didn’t dare, and even had to maintain a pleasant demeanor.

You must know that Earth people are gradually becoming one of the most esteemed species inside the Orion Arm, especially with their land being protected by the Giant Mosquito clan. Countless aliens want to acquire it, resulting in many alien companies now wanting to lease land throughout Earth, even on the Kuiper Belt.

This giant, reluctantly, leased ten thousand square meters of land on a small satellite of Neptune. It should be noted that not even a ghost shadow exists there now, and developing the land alone over ten years would cost an immeasurable amount, not to mention that the land rental price almost made him shed tears.

”Damn it, without renting land, you have no right to live in the Solar System. Wanting to gain the protection of Earth civilization, you can only rent.” The giant paid the money with extreme distress.

He hated it; his race was different from the Earth people’s race. If they looked alike, who knows, perhaps some Earth man would take a liking to his daughter, and then his family could end up like some of the Auster women marrying on Earth, living on Mars or Earth rather than on some remote satellites of Neptune or Jupiter.

But there are no ’ifs’ in life, and for his kind, a large and coarse-skinned giant race, it was impossible to gain recognition from Earth’s aesthetics, leaving him to resign to leasing land as a solution.

”Hmph, alright, now get out since you’ve paid. I have another client to greet.” The official urged with a bland tone.

Then, amidst the giant’s reluctance and rage, the official sat back down and assumed the same expression to meet the next buyer.

Earth people recently have been in the limelight and esteemed too highly. Even though the government continuously propagates, having barely recovered from a life-and-death battle, Earth’s populace now relaxed, is demonstrating excessive pride.

Like now, in the eyes of Earth people, aliens almost appear as inferior species.

Though such a situation is not what Earth’s authorities wish to see, even with Earth’s arrogance, there are still countless extraterrestrial beings seeking refuge, and authorities have no means to respond, merely allowing ordinary people to continue inflating their egos, hoping that worsening attitudes might drive away some aliens.

This is not due to an issue with Earth’s policies, but the arrival of aliens is gradually forming a latent crisis on Earth.

That is, a racial problem!

And even an existential issue concerning the survival or death of Earth people!

In recent days, racial issues have become a hot topic, as extraterrestrial beings begin marrying Earth people en masse. In Earth’s already crowded cities, you can now see humanoid beauties or handsome figures from the Auster Empire, the Went Empire, or even the Great Empire, filling Earth cities daily and often clashing with locals.

It is foreseeable that if they truly integrate with Earth people and have offspring, will their descendants be Earth people or aliens?

This topic is spreading like wildfire across the internet. Not only have ordinary people spontaneously organized to resist such marriages, but the government has also issued policies to begin imposing restrictions.

The problem still exists.

”They’re crazy, these aliens, they can’t be driven away, each one comes and says our Earth civilization is too backward, yet they all want to apply for asylum, basically they’re insulting us while taking advantage of us.”

”But the money and supplies, as well as technology, they bring when they marry and settle here are too useful for Earth, what should we do, sigh.”

Various incidents have caused big problems on Earth, yet Earth civilization has also gained huge benefits from this crisis.

War fortune is originally a great opportunity to make money, and Earth civilization, being the only one capable of defeating the enemy, coupled with the protection of a profoundly powerful figure, has an enormous advantage. Even though Earth civilization is unwilling, money still flows to Earth like water.

”Recently hot money has been excessive, our banks here are panicking.”

”Yes, plus our Earth Dollar is practically doubling in value daily, luckily we don’t have much external trade originally, otherwise the impact on Earth would be terrifying.”

The appreciation of the Earth Dollar represents the affluence of Earth people. Now any Earth person with some spare money, willing to exchange it, might end up as a local tycoon in a lower civilization.

Of course, no one is willing to do that, after all, war is raging outside, only fools would go out now.

Faced with increasingly booming commerce and financial achievements, Earth people are trembling, indeed, they are scared trembling.

Developing too fast is also frightening, who knows if this development will be fleeting, if that’s the case, the fall would indeed be an unbelievable major crisis.

But Earth people won’t have to worry about this problem soon.

Compared to potential future financial crises, the real crisis has always been war!

”What? Another five fleets are attacking from various directions towards my Solar System!?”

”This, this, there are unexpectedly five fleets, what about Elder Giant Mosquito, has he come back?”

”No, it’s said The Lord Giant Mosquito is still fighting within the Ru Lan Empire’s territory, what do we do?”

When one day, Earth intelligence system belatedly received news that the Biochemical Starfield Forces had dispatched another five fleets toward the Solar System, the entire Earth civilization leadership was shaken.

A few months ago, Earth’s civilization was attacked by only three fleets, resulting in a survival crisis, even ’Lord Jia Yan’ seemed to have disappeared in that battle.

And now, there are again five fleets coming to attack Earth civilization?

”What should we do, we haven’t even formally contacted The Lord Giant Mosquito once, whether he’ll come to help is uncertain, do we really have to defend Earth on our own? How is that possible.”

”There’s no choice, let’s try to contact Elder Giant Mosquito, but I’m afraid, even if we contact him now, he won’t make it in time.”

When this day came, Earth civilization once again sounded the alarm, the entire Solar System fell into a sudden stillness.

”Um, Mr. Earth Official, I’m canceling the land rental, I’m willing to pay the penalty.”

The Giant Monster who had leased land on Neptune came to the Neptune real estate office and said to the Earth official who had once looked down on him.

”Wait, this is... Mr. Aizi, right, cough, cough, dear sir, us Earth people are very welcoming to outsiders, you can consider this, your concern over this crisis is understandable, but our Earth...”

”Enough, Official Sir, I’ve already said, I don’t really trust Earth’s capability now, withdrawing investment, sorry.”

Facing the Giant’s request, the Earth official gritted his teeth and nodded bitterly.

When the Biochemical Starfield Forces attacked again, his Neptune institution received at least half of the investment withdrawal applications, even this withdrawal has already affected Earth’s overall financial system.

”Hmph, so what if they’re rich aliens, wait for it, Earth will definitely survive this crisis, then you’ll have to come beg me!”

The official looked ugly, watching the departing Giant creature, a bitter determination in his heart.

And similar scenes were almost playing out all over the Solar System.

Withdrawal of investment, fleeing alien beauty wives, halting construction for half-built factories. Such scenes instantly became the main theme on Earth upon the enemy’s return announcement.

Every benefiting Earth person previously was wailing.

No matter how they wailed, those five alien fleets were still full of murderous intent, slowly encircling the Solar System from five different directions...
